Their service was professional and kind. I went in for a oil change and a oil pan gasket replacement. I went there based on all the good reviews and their “courtesy inspections”, but after four hours of no update I called and found out, all that was done was the oil change. I canceled the oil pan gasket only because I thought the cost was excessive. Then when I went to wash my truck I found a mess of oil on my battery and valve cover…

We have taken three different vehicles to Christian Brothers over the past 10 years. They always treats me with respect and courtesy, and I trust them to diagnose the problem, price fairly, and do what they promise.

I went to the shop to see if I could get an oil change. Unfortunately they were booked for the day. They offered to take my car and have the oil change completed the next day, but I was unable to wait that long. Employees were polite and wanted to help. The oil change was last minute on my part, so no fault to the business. I appreciated their willingness to help. I will definitely return the next time I need an oil change.

These guys actually look to get good prices on the parts they use. They dont tell you this, but Im convinced of it. I genuinely dont think I paid anything over wholesale cost for the parts and the service was very reasonably priced. The staff and owner were there and took great care of my family. The service I got was a much needed brake job (pads and rotors), a 4 wheel alignment, and an oil change. This was all done to my 2016 Ford Explorer. I will absolutely return for more service in the future, and I encourage you to do the same.

Absolutely love this place and they have earned my business from here on out. After purchasing a 14 fiat 500 abarth that was loaded with issued and struggling to find a place to actually look at it they took it in with no issues. Very personable staff that is very transparent about timelines and worked with me to be able to get it in between times waiting for parts. Would and have recommended this place to anyone I know!

Very friendly staff! Just went in for a diagnostic and they told me exactly what to fix. I would of had them fix it but my car is 20 years old and what i paid for the was almost what i was going to have them fix it for.

I had A/C work done. I received a msg from Christian brothers in regards to things that needed URGENT attention #4 on the list was rear breaks, I was told the rear brake pads are very thin, I declined the work and took the brake pads off when I got home and realized the brakes where only half worn at the most. They also told me I needed an oil change but the oil got changed the day before. 🤔🤔This is a very QUESTIONABLE practice, and maybe DECEITFUL to say the least. They lost my trust and I will not come back.In regards to the owners comments about me- I have never had a conversation with the owner, so I reached out to Bobwho I had a conversation with at Christian Brothers when I stoped by to show him the brake pads. I asked Bob was I unreasonable when I spoke to you? he said no, then I asked him, did I refuse to come in? again he responded, no. So I asked why would the owner say I was unreasonable? Hesaid I can’t speak for him.It is very alarming and concerning that the owner of a place called Christian Brothers who uses a bible verse to advertise and promote their business would not only try to deceive me but also then turn around and slander me and discredit me.

Great service! First of all, I had a serious misconception of how much repairs cost. I went to various places and felt defeated I saw Christian Brothers on my way home and decided to stop by They were so pleasant and kept me updated on the status of my repair I was given upfront pricing for troubleshooting my issue. I was given detailed pricing and an opportunity to choose a more affordable refurbished part. Car works like a charm. Today I was in the area and thought I locked my keys in my car I walked into Christian Brothers and was greeted with a willingness to help. I found my keys but was truly impressed and grateful

Jeff was excellent. After spending thousands at another shop and getting my car back worse then before it went in, Jeff was able to get my car running on all cylinders again and the A/C blowing cooler then it ever has. They kept me up to date during repairs and notified me BEFORE doing additional repairs so I had no surprises when I went to pick up my car. Plus they guarantee their work for 2 full years, not just 90 days like other shops do.

Quick and informative. They let me know the issue day of vehicle drop off and fixed it the next day. They were kind enough to update me via text and phone calls. Business that improve with the technology of today are rare! To have updates via text message really impressed and saved both partys time. Will be going back if ever my car needs another repair. The staff was outstanding!! They made what could have been a very disturbing experience into a very good one. The facility was clean and inviting, the staff knowledgeable and welcoming. When parts to repair my car were unavailable that day, they quickly provided a rental in order for me to get home and care for my grandson two hours away. They kept me updated on the progress and even called another problem to my attention, preventing another breakdown. Their name is their philosophy, and I highly recommend them!!

Highly recommend! They were able to get my car in quickly and got the work done quickly as well. The first time I did business with them I had just come from the service department at a dealership where I had been told I needed new brake pads which would cost about $300. I went to Christian Brothers to get a price quote from them and they told me my brake pads were in perfectly good shape and didn’t need to be replaced at all. Their honesty saved me lots of money!

