This review is long time coming but better later than never. I purchased my car earlier this month and with the help of Steven Moore, I left that day with my new car and satisfied. The process was a great and he made sure that I left happy and continues to do so. Also, I’d like to thank Dale and Robert in financing for their help. All in all my experience at Bob Howard Honda on September 4, 2021 was a milestone in my life and thank you to all involved. I will continue my services for my car at Bob Howard Honda in the future.
My car got totaled and I was trying to find a car that I liked fast. I used a program I go through at work and found the perfect car through this dealership. I was messaging with EJ, the man in sales that was helping me, all night. He answered every single one of my questions and even pulled my credit for me ahead of time so we knew if I needed a down payment. Robert in finance is so so good at his job and he really hooked me up with the best deal he could get me. I highly recommend coming here to look for your cars. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Quick response from him when I inquired of car availability, and quick response to request for test drive, and then quick response to request to purchase. Dustin Bradford, Business Manager, quickly finalized sale. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional and efficient; and they made the whole experience smooth and seamless.

Did not have a good experience. Customer service/communication needs a serious upgrade. Sold truck and week and a half and original payment never sent. Had to make another trip to get paid for my vehicle. Steven couldn’t be bothered with us as customers after original sales paperwork. Asked for manager to call and was ignored. Very disappointing!
I don’t normally go to this dealer for service but they had an opening. Service department is inattentive when you arrive. I sat for ten minutes thinking they would come out and help me and instead I just see advisors sitting around waiting for you to come to them. They also don’t line your seats with plastic and mats on the floor to prevent it from getting dirty. I’m sticking with Fowler Honda for service from now on.
I went in for a test drive and really liked a new civic. I sent them an offer via text that evening. They asked that I come in for an appraisal of my trade. It was a COMPLETE WASTE of my time. They said they had a market charge of $2500 then added a bunch of fees bringing the total to nearly $4k ABOVE sticker for a stock Honda. Then they tried to claim my car had hail and was worth almost nothing. Why didnt they just reject my text offer and not WASTE my time!
Horrible!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. I was satisfied with them. But for my visit I can’t say the same thing. I have a big problem with my 2018 Honda CR-V for 1 month. Firstly they couldn’t find my problem and we ordered wrong part therefore I kept having the same problem. After that we found a new problem we ordered a new part, they called me and they gave me an appointment. I went to the store and I left my car. After 3 hours they called me to inform me that the part what they received was WRONG PART 😡😡. I totally understand after a couple of days i called them and they said that they have received the part and they gave me a new appointment. I left my car again and they called me after 1 day to say the part hasn’t come yet and they don’t know anything 😡😡😡😡😡. Also they don’t give me a car to rent. I have to take battery every 25 minutes to cut every function. Now I’m without my car. Terrible!!!
Thank you Bob Howard service center! We had a significant engine issue while facing a long drive headed home to another state. We called Bob Howard which luckily was close. Kristian and the service department team were a huge help getting us fixed up and back on the road the same day. Fair pricing, very friendly staff, and super accommodating. Again, thank you!
Went in looking for a 2021 or 2022 Honda Odyssey in white and wouldn’t you know it they had it. They had one Odyssey and it was the white ‘22! The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. The purchase process was very quick and easy. Not high pressure at all. Very easy to do. I recommend.
Steven was wonderful! We were actually going to purchase across the street but they gave us grief about paying cash so on our way home we pulled in and happened to see the same car we were going to buy across the street with 9k less miles for 2k less. We called and set up with Steven to come test drive the next day. Our entire transaction took about an hour. Quick and seamless! Steven even offered to drive the car to Norman so we didnt have to drive back up to Edmond to pick it up. He was great. He didnt try and sell us on the car. He sat and listened and answered any questions we had. Will definitely check back with Steven and the Bob Howard team when we are looking again.
Easy to make an appointment, explains any concerns in easy to understand language. We knew we needed something fine for brakes. They were able to figure it out and repair on same day. Our Honda’s have lasted us so well because they so well taken care of during service!

