Had a wonderful experience, I Highly suggest this location and the employees were wonderful even with complications with my tires and my axle. Not only was the environment uplifting and but I was reassured that they were there to help the whole time. My preferred placed in the city. Ive had multiple tires fixed free of charged due to nails in the tires. And Ive also purchased 2 sets for 2 different cars! Never had issues both with appointments and random show ups. Longest Ive waited is an hour or so. Either way I come prepared as they are always busy! Still they take care of my cars and the staff is super professional and caring! Couldnt ask for more!

I have been doing business with Discount Tire for more than a decade now. They have always impressed me with their professionalism, vehicle service, and customer service. Today they raised the bar! I blew a tire on my way to work. I was unable to change it because of the traffic, too dangerous. I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Discount Tire. I had to wait for them to open and needed to use the restroom. Discount Tire allowed me to come in early to do that. They then took care of my vehicle. After bringing a Birthday Lunch of Tacos to my sister, I discovered my tire also had a snack of a screw. My brother-in-law and I tried in vain to find air for the tire at TWO different gas stations, before deciding to just find a nearby tire shop. The first said they MIGHT get to it before tomorrow but 12 cars were in front of us. The second gave us a 5-6 hour estimate. But then Discount Tire was willing to take care of us in 45 minutes to an hour. AT LAST, some timely help! Presumably due to COVID-19, we stayed in the car the entire time, even while they worked on our tire. The young man let us know this tire already had a patch on it, but he would make sure both the new and old patch were reinforced, though he could make no promises for the old patch. After all of this, they handed me a bill of $0 and sent me on my merry way.THANK YOU, Discount Tire, for taking such good care of me, during what could have become a VERY stressful day. ❤️❤️

I was told on the phone when.i was just 3 blocks away that their was like an hour and half wait but then when I get their check in they tell me it wont be ready till 1 mind you this was at 11 I leave come back at 1 and my car still was not even pulled into the bay Im not real happy about the wait time I was told I wouldnt of mind them being longer if I would have just been told that way Im not sitting here waiting . Staff is very nice the only thing I didnt like was the waiting way longer than I was told it would take .

I just left there Friday April 9th at 8:00am. I was wearing the bright pink two piece. I informed them that I am driving to California and I needed to make sure it was safe to drive. I am very disappointed with my service. I came there because a tire I got from them had a bubble in it and my tire light was on. I’m not sure the guys name but the Asian younger man told me they ran out of my tire of since I had the coverage over my tire that they would still replace it with a upgrade tire etc. they quoted me an hour and would be done at 9:20am. I left them my keys and when I returned everything looked okay but the light was still on and they said just to hard reset it. I didn’t drive nothing but 4 hours into my trip and my back driver side tire pops. Mind you it was my front tire that had the issue. When the tow truck gets there they informed me that they never replaced my tire and that all was done was moved to the back tire. I have a pictures and everything and all they did was put my bad front tire on my back tire. Thank god I am okay and the tow people came to help me. I feel used just because I’m a girl and they tired to take advantage but I will be back as soon as I get back in town !

I have bought 4 sets of tires from this place in the last 2 years for different vehicles. Always great service and prices until today. Dawson should get a raise and a promotion because he saved you from losing a customer. I was treated rudely and then ignored by two other employees until Dawson came along and made sure I was taken care of. I will probably return but I will NOT stick around if I am treated that way again.

I drive a sports car with low profile tires and with the nature of those tires, and my bad luck, Ive ran over multiple nails, bolts and other metal objects resulting in multiple flat tires and 2 tires needing replaced in two years. In fact Im here right now getting a new tire. Lordy.This place is great. It is absolutely worth it to buy the tire insurance for your car. I think its about $80 and that covers all 4 tires, for the life of the tire. Ive had 2 tires replaced in two years, plus multiple patch ups, and this insurance has more than paid for itself!They employees here are very very friendly and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off. They keep you updated on wait times, will look at your tires for no cost and will discuss what needs to be done and the cost before they do anything. The prices here for tires are good.This is the only place I go to for tire issues.

Great experience for my first time there. Steven helped me out and he was amazing! He broke it down on all my options for a new set of tires. He broke down the cost and what exactly I am getting for my money. They were also the cheapest out of the 3 places I shopped. It was a great experience, I really enjoyed when he went over the cost line by line before hand on his computer. They were very fast too. We ordered the tires and had them there next day we set up an appointment at 12. At 12 on the dot my cars was on the lift. I have to say Ill be back for all my tire needs.

On my way back home to Ohio from the western US, I noticed I was losing tire pressure in my front drivers side tire. I filled it up in Shamrock, TX and said if it lost any pressure between there and OKC, where I was staying the night, I would see about getting it replaced.The tire actually lost 3 pounds of pressure in that drive, so I called Discount Tire as soon as I checked into my hotel. The man on the phone recommended that if I could be there the first thing in the morning (they opened at 8:00), theyd be able to get me in and out. He further advised that if I could be there by 7:50 it may be better, as the lines typically formed quickly. To be safe, we were in the parking lot by 7:30.A pretty heavy thunderstorm was rolling through, and the lot filled up quickly with anxious customers between 7:30 and 8:00. Even with MS, I managed to hobble from my parking spot to that door ahead of everyone but one other customer when the door opened at 8.Fast doesnt describe how quickly they took care of me. I was promised my car in 30 minutes (it was actually only 20) and I was on my way. When I said I just needed something safe to get me back to Ohio, he didnt try to up-sell me or anything. He showed me what he had, told me exactly the amount needed to get me out the door, and within minutes I was on my way. I sure wish I remembered his name so I could thank him personally.No one wants tire (or any other vehicular) issues on a long trip, but if they have to happen its nice to know places like this exist to make the repair/replacement as painless as possible. We were traveling through Oklahoma city and had a tire on our towed vehicle show a low pressure. We pulled into Discount Tire, Michael and Kyle quickly got us in and repaired the tire. Above and beyond customer service. I do all my tire service at Discount Tire and have always gotten incredibly great service. Would definitely recommend this tire store.