Their prices are high but I was okay with that because I had a level of trust associated with them. They have good customer service and they have a courtesy pick up/drop off service. My first two repairs were very very expensive but they were upfront and honest. My last repair was a totally different experience. I told them I heard an extremely loud pop in my front end and said I think something broke. Two days later they said I needed new spark plugs and wanted to charge me an insane amount of money for that service. When I picked up my vehicle I experienced the same problem that I took it in for. Basically I paid several hundred dollars for nothing. About a week later I was changing my brakes and discovered my driver side axel was broken. Somehow, their inspection completely missed a broken axel. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I wanted this shop to be my go to but I will never take my vehicle there ever again.

Took a longer than they said they would, but staff was nice and price was reasonable.

So after getting bamboozled by Bob Moore Jeep. I pick up my jeep and rush over here as fast as I can before they close. Unfortunately I didnt make it in time but a guy there was at his car and came back to help us so that I could drop it off to be worked in am. They called promptly in the morning to let me know it was completed which was half the cost of what Bob Moore was trying to get. Great Service.. Great Job... Much Respect!

This place is a little inconsistent. They did a good job the first time, but didnt give us accurate information when we went back with my wifes car. Id use them again, but just double check things before I drove away.

Find a random vibration in an 18 year old Jeep? These guys did it! My Jeep has not driven this smooth at highway speeds since I bought it a year ago. They also recommended some other items for service that I didn’t know about, but no high pressure sales pitch. I appreciate the work they did. Will definitely be back for any future repairs.

Staff is nice. Brought my truck in to get it inspected so that I could sell it and they told me it’d be an hour. I waited 2 hours before they told me that they hadn’t even gotten to it yet. If you need service done, don’t expect it to be done in a timely fashion here. I’d suggest bringing a phone charger or planning to leave your car there for the day.

The staff has been friendly and good to communicate with.There have been several times when we needed help prioritizing repairs; urgent, important, routine, and when you can. They have explained the importance and impact of each repair. They also explain different quality parts, the benefits and quality vs. cost trade-off. Im not a car person and they will explain repairs in simple and accurate terms.They drove me home, called when the repair was done, and picked me up.The transparency is greatly appreciated. I’ve been using Christian Brothers Automotive for as long as they have been at the Hefner and Rockwell location. They have served me and my family with 5 star service all those years. I had a great experience here today, and highly recommend them to others who need car repairs. Tony was very friendly on the phone yesterday when I called to see if they could address electrical issues related to my headlights. He seemed genuinely concerned about what was wrong with my car and put my mind at ease. All of the staff was very friendly during my experience and they are one of the few/only places I can actually say that I trust. They also addressed some corrosion around my battery while I was there today. I will definitely be coming back here any time I need car repairs even when I move to a different part of the city. These are definitely people I want to continue giving my business to.

I knew my car needed maintenance but wanted a second opinion on what needed to be done. I walked in at my appointment time and was helped right away. The courtesy shuttle took me to work and was a pleasant ride. I got a call about what needed to be done and how much it would be. I was able to pick my car up the same day too! I was kept updated via text. Everybody was helpful and extremely nice and I will be using them from now on for all my car needs!

Very nice shop, timely repair, and honest. They diagnosed my vehicle, thought they determined what was wrong, and made the repair. They discovered that wasn’t what was wrong and re-diagnosed it again and determined the real problem. They didn’t charge me for the other issue that didn’t fix the problem I brought the car in for. Guys were very courteous and professional. They were also very timely with the work and had it done before they said they would.

When my 21-year-old Honda broke down near their shop, I felt I had no choice but to use them. Glad I did! They were prompt, helpful, friendly, and I felt trustworthy. Willing to discuss options without trying to up sell me - which they could easily have done with such an old car! Even talked to me about “prognosis” of my old-faithful and what to watch for, which is allowing me to get in and drive with peace of mind. Although I live quite a distance away, I will bring my car back in to them!

The mechanic shop that I used and trusted for over 30 years retired and sold the business. A friend recommended that I try Christian Brothers on W. Hefner Rd. in Oklahoma City. I was recently told by a auto dealership repair shop that I had 2 oil leaks and it would cost around $5500 for repairs. I took the car to Christian Brothers and had them to check the cars engine, transmission and anything else that might be in need of repairs. Christian Brothers called me and said they didnt find anything wrong with the car. I ask them if they found any oil leaks and they said no. They did tell me that there was a few routine maintenance things that should be done, which I have been putting off so I gave them permission to do that. Christian Brothers saved me a lot of money. The shop was very clean and the staff, Bob, Jeff and David were very professional. I believe they are very honest and wouldnt take advantage of anyone. They even sent a driver to pick me up. When I need my car serviced again, I will take it to Christian Brothers.