Im writing this review after two experiences getting my Pilot serviced at this dealership. After recently moving to the area Ive called on Bob Howard for service. Ive had a recall, transmission service, and oil change completed here. The service quality and timeliness it took to complete was good/acceptable. What Im not impressed with is my experience dropping off and picking up my vehicle. Each time I set an appointment and expect to be greeted and taken care of promptly. However, that is not the experience I get. On each occasion I am ignored and not greeted for several minutes. The service advisors seem busy and dont have time to engage with the customer. Its hurting the customer experience. Please take the feedback to be more friendly to your customers and make it a joy, not a burden to do business with your service department. I went to Bob Howard Honda looking for some type of auto. I purchased ANOTHER Honda Odyssey. This is my 3rd one. Kyle was my salesman and listened to my likes and dislikes. This company does not care about the customer, there were multiple people in the waiting room for over 2 hours who had appointments and were barely getting helped… the service guys have no sense of time or urgency, they tried to tell me there was an issue with the oil pan and that it would need to be replaced then quoted me for an absurd price. I then went to two other local mechanics who said that there were no issues with my oil pan so be careful for this Honda dealership trying to price gouge you. They also quoted me $600+ to refill some fluids (transmission, windows and etc) … all in all I’d recommend going to a locally owned mechanic shop you will get much better service for a better price

Bob Howard Honda maintenance center has been taking care of my car for 5 years now. I have had no complaints in that time. CJ took care of me a few times now, as well as this last time. He’s always happy to help and never pushy. He lets you know what your car is due for and explains what would be most important at that time. I appreciate his help and honesty.
Went in to find a Car for my daughter. Very friendly, not pushy. Clear cut offer from Sales manager. Left to visit a couple other dealerships with not the same experience. Start to finish after I returned from shaking hands on a deal through signing the lease was roughly an hr.
My experience was horrible. I dropped my car off at 11:30am and my car was running. I told the service rep 2 things that were possibly wrong with my car. They didnt call me back, I called 3 hours later and was told the starter was bad and to fix it would be $$885.00 plus tax, and I needed a coolant flush. Oh, and by the way its Friday afternoon we dont have your starter in stock so we needed to order that right now to get it in todays order. You need to make a decision quickly. I asked if I could just pick my car up. They said yes, but it no longer runs and they cant get it started. They had no idea what they were doing and had three guys beating on my starter when I went out to their shop to watch them roll it out to an empty parking spot. They did absolutely no testing of anything or they would have found the real problem and kept a customer. I had been there 3x previously. They charged me $144.00 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT TRUST CURRENT TECHS HERE!!! I had a mechanic friend pick it up within the hour and start it on their lot and drive it away. The starter was not bad, but a minor repair cable needed to be replaced. Total cost less than $30.00 to replace not counting labor, but not starter at all!!
Was looking for a newer car & found one here... Salesman was very friendly and wasn’t pushy at all, was a very quick and easy process! Much quicker and easier than expected!
I have not had good service at times in the past. Today was great. I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived in the bay. It took longer then expected but they recognized it. I was offered water while waiting. I was spoken to by a staff person that wasnt helping me --they were just nice.
Used dealership has incredibly unprofessional and arrogant sales staff. Would recommend searching elsewhere.Used cars are also horribly overpriced for what they are.Edit: The general manager has asked for a response, which hes asked for 3 times, and Ive emailed him back all 3 times with no response. Dont waste your money here.

Quite literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please don’t go here. We found a deal that worked for me and they noticed I wanted the car so they kept “talking to the manager” and upping the price by a couple dollars at a time. We couldn’t even stay with one salesman they kept just letting us wait hours and then telling us we had to talk to someone else. It could have been a 2 hour deal but they didn’t communicate so I had to sign the same forms and provide the same proof for 4 different days to 3 different salesman. Horrible horrible ownership and unfortunately it means that me and everyone I can get to listen won’t be returning to any Bob Howard dealership.
Dropped car of Friday for a 7am appointment Saturday. Called around 1-2pm to check status and was told I’d be called back. Never received a call that day. Called Sunday morning and sat on phone for 2 hours and got no answer. Drove to faculty to get my car as I needed it for work Monday morning, which was communicated on drop off, no one there could find the keys to my vehicle for me to take it home nor could they reach the initial service advisor. So Monday not only did I not make yo work until 1130 since I had to drive 180miles, I one did not get paid for that time, and I had to pay out of pocket for a person to cover that time until I could arrive. I did pay the service fee, but using this service shop cost me basically two days of income on top of the $300 service.
Excellent sales staff and management. They are willing to be reasonable, work with you and don’t mess around. I appreciate the approach they take to customer satisfaction. Thanks!
I recently bought a new Honda from Bob Howard Honda. Hector Mora was great to work with and spent a lot of time helping me. He always was available or got back with me quickly. He is extremely knowledgeable, really great to work with, and I highly recommend him. Riky Hernandez was also one of the sales persons I worked with, and he was great too. He answered all my questions and had great follow-up if it was needed, and he called to make sure everything was on track throughout the transaction. I really appreciated his help and I recommend him.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle (Honda CR-V) at Bob Moore. They showed me the entire vehicle and how to operate its technology. The price was fair, and the customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the experience with the finance officer. I decided on the 80,000 mile warranty but turned down the other offers. He was not pushy with me at all thankfully. Other finance people at other places are because thats how they make their money. I did negotiate a value on my old car but didnt receive a value I wanted. Next time, I plan to sell my car myself before purchasing a vehicle. I believe doing that I should be able to receive $2000 more. Other than that, I highly recommend Bob Howard.

