Stop a Crack was a lifesaver for us. We were 5 hours in to a 17 hour road trip and got a crack in our windshield that grew a foot over an hour. We stopped at Stop a Crack at the end of their walk-in hours and they were still gracious enough to help us. Though the windshield was beyond saving and a replacement wasnt quickly available, they repaired the crack so that it didnt grow, and it held all the way home (still no sign of worsening a couple days later as I write this). We wouldve been screwed without their timely help so highly recommend this business

I seriously dont think I can do this place justice. I have 3 cars, which all have glass damage due to hail. So far Ive taken one of them to Stop A Crack. I took my vehicle to them at 8:30am, had my back window installed and ready to go in about an hour. After my front windshield was severely cracked by a hailstorm, Stop-A-Crack did an excellent job replacing it. I needed an immediate repair so that I could safely drive. I would have had to wait 2 weeks or more to get into some other shops. The customer service, professionalism, cost, and timeliness were outstanding. I waited the short while in which they did the replacement and was able to repeatedly witness their genuine customer service service and commitment to quality. They use OEM parts and were very knowledgeable about their work.I appreciate how quickly they were able to help me. I also appreciate the money they saved me. This review is long overdue. But they replaced my windshield on my 07 Honda Odyssey quickly and for a really good value. Wish they would have cleaned the glue residue a little better but overall can’t complain for how quick and cheap it was. The windshield itself was installed straight and the glass has no distortions!

TL;DR: Fast and good price.Ive stopped at Stop-A-Crack twice. Once to get a new windshield and the second time to repair a crack on my windshield. Theyre fast and reasonably priced. I didnt even make an appointment the second time, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes.

Ive NEVER had tinted windows ever, so I decided to use some of my stimulus money on my car. Ive been normally using this place to fix the cracks in my windshield for YEARS! Ive always enjoyed the people! They are down to earth and dont put a death grip on your wallet. So I decided to spoil myself on my ride. 1st I didnt know my car has 10 windows. 2nd They told me that it takes time. It wasnt about speed, the QUALITY OF WORK! WHICH WAS AWESOME!!! 3. I was so like a kid at Christmas... I was about to grab and go but they said hold up, we didnt vaccuum it yet. I was like what?! Sooo wasnt expecting a vaccuum. Well thats my 2 cents plus some other change that I wanted to share about them.

My front windshield busted late Friday afternoon. I called Heather to see if I could set up an appointment to get it replaced. She ordered a new windshield and was able to fit me into their busy schedule the next morning. She made the process so easy for me as the customer and the work they did was amazing. If I could give them a 10 I would. I took my car in to have a crack looked at to find out if it could be repaired. Heather was very fast at accessing it & deciding they could indeed fix it. I was there for maybe an hour while they fixed the crack & they even handled my insurance claim. I also had my windows tinted there & again they did a fabulous job. I had a crack in my windshield that was too long to repair. They did a windshield replacement in about an hour. The job was done beautifully and they even vacuumed my car! They have a spacious lobby where you can wait in comfort while they work on your car. The price was very reasonable too!

After a hail storm here on the 21st, I was given their card by one of their employees who was fixing one of my neighbors windshields, I called and I was very pleased at the price I was quoted when I called. I was told I would get a call back, which I never received. I called a total of 3 times about getting my windshield replaced. Waiting for a call back each time. However, today when I called, I was informed that their was a hail storm there in Yukon Thursday or Friday and she was too booked and if I needed it done I could come to the city, but she didnt have anything for a while.(I cannot see out of my windshield anyway.) Im disappointed in the quality of service, I called before that storm. She informs me that she doesnt usually come this way but had for a favor for a dealership and theres not enough business here. Which I would have understood, had I been told the first time I called. Disappointed I wasted my time and still have a busted windshield.

Chris got me in immediately and even let me watch. We made small talk and he was very nice. He got my windshield fixed quickly and it looks great. I can barely tell it is there and what I do see is much less than what it was! This crack was actively expanding every time I turned on any heat in my vehicle and it is now fixed and Chris said it should be stronger than before! I will DEFINITELY return to him for any and all of my windshield chips and cracks!

Had both windshield and rear window replaced at same time (I am hard on glass). Facilities were clean and well lit; staff was extremely courteous as well as the resident dog Buddy and kitty cat. So, i read very good reviews and i was excited to fix a small crescent crack of about 1 inch on my windshield.The lady at front desk told me that it might not be like a new windshield, so i was thinking to get a new windshield. However when owner looked at it, who actually worked on it too, he said he could fix it. So i decided to pay $55 to fix it.Unfortunately, 80% of it is still visible, not only that but i can also feel the crack if i pass my finger over it. It is just not filled properly.I would say only 20% is fixed and had i known that, i would not have spent my $55 on it at all.This is the pic after fix, it was about the same before.

Happy customer here! Very accomodating staff, no need for appointments like other shops.My windshield got hit with a small gravel while driving. A tiny dot sized chip at first that got bigger in just few hours. I knew at that time that it needs to get fixed asap.The cracks became invisible after repair though the center of the chip could still be traced but I think that is due to the nature of damage. Overall result is worth the bucks.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this place. Twice for my personal truck and once for my work truck. Best price, fastest service (in and out in under an hour every time!) and super friendly. Today I called all around and was told I needed a windshield, that my crack couldn’t be fixed but Stop a Crack DID FIX IT and for $50 (the impact ding plus five, 1 to 1.5 inch spider lines). New windshield, with Ford logo like the one I have now, quoted at $330 or $155 without the logo. You can imagine my elation when I was told it could be fixed and it would be $50! Highly recommend.

This place does the best work and has the fastest service, period! No need to call around checking other shop prices, these guys are extremely affordable. This is the first time I’ve had to have a crack in my windshield repaired, and I’ll be a customer for life. Thanks to Chris for all the help and great experience!

Only reason for a ding is that when I picked up my car the interior of car was fairly dirty due to muddy feet. Yes, it was rainy but it would have taken only 30 seconds to clean up.

Look the bottom line if you go anywhere else to get a cracked windshield window (and even ordering a new master switch for my window and putting it in for $100 if you might need that done just know that they can do it for you...)you are way overpaying for stuff so for $275 I got a brand new driver’s side window and a new master switch!!! You cannot beat that anywhere in town unless you do it yourself!!!!! An auto glass shop went above and beyond for me and replaced my master switch an auto glass shop turned into a full blown mechanic for me and I truly appreciate that just know that I’ll recommend you to all my friends and you have a customer for life in me!!!!!

The quality of the repair was excellent, and Chris went out of his way to help me with the insurance claim.I should also note that Im a tough customer. While driving to OKC we got a rock chip. We called and the said they could repair it. We drove to their shop and they worked us right in. After about 20 minutes, it was as good as new. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Stop A Cracked looked at a chip in our front windshield and determined it wasnt cracked completely through, but spent considerable amount of time and applied a solution that should keep it from further cracking. Very helpful and very professional. Definitely recommend this business, go there first!