It is tough not to like these people. When you enter, you are greeted by a nice person who is willing to listen to your car issues and by mechanics eager to work on your vehicle. The office has a bright airy feel. Christian Brothers also offers a shuttle service to take you to where you need to go. Oklahoma City isnt too crowded, so it is easy to get around. The front desk staff have an excellent understanding of vehicles and are able to converse with people at all levels of automotive knowledge clearly and concisely. They do know cars. They do their best to make your service visit pleasant and convenient. Their talk is confidence inspiring. They give you the idea that your car will be worked on in the most cost effective manner possible. My ride to work was extremely pleasant as the driver was excellent at conversation. My pickup ride was also pleasant. We discussed cars and driving and a variety of other topics like movies and current events. One thing stuck with me, though, is that somewhere the idea that you cant take it with you came up. That is especially true if you frequent this place too often. You wont have much left. In exchange, you do get competent service, excellent treatment and a repair that works. If you are in a pinch, these guys might save your bacon. Just try and take care of your car and watch out. Like a fine wine or eating at a 5 star restaurant, the charges are hidden in plain sight. Like an occasional trip overseas, this is as pleasant as car repair comes but these guys are high.

I honestly dont think Ive ever had such an easy, hassle free experience. My AC quit working and honestly I would pay just about anything to get it fixed. CB told me from the beginning what diagnostics would cost and that theyd call before doing anything further. To my relief it was a very minor issue causing my AC to act up AND a very inexpensive fix. Anywhere else wouldve taken advantage of me Im sure, and Im over the moon with how CB treated me yesterday! I have absolutely found my go to for auto repairs and maintenance. So thankful for nice, honest people!

I have been taking my cars to Christian Brothers for the last 15 years! They may be a little more expensive than other places however you get what you pay for! They are honest and customer focused! As a single woman I can tell you they are truly trustworthy!

Love that I have a repair shop that I can get into easily and that I never have to question their honesty with me and what needs done on my car. Whenever I go to any auto shop by myself, I feel overwhelmed because I dont know much about cars and then I feel frustrated when Im having the issue explained to me in a not so kind way. But at Christian Auto, I never felt this way. Bob was patient, and thorough, with the complications with my car. It was also amazing to get quoted for the same issue my dealership quoted me for, but for about 500 less!Next time I run into a car problem, this will be the first place I call!

Very helpful staff. I asked them what needed to be done with my vehicle to keep it up to date on maintenance. I needed roughly $100 in service. The dealership keeps trying to tell me I’m due for over $700 worth of service EVERY time I come in. I have a new-ish car.

I had an A/C problem. I took my pickup in and was told the compressor was out and I needed a whole new system costing 1400-1500. I took it to a local shop and he replaced the refrigerant. He couldnt find a leak so he had me drive it for 2 weeks. I came back and only 5% of the refrigerant had leaked out. He found a small leak at one of the port valves and replaced it for 40$. In addition to this problem with christian brothers prior to the original estimate of 1400-1500 I was told over the phone it would cost 600-700 and to bring my pickup by as this was cheaper than other estimates for similar work. After the Yo-Yo tactic I came in. I would get second opinions prior to getting work done here. I ended up going to swansons tire and they were great and trustworthy. I come from a small town and have always had trustworthy mechanics. This experience has made me think twice about just going to anyone.

Placed our car their hands and they figured out the problem, however the repair they tried did not work! Then they tried something different and fixed it! The nicest group of mechanics weve met since moving to Oklahoma City. If you need work done you can trust this group to do it right!

Bob and his staff did a great work on my truck. Not only do they do great general maintenance and service but they were able to identify and fix and problem the Ford dealership had continually ignored and dismissed as “normal operation”. I gave them the truck info and explained the problem and they knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. That was over a month ago and the problem has not returned. Definitely recommend. Thanks!

Had a great experience here! They were quick and fast and fixed the problem. They found other issues but didnt push me to get them fixed. They simply told me about it and offered and I declined and they left it at that.

Recently took my 2005 Chevy Silverado to have it serviced at CBA. They did a good job explaining the issues and what needed to be done to resolve them. The price was fair but a little on the high side. I felt like it was worth the price for honest and thorough service. I will take my truck there again in the future.

My husband and I were moving from Arizona to Illinois. When we hit OKC we noticed the truck was having a difficult time in higher gears. We stopped at another mechanic who couldnt see us for 2 hours. So, we went to Christian Brothers instead because they would have someone ready for us when we got there and let us and our two cats hang out in the lobby while they assessed the issues. Turns out we needed a new transmission which was going to cost more than the truck was worth. So we opted to not get the work done. But they let us leave our trailer with all our things in it for the day to be safe guarded while we made arrangements for another UHaul.They were all very kind and more than happy to help us with more than just the mechanical issues of our truck.