First time to receive service here in Edmond. Treated with upmost respect. Told the cost — shown to waiting area. Then upon completion walked to cashier and out to my car. Cleaned fingerprints from edge of door. Very happy w service!
Worst place to take your car for service! Waited a good 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Made appointment for a recall on my car and when I got there they said it would be anywhere from 1 - 3 hours for the wait. Came back after waiting 3 hours and said they just took your car to work on it and discovered they never ordered the part! Very poor service but will say the gentleman that waited on us was very nice!
Even though I had an appointment, I sat for 35 minutes before a service agent approached to check my car in.Kristian was a very nice rep and once he took control things went smoothly. I was at the dealership for close to 3 hours.My main complaint besides the long wait is that your service dept. is the ONLY one I’ve ever been to that didn’t include a courtesy car wash as part of each service completed on my car.

Service was good. I do not like the auto point update. Very inconvenient to access, and after one day my report/inspection expired. Would rather have a copy of my report emailed directly to me and forgo accessing multiple sites to get my inspection.

Overall they did a great job! CJ was out service advisor and explained why we needed everything done. He also was able to work with our warranty company and save us some money. The only thing was that we had to wait for a while when we first got there before anyone came to talk to us. It was our first time so we werent really sure what to do. We will be back for more service and maintenance.

Everything was good except getting help through the receptionist. Almost enough to make me not want to come back. Two different receptionists gave me wrong info, and one was just too lazy to look it up. Quality of service after that was top notch.

We are from Missouri and were visiting our Friends there in OKC for the labor day weekend. My vans battery light came on Sunday and we planned to head back home Monday so my kids could go back to school Tuesday. My family got a ride back home but I stayed to get the odyssey repaired. I really needed to get home with my family with the family van so first thing Tuesday I took it to Honda for repair. Im someone who often does his own repair work but I do take it to the dealer in Missouri from time to time. I dropped off the van at 7:30am Tuesday and left my info with the Service Advisor Bobby. He was very nice and respectful. He called me about 45 min later indicating that I would need to pay $533 for the alternator and $335 for the labor. I was a little taken back at the price. I had looked at prices for similar remanufactured Alternators with lifetime warranties at Autozone for much much cheaper but I preferred an OEM part and needed the van fixed ASAP and being out of town without tools Honda was my best option. So I was stuck! I was forced to comply and agree to pay what was being requested. There was a mix up regarding the warehouse and if the alternator was on back order (things happen I guess but it resulted in me missing my sons first soccer practice back home by only 30 min). By the time the issue was caught by the service advisor and he called me he found that the mechanic had the old part out and was now about to put in the new part which they did in fact have in stock at the warehouse. The mechanic took about 20 min to put in the part based on the phone call where he had started putting in the new part and me arriving and it being done. So I paid $335 for maybe an hour of work. $335 an hour?? When I got home I found that the rubber collar that goes over the wire where it connects to the alternator was not installed at all. So I even ended up having to complete the job myself. I really want to use Honda dealers so that I get the best parts and service but I just cant justify spending up to 6 times as much as a reputable local mechanic. Unfortunately I will rethink taking my vehicle to a Honda dealer in the future. I have 4 children and I just cant be forking out $1000 for one electrical part for my family van. I do appreciate Bob Howard Honda for fixing my van so that I could get back to my wife and 4 young kiddos. I just wish it didnt cost SO MUCH!

Traded for a used Nissan Rogue. Upon getting the vehicle home the front bumper was hanging down. When looking it is held on with bic pen lids. Contacted them and sent pictures explaining would need a new bumper. Initially they said they didn’t think it needed a new bumper to bring it down and they would fix it. Keep in mind we live 2.5 hours away, but said would fill us up with gas( they didn’t). We took vehicle back on day we were asked. When we get there they tell us that is is worse than they thought they would have to order a new bumper and that we would have to come back next week. So we made a second trip to OKC only to be told they do not have a car for us to use and it would take 3-4 hours to replace the bumper so we will have to sit and wait with a six month old baby in the dealership. So after 10 hours of round trip driving, two wasted days, and paying for multiple tanks of gas, we will not ever buy a car here again. I honestly think if you sell a faulty vehicle you should provide a vehicle instead of making your customers sit in the dealership for that length of time. Not going to do business here again.

