I made an appointment with Binswanger after my truck was broken into. They replaced the window and were $200 CHEAPER THAN SAFELITE! I was skeptic at first because of the low price, but they did a great job. Cindy at the front desk was very friendly and Im very pleased with the job they did. 10/10 will use them again.

It took me six months to find this place for my issue. Every place I called was no we cant or no we dont do autos or we have been in the business for 40years and never had this issue.... Binswanger Glass was the first one that said maybe... After bringing my bus in he said yes! Finally had someone who could help me fix me bus. Thank you so much! A few phone calls lead me to Binswanger Glass, and I am so glad that I called. First, the contact person (Cindy) made me feel like my call mattered. She was pleasant and professional, and gave me a quote on my windshield replacement within seconds. (That quote, by the way, was FAR below the competition--FAR below.) I arrived early for my appointment, was taken immediately, and was out in less the time they had estimated. The replacement glass was of better quality than the competitors glass (installed less than 3 years previously), and the guarantee was also better than the competition. Im absolutely furious! Had an 8:30 a.m. appointment on my day off, drove from Newcastle to Edmond. Walk in and Im met with shocked looks that Im there, did I cover the crack in my windshield to keep it dry as there is precipitation falling today?? Hmmm, the windshield has been wet ALL WEEK in this weather, would you NOT think to call your customers who are scheduled and advise them of that pertinent information or give them the courtesy of cancelling their appointment???? Wow. Professionalism at its finest!! I will be calling my insurance company for a different recommendation and let them know my thoughts on Binswanger.

Bad news. Told me on the phone that they could repair my broken camper glass. Their tech was semi rude and completely unhelpful. He said he could not risk being out a piece of glass if he measured incorrectly. Given their attitude toward customer service I do not see how the stay in business. I would give less than one star if it was possible.