I will always give this Discount Tire store a 5 Star rating. I have one pet peave, though. On the receipt, and as customary when buying two tires, the new ones should go on the rear of the car, which they recommended.I drove 160 miles from my home to the store just for those two new tires for my daughters car.When all was said and done, one tire was installed on the front and the other one on the rear. They broke two wheels locks and instead of going ahead and doing another one on the rear to make it right like they said, we were told to go to Mazda to get another set of wheel locks.Other than this one incident with the wheel locks, I am completely satisfied with the transaction.Thank you for your response.Bill T.

Great service! Got 4 new tires that had to be delivered, came early and made an appointment. Also needed a tire sensor and they quoted me less than half what the dealership wanted to replace it. All that took less time than an oil change. Definitely will be going back.

After spending several $1000 in the past few years at discount tire I find myself in Yukon with some smart Alec set I no longer trade there and then I went to South Shields they messed up by key fob completely tore the cover off of it when I went and showed the person that I thought was in charge the guys from the shop came in and started calling me a liar like they knew what my key fob Look like when I came in I really expected an apology out of them at the least and to admit that something happened there instead all I got was being told I was a liar and it was done before I got there if these people that work at these places like that expect their loyal customers to come back theyre just crazy I was very saddened by their attitude again Ive been a loyal customer since I moved here in 2010 and Ive spent more than several $1000 Y and tires and mags from their different locations all connected to the same account kiss 5 or 6 weeks ago I spent $600 at the discount tire on South West 3rd street by the Walmart and they still have my business but I will never return to the one on heels are the 1 in Yukon I have no reason to lie about a key fog if I could spend 6 or $700 on tires for a very small car instead of buying the cheap ones I can certainly afford to buy my own keys Im very disappointed that the management at discount tires would let the people from the grog come in just to tell customers theyre liars and at none of the ones calling me a liar son my key when I handed it to a manager our sales person who ever was when I 1st came I and and that person wouldnt come back in the store while all this commotion was going on thank you want again discount tire for proving that very few of your locations are a really any kind of helpful or anyplace Id wanna be Im running out of discount tire locations to go to theyve all proven to be very uncomfortable places to be Im and included picture of my key fobb and you can just let me know what you might think that I didnt notice it are the good person I gave my keys to when I got there could not have noticed it

Update, gentleman, came to me As I sat here, said he was getting me in next. So, maybe crises averted? If so, definitely the service I was expecting. Updated to 5 Stars.Came last week to get a leaking tire fixed. Waited, got the car back, they fixed the wrong tire. I go to the Moore location the next day or so, 2 hour wait. I come back here today, explain my situation, nothing they can do except wait another hour and a half to fix. I have always bought my tires here, with insurance.. No more. They cant take care of customers and now Im out my own time, no compensating for their mistake.

Discount tires is the best place to go. Dont ever go to hibdons its the worse place to go for anything. Specially for alignments they will destroy youre car make it worse.just take it to a dealership.there not expensive. And they know what there doing.its from experience

I called and asked if the check tire pressure and the do for free when I got here they checked it and found out I had a slow leak they said it would be about two hour’s it was about close to 1 hour and they got me in and on the lift and took the tire off and found a screw in it they repaired it and it was free for me which was nice but the staff were friendly and the service was amazing and great it’s a must to get your tires fixed here I didn’t have anyone who tried to up sell me anything I told them I had a slow leak that needed fixing if I’m ever in Oklahoma again with another tire leak I’m definitely coming here

I really like Discount Tires extra services. Any Discount tire center will put air in your tires when they are low or your dash light comes on for free. Today I had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it for free. This is a great business draw because they all the ask for in return is that you consider buying tires from them the future. But since I have been buying tires from them since 2005, I am a return customer anyway.

I am always treated respectfully and I am NEVER talked down to. If I dont understand something it gets explained until I do, and I appreciate that. I enjoy that communication occurs BEFORE theyve done work in case something out of the ordinary happens and are able to accurately tell me how much itll cost to fix. I will always come here for my tires. Nowhere else!

Discount Tire is a great and recommended tire store, however like all places there is pros and cons. As far as prices go im pretty sure they beat most prices on tires, plus they have free flat repairs as compared to other places charge $10 per tire for road hazard warranty to get free flat repairs. Discount also carries many more brand options, they do have fees that are added in so the tire price and end total are not the same. Also they are very busy most of the time, so unless you have no plans and dont mind waiting then be there as soon as they open at 8a.m.. They do good work and are careful with your vehicle as to not damage rims,sensors,etc.

I bought a car a lock lugs on and with no key to take them off . Tried to go to different places and nobody could help me take them off. Took it to these guys and they told me that the lock lug thats on there will be difficult to get off but they would try there best to get them off . And amazingly they were able to get them off. They were also very fast at it. Took it there when they had open at 8 am and they were done by 830am same day I recommend these guys for any of your tire needs .

Its 3:59 and I got here at 3:15 for a 3:30 appt to have 2 new tires put on and a new tire patched..My work truck is still in the parking lot and Im still sitting out side in the heat, there is nothing to drink and ive still got jobs to do...