Bought a car less than a month ago. Took to get checked out today because air conditioning not cooling. Appointment was at 3pm, they finally checked it out at 6 pm and said it was 400.00 to fix small leak in hose. Customer service was so poor and then to find this out makes me know leak was already there. So, so very disappointed since our buying experience was so good. My college kid cannot afford to have this problem. Very, very upset!

Dropped my car off with the service department and was told I would be called in a few hours after it was evaluated. Was not called all day and when I tried to call, no one at all answered in service. I’ve had years of experience with Honda and normally only have excellent things to say - but I am shocked and incredibly disappointed. I will not return to this dealership.
NOT FIRST TIME BUYER FRIENDLY.I bought a 2016 Honda civic here about a year ago. They got my payments to where I wanted them but did not disclose that they did this by extending my loan by a year. And they did not disclose the AC defect which was known by Honda at the time.DONT BUY ANY 2016 TO 2018 HONDA CIVIC.The AC is defective, and they recalled the condenser leaking, but not the compressor.A new compressor cost about 2000 dollars.When I first took it in they also claimed to not to have any kind of AC recall in their system.Look at carcomplaints.come before purchasing any vehicle
Had another terrible experience here today. I scheduled a B-1 service for my vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, etc), a warranty repair item, and the current recall issue for my vehicle. My wife took the car in and the service advisor who worked with her (Russ Wood) was incredibly rude and sexist towards her; I had to speak with him on the phone just to get them to look at the warranty issue.After waiting for 3.5 hours, they gave my wife the keys back and said the recall and oil change (just oil change, not the package I scheduled) were completed. However, they did not bill me for an oil change nor did they reset the maintenance meter in the car, so Im fairly confident that they did not change the oil. Also, none of the other service items from the B-1 package were completed.Russ also told my wife that the trunk release button (warranty item) could not be replaced under warranty because there were crumbs stuck inside the button. The only problem with this story is that the techs would have needed to remove the door panel to inspect the button and I put a small piece of tape over the bottom of the door trim which would have been broken if the door panel had actually been removed. It was intact, indicating that they did not even look, and then lied about the button. This button is also a known issue for my particular vehicle (Ive already had it replaced twice under warranty, at this dealership).Bottom line: The service department lies, they are slow, they are unhelpful, they are sexist and rude, and they do not value their customers. Do not take you vehicle here.
Was prepared to buy that day (and did at a different dealership). Salesperson was standoffish and argumentative for some reason. We left after the test drive.

Russ was my service advisor and it was a great experience. The time was quick (end of day) to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Less than an hour! Russ was attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend getting your Honda serviced here. I will be a returning customer until they prove otherwise!

Wow..... Made appointment with Hector to test drive a specific vehicle. Drove 30 minutes, got there and vehicle had not been detailed, had bad brakes and missing a side mirror. Was told I could not test drive. Price he quoted was $400 more than advertised price, said someone was inside trying to finance the car. Said price was higher to fix the problems with the car. I was paying cash. Then tried to show me another car with bumper ripped off. Said I could hang around till brakes were fixed. Needless to say I did not wait. Told him to call when brakes were fixed. Funny.... never heard from him.
Scheduled a time to drop off my car for a recall. It took aver 20 minutes to drop it off (not enough workers). Later I received a call that they didn’t have the part and would have to order it. Wouldn’t they order it when I scheduled the service call a week out? Very frustrating! Now I have to make another appt and leave my car again. Very inconvenient since I live out of town.
I gave Bob Howard Honda service department a 2nd chance and will never return. They didn’t fill the transmission fluid all the way when servicing and I had issues and had to return…returned this week for an oil change. I had an appt and waited for 1 hour and 45 min just to change my oil. Only 1 guy working to check people in and he had to check them out and get payment. He was the only visible person in the service dept. I knew I shouldn’t have returned after the transmission fluid issue.
Work was done as requested at price agreed and time expected for 2016 Honda Pilot. In addition, turn signal check and bulb replaced on our 2012 Honda CRV. I recommend service at Bob Howard Honda, Edmond OK.

