I had a wonderful buying experience at Jim Norton Toyota. My salesmen, Jeremy, was great. I went there to test drive a Highlander. The price of the car I drove was too good to pass up. Jeremy answered all my questions, and created a very calm and low stress buying experience.
Very Rude treatment. We were interested in a vehicle but after testing it, the vehicle was not was not what we expected. The Salesperson (Tim) didnt like that we were not buying the car because we didnt like it, he Commented is ok is your car and my time. If these salesman thinks they are going to sell a vehicle 100% of the time they are delirious or in denial. As a customer I do not need this kind of insult and I am not there to waste no-one time but we will not buy something that we do not like and definitely I will never recommend this dealer to any of my friend or coworkers.

Took my Corolla in for an oil change and to fix my cruise control. It was so easy. I set up an appointment, dropped off my car, then they drove me home, called with updates during the day, and even picked me up when it was done. They took care of researching my extended warranty, did some recall work, and washed my car! Wow. Very pleased.

Tres was very easy to work with. He kept me informed of the process the entire way. After purchase, the gas tank was completely full and call was cleaned and detailed He took time to help show how to work the features and sync the phones. Since leaving the dealership, he has kept in contact making sure we have not had issues with the car and has answered questions we didnt know we would have. I recommend using him for your next car.
