Called just about every place looking for a wheel for a Dart and hit the jackpot when I found them. Not only did they have the part I needed, they also tried everything they could to save ME money. Have always buy from them, today call make sure they had the part told me yes.. due to covid, you have to call when you get there so they can print the ticket out and get the part, I call, Lady got mad at me she said I didn call show her the call, so I had to call again, no problem, try to pay with a check she wanted to charge me 2 dollars for paying with a Business check, no where they have posted if you pay with a check its 2 dollars extra come on, I know we meant to make money, but service was bad, and on top of that want to charge extra for everything..

I went to 5 Salvage yards looking for a radiator. 4 of them claimed to have my part but when I got there, ZERO cars! This places website actually matches their inventory. Save yourself some time!! And I found a new radiator for about $20 more than the other yards. And I didnt have to pull it!!

My husband bought a brand new radiator from them for $150. He finally got it put in his truck and it was a faulty radiator and it leaked. He had the receipt and they wanted pictures with it leaking. Took pictures took radiator and they refused to refund the money because they didnt have enough proof. Shady place. Lost a lot of time, money and work for nothing. Will never do business with them again.

I bought a car door and they give me the wrong one. They told me you ordered that end we have the record. But they never show you that record and I dont think thats a good reason for not exchange for the right part especially because the part was 500 dollars. And theyre so a gresive people. The owner almost hit me just because I want to exchange the part.

Ali answered the phone and told me they did not have the part for me but quickly gave me two really good other leads that helped me out immensely! Recommend for the excellent customer service alone!

This is the second time we have tried to use this company. The first time, they said they would order a part for us and we paid upfront. Weeks went by with no word. We called and got the run around. Finally, they admitted they forgot to order the part. When my husband expressed irritation at getting the run around, they got rude with him and told him they didnt have to service him at all. They then refunded our money rather than helping us. The second time, I didnt realize I was calling the same place until I was on my way up. Yes, it is a two hour drive to get there. I was told before I left my house that it was something they had and it was $45. I was told that I could call back and have the part pulled and ready for me after I got the okay from my son to purchase. When I called back, I was told that they wouldnt pull the part until I paid upfront. Why would I pay for a part I havent yet seen? Furthermore, I had cash. Whatever. I made the drive. When I got there, it was a crumpled up piece of cardboard that was moldy and not anything I would accept, even if they did let it go for $20. Why would they tell me they have something when they dont? Why would they refuse to pull the part until I have paid, sight unseen? Not professional or caring at all!

Buy my own mistake, I got the wrong side fender and headlight. For my 06 Ford F-150. When I called them and told them I had made a mistake. I was told to bring them back in and it would exchange them. 2 hours later, I received a call, and was told I could not exchange them. I offered to pay a restocking fee. I will never do business with this salvage yard again . They would only take cash for payment.they would not exchange the parts. I admitted I had taken the wrong parts. Offered to pay for my mistake. And still they would not help me at all. Now, they say I was never told to bring Parts back for exchange.

Quoted a price over the phone. Added a hidden fee @ 25% of the quoted price to the final bill. Never mentioned the fee over the phone. Shady and dishonest. AVOID if you can.....

Whoever answers the phone doesnt seem too keen on actually conducting business. if you call about a part he basically tells you he doesnt keep track of his inventory very well and then says hell call back but doesnt.

Horrible experience. Ordered parts for the wrong side of the vehicle paid over $300, they were not even willing to exchange with the restocking fee offered. If you go here you better know what you want cuz theyre not willing to bend on their policy at all even if youre willing to pay for it

Hit a pothole and bent a rim on a newer ford. Dealer quoted over a thousand dollars. Curtis got a polished bagged rim in for just over 180. He answered all my questions and provided good recommendations. Car drives good.

Best Price Auto Salvage is a great place. As a college student, I have to save every bit of my money. This place is run by professionals who can help you and educate about the parts that you need. I needed a couple of hubcaps for my Honda Civic. I called them and the operator put the information of my vehicle in his computer and Bingo!!. They had this part and they gave me a quote. The whole experience was friendly. I tried to call other junkyard body shops and every time my calls were routed to a person who was supposed to know if those parts are there or not. Each time, I was told by the other shops that you have to come in and search the yard for those parts. This was not the case with Best Price Auto Salvage.So the same day, I went to the shop and I was greeted very friendly. I told them about the quote and part, they went in the shop and picked the genuine honda hubcaps. They also provided me useful tips of how to install the hubcaps.I would recommend this place to anyone. I live in Norman and this was totally worth of driving 30 miles.

I called Best Price Auto Salvage to find out a ballpark salvage price on my 2008 Honda Civic that was being totaled and the staff was very friendly and helped me figure out my cars worth and figure out if it was worth it to buy back from the insurance. In the end I decided it was not worth it to buy the car backbut the info Best Price Auto Salvage helped me to come to that conclusion. They helped me out greatly and I did not even buy anything from them. I would absolutely consider going back in the future to find parts for my cars because of there great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Needed a part that was impossible to get due to a back order from Ford. I called all over TEXAS and many many aftermarket and salvage yards. Ali went above and beyond to find the part, VERIFY it would work for my car and then personally took it to Fedex to ship that same day to expedite getting my car running again.