Great team of salesmen, but unfortunately they do not have the best managers. When I went in to purchase a vehicle, they added a fee of $2,500 to the MSRP, and the manager stated that it was a Daily Market Adjustment Fee. I offered to purchase vehicle for the MSRP that was listed on the dealers website, which was the same price that was listed on the vehicle, and was turned down. I understand that the car market has been rising, but there is no reason to adjust the price to take advantage of people. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere where they dont mark up the sticker when you go to purchase it. I sent an email to there general manager, and have not heard back. Bad customer service.

My wife had been having problems with her AC in her vehicle for a while and having had just had the entire vehicle serviced at this dealership we decided to go back we had such a good experience the 1st time when I went. My wife took her car to the dealership to have it serviced for the AC she had an appointment showed up on time and then was left to sit in the waiting Room for 3 and a 1/2 hours with absolutely no guidance, no one ever telling her what was going on.It was at this point in time I called the dealership and navigated the automated system over to the service department where the person who picked up didnt tell me their name so I have no idea who the person was.I asked what was going on with the vehicle and the person tried to look it up in their system and could not find it.I then explained that my wife had been waiting for 3 and a 1/2 hours and absolutely nobody had said anything to her on a simple service of the AC which should have taken no More than 2 hours.A service person called me within a few minutes and asked me what was going on I had to again tell them that my wifes been sitting there for 3 and a 1/2 hours and nobody was helping her.After a short period of time they came back and told her it would take an hour and a 1/2 to run the system check and then they eventually came back and told her that she needed a part and the system need Ed to be charged but it was completely empty and they could not find the leak And said that they could fill the system and they recommended changing a small part which is the $70 piece.I would suggest any persons needing work done on the vehicle of the Honda or any other vehicle that these people work on to go somewhere else your time to them is not important and they dont mind wasting it.As a person whos worked in customer service I would have hoped that there would be at least somebody there who would take responsibility and say OK this is my fault and lets go ahead and fix this and Im sorry that this happened potentially give them a discount say something thats more than just going over just gonna charge you for what youre supposed to have come here for.

It was prompt service, I felt I was told everything I needed to know. I am pleased with the service.
We gave them an offer over the phone of sticker price on a 2021 Civic and what we expected for our trade in, which was exactly middle of the KBB price range. When we got there, they wanted a $2,500 market fee due to Covid and a bunch of fees, bringing it to $4,000 above sticker price and tried to give us the lowest KBB value, saying the car had hail damage. Our car has never seen a single hail stone, it is garage kept. What they said were tiny hail dings were actually water spots where we washed it for them.They came down to $1,500 above sticker then $1,000 above sticker. We told them we wont pay anything over sticker, why have a price if you wont honor it.We walked out. We dont need a new car that badly.

I’ve had Honda’s most of my life and have always taken my car to the dealership for service. This has been my worst experience ever. My car was out of warranty but they did nothing to help a long time customer. My car was left in the lot with the pieces of my engine sitting in it. It was left unlocked for two weeks. The service manager was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a quote on a trade in and was told I’d basically get nothing. After checking with Carmax I found out my car was actually worth quite a bit even if it didn’t run. My entire experience felt like they were just taking advantage of me. I will definitely never return here to buy or service a car. I’m still waiting on the service manager to call me back to discuss my concerns. As expected he’s never returned my calls.

Spoke to someone on the phone at this location & they told me different information from when I got there. For my 1.5 hour wait, I waited outside because the service man didn’t give me proper directions inside & 3 doors I checked were locked.

My salesman Victor Brown was excellent. He provided plenty of options and respected the payment range that we wanted to stay in. He handled us and good other clients seamlessly, I never felt unattended. The guy that went over our contract (I believe his name is Sean) and warranty was just as excellent with customer service, I enjoyed the overall experience and highly recommend them.
The service technician (Kristian) at Bob Howard Honda is a Saint. I am probably the worst client—I frequently drop in (without an appointment) and usually throw Kristian a complex (expensive) list of possible mechanical solutions without any regard for his expert knowledge. However, Kristian always comes through with the right parts and discounts to boot. Kristian is an excellent communicator and makes me feel like I’m family anytime I pull into the service garage. I have not taken my Honda to anyone else since Corona hit—that’s when Kristian began working at the Honda service center. During this time, Kristian (and the technicians) have walked me through (what feels like) a complete restoration of my 2012 Honda—timing chain, valves and rings to new brakes and front suspension; as well as, just recently, alternator, battery and power steering pump. But the most significant praise: I’ve never taken my car back for the same issue twice—they fix it the first time.Thank you!
