Check engine light came on our rv after hitting some bumpy roads. Rv was just serviced in red Bay Alabama so we figured it would be minor. It took him 3 days to come. The code reader wasnt downloading and then he asked what kind of chassis we had. Engine and chassis are two different things. He had no clue what was wrong. Told him to unhook the reader and give us the bill. $256 for nothing.Would not recommend to even look at a Motorhome.

Reviews were good so I took a chance. Nice to deal with but shop looked sketchy. Work was subpar. Did a tune-up which had to be corrected by another mechanic even after I took it back to them to fix again. Supposedly replaced rear main seal but now leaking again and noone will return a call. Shop closed. I suspect they have moved on and I guess I am left hanging.

Great, friendly, and affordable service! Got my alternator fixed for less than 70% of a competitors quote. They also got the work done faster than expected. Extremely pleased!

Best service i have ever experienced for car repair. They wont up sell you services that you dont need and only fix the underlying problem. Very honest and straight forward. Fluid changes are very reasonable as well as hourly rates for repairs. I recommend them to my friends and colleagues, I wont go anywhere else. I almost forgot to mention there towing service was free!

These mechanics are awesome! They were very friendly, made sure that I knew what was going on and answered even my silly questions. They even fixed it a second time in the same day because the sensor was a dud. Very thankful to have such a down to earth crew close by that isnt going to money gouge me like some of the major mechanics would.

Took the wifes car here after it started giving her problems. Everyone here is courteous and friendly good vibes. The transmission went out but they had a rebuilt one in stock and had it ready the very next day we have had it back for almost a year now without a single issue. If your looking for a good mechanic this place is it. I would however make an appointment because they stay pretty busy.

Jasen is amazing & knows his car stuff! If you need your car fixed or pimped up you gotta hit him up! Imagine him like Michael Kors or the maker of Gucci bags. Thats how A1 his work is. Hes dedicated and determined to do whats right for the people. Ladies dont waste your time at that car dealership with a man who just wants your ear and pockets; go with this family oriented individual who wants to see you succeed in all your endeavors or be flat out blunt and tell you this purchase was not worth your money. Also for child entertainment while you discuss your car matters they have a panda that is so adorable and brings out water to you and talks to you about ANYTHING! My daughter loved it!!!! My Husbands car died on him when he pulled into work yesterday morning and we were in a panic as we were not sure if wed be able to get someone to come out on short notice on a Friday... We called Jason and he was Johnny on the spot!!! He came, diagnosed the problem quickly, and after a trip to the parts store my husband was back on the road with very little hassle... Jason was knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable with his pricing... I would definitely recommend anyone to call him if you have any automotive issues...

Jason has met our needs all 3 times we have used him not to mention he beats the prices of every other towing/automotive place in town. My car was down for months and noone wanted to put the time or work in we just kept getting the run around and what they Thought was wrong with it. And he got it up and running for me and it turns out it was something as simple as a new alternator that was just a bad one. I suggested to more than a few people that needed tow services. Hes awesome and works hard to satisfy his customers. My husband is hard to win over and he stands by Jason 100%. 5 stars from us anytime. Great Mechanic shop! My engine locked up as i was passing through Oklahoma city. Jason came right out Towed my vehicle into his shop and replaced the engine within 48 hours! I thought i was going to be stuck for at least a week.

My wifes 2011 GMC Terrain needed a new AC condenser. I took the vehicle to Jason around three weeks ago and it has been working great ever since. His price for the service was significantly better than any other repair business in the area (I spent days researching) and he had the vehicle back to us after only a few hours. I will definitely take my vehicles to him for any future repairs that I may need.

Great Auto Repair Shop in Walnut Creek. Jasen the Mechanic is very friendly and fast. My brakes where grinding he replaced my brakes in two hours and i was back on the road! They Also have 20 dollar Oil Changes.

First off I never leave reviews but I had taken my 2011 mustang to multiple Mechanic shops in Oklahoma city and none of them could figure out this misfire. A-1 found the problem to be a driver in my cars control module and fixed it. I will be a customer for life.

It takes a lot to make me go out of my way and write a review for a business. Something I rarely, if ever do. The service I was provided at A1 auto repair encouraged me to do so. I am from Chicago and I had a mechanic for my 2008 corvette z06. Its hard to find a good and honest mechaninc now a days. I saw that A1 auto had great reviews so I pulled the trigger on a clutch kit for my vette. The price was amazing, especially for a certified ASE tech shop to be able to have the prices they do its a feat in itself. They had the car back to me later in the same day!!!! I am absolutely amazed, thanks guys!!! Will definitely be coming back.

I have a 2000 Chevy cavalier and it started overheating on my way home. Then when i try to refill the coolant i notice everything is draining out, so now i cant even drive my car. I call A-1 later in the day and talk to Jason. He tells me he can set up a tow and take a look at it next morning. I wake up the next day, leave my car keys with my office manager for the driver, and head to work. When Jason got my car, he called and let me know it has made it to shop and asked me a few questions. Calls me back later after diagnosing the issue, it was the thermostat, and gives me a quote. I give him the ok, and bam calls me back in a few hours and lets me know my car is all finished up. Price was fair and he got my car up and running quick. Basically what could have been a big headache turned into a simple ordeal. Jason is an awesome guy, was real easy to talk to and he did a stellar job. Two thumbs up for this place!

This service screwed me over and ruined my car. Had to sell it to a scrapyard cuz it wasnt worth anything after they screwed it up. Very unhappy. Please do not use this service. They do not know what they are doing!!!

I was stranded in Norman at school and my car broke down at 6pm I had no way home and after my car would not start I accidentally locked my keys in my car. Lucky for me I still had my phone I looked these guys up and Jason came to my rescue. Not only did he unlock my door. He towed my car to the shop for an amazing price because he knew I was in college. On top of that he figured out what the issue was. I was almost certain I needed a new engine, transmission, alternator or something..... I sued them for 2000 and won due to their negligence....they continue to give me a hard time in paying me the money they owe. I only sued for the amount of money I had to spend due to their negligence not even what I paid for the service. When I spoke with them they seem to be amused by the inconvenience that they have been causing me.
