I brought my car in this morning to have a wheel vibration checked. I just installed new tires from a major corporate franchise. After balancing the wheels 3 times by the original shop, I decided to check these guys out since there were great reviews. Upon arriving, I was a little skeptical. I wouldnt have initially described this place as super friendly. It was regular folks at work, doing the best they can, just like most of us. I asked them to look at the problem, I followed up with a phone call. They took the payment over the phone and gave me the keys to the car. Most importantly, the problem was fixed. They did what I asked and that earns them 5 stars. I wish I would have bought my set of tires from them. If you are in the market, check them out. I believe their prices are VERY reasonable and I believe that they are honest and responsive to requests from their customers. I believe that the reviews of this place are accurate. businesses like these deserve our support. Next time, I will be purchasing tires from them.

Guys were fast and beyond reasonable with pricing. Originally went in for an alignment, but they said the ball joint needed replacing first. Generally, any of these talks with mechanics and a sprinter van means it’s gonna be a tough one to find someone to service. Fortunately, they were able to do the ball joint and the alignment for under $400. Plus— they were good with my dog. 5 stars. Would recommend. Thanks guys.

This fine group of people takes great care of me and my automotive needs. Great communication, always present me with my options and how those relate to cost, and do great work. Cant ask for much more than that!

I always check reviews before I go anywhere anymore all over the country. Checked here in Oklahoma city for RV tires, fair price on tires and service everyone in the office was helpful, Brian in the shop area answered all my questions about tires . So if you need tires they sell all sizes in the big truck service center. They also do alignment on big trucks, a big plus.

Very impressed with the quick road repair. Im all the way at the exit 119 in El Reno. From phone call at 3:30am to completion of 2 tires changed was only 2 hours and 7 minutes. Just wish he would have had a mudflap :(

Walk in, no appointment. Front desk persons were extremely kind. Carried conversations and gave my almost 2 yr old crayons and coloring book to help pacify him. Was very patient with him even tho he was acting very good.Repair: needed basic oil change. But I had a screw in my tire that needed patched. They did not charge me for the tire repair. These guys are so helpful, generous, and caring. I will definitely bring my service needs to T&W! Thank you all!

I would just love to brag about the guys here! First off hand guy at the front desk was amazing, and a great conversationalist, the guy who balances the tires also amazing! My father use to work for this company, and it has grown so much since I was little. The amount of professionalism within this company is fantastic! So not even to mention they have AN OFFICE Dog! I’m a disabled vet with a service dog. I just went in there and asked if they could do a quick oil change. I was in a hurry. They were more than happy to do it. No issues and no upsales. Just good ole honest service. They did all of this before they knew I had a service dog. This is the way it’s supposed to be done!!

Super fast! I just had 4 tires on my trailer replaced and a tire patched on my truck. Was in and out in an hour. So fast! Drivers lounge is nice with comfortable chairs. Definitely stopping here for tires again if/when I need them again.

Earlier in the week, during the late afternoon, we blew a tire on our 5th wheel driving from Tulsa to OKC. Barely passing Wellston on the Turner Turnpike, we had available several less than favorable options. Drop the trailer and have a transport vehicle deliver it to the closest tire shop where it would sit unattended after-hours until the following day. Drop the trailer, leaving it on the highway, in an uncertain attempt at securing a new tire before the close of business. Or the final option we ultimately chose, a roadside tire delivery and install by T & W Tire. Ive not done business with this company before, and they came recommended by a family member once hearing we were temporarily shut down. I spoke with Josh in dispatch who quite frankly was the best possible first impression of T & W, in my opinion. Josh was undoubtedly customer-focused as he obtained all detail necessary to roll a truck. At just under an hour away from their shop, their roadside tech arrived onsite as quick as one could expect and knocked out the dismount and install with impressive execution. Ive committed to visiting their shop this Friday for new trailer tires all the way around, keeping the late-night install tire as the spare we should have had from the very start. Many thanks to the T & W team for saving the day and earning my continued business.

Left my car there for the day for an alignment. Came back at the end of the day and they had not looked at it. Waste of time.

Got us right in. We were just passing through. l wanted the tires looked at. Balanced all six and away we went.

If you want reliable alignment on your truck or rv go somewhere else! They do not test drive before or after repairs to assure the safety of the vehicle. I went back because the steering wheel was not centered; the tech proceeded to tell me the steering wheel needed to be removed and clocked in correctly & I never test drive the vehicles . Its one thing to have a crazy opinion on centering the steering wheel, but the most frustrating is there was no offer to recheck the alignment, or have a supervisor come out to discuss the issue. On top of that, the tech threw his hands up in disgust as I left.

My husband and I were crossing the country in our new 33 ft RV when my husband noticed uneven tread wear on the front tires. With less than 10,000 miles on the RV, we were concerned about the cause of the uneven wear. A Love’s tire shop outside of Clinton OK referred us to T & W Tire in Oklahoma City.Once quoted a fair price for two replacement tires, we were given a 3:30 pm appointment, the only remaining appointment of the day. Brett promised to do what he could to get to us sooner.We are small business owners ourselves and know the challenges of exceeding customer expectations. But exceed our expectations T & W did. We arrived around 10:30 am. Brett had us pull into a bay where the replacement tires layed waiting. He then led us to a waiting room and provided us a password to excellent WiFi. Less than 45 minutes passed when Brett let us know the new tires were on, and we could wait in the RV now in the lot, until the alignment could be evaluated by another technician returning for his lunch hour. Not 10 minutes later Brett knocks on the RV door to let us know they are ready for the RV for the alignment check.We returned to the waiting room. By 12:20 pm we were paying our bill with a report of severe misalignment.The alignment problem could have caused a tire blowout while driving far away from home. It didn’t, thanks to my husbands attention to detail and T & W tire quick expert service. By 12:30 pm, we were back on the road. That was 3 hours before our scheduled 3:30 pm appointment. Thank you T & W Tire. Great job!

We had a problem with a bulge in one of our motor home tires. One and a half hours later we were back on the road. Extremely competent service.

Went to buy some used simi tires. There prices are a little high and they did mark them down even more for me but I feel they were still a little high. That is simply my feeling. Overall, a great straight forward buisness.

They were very helpfull and kind. Unfortunatelly the tires we had put on our truck were recaps. And that was about a week or so ago. One recap came off and dstroyed our apu unit on the truck. When getting it fixed we found the other 7 also have some separation on them. Now since spending all that money to have apu unit fixed. We have to replace it. Not to mention the tire that lost the recap. Was still aired up tp 100 psi.

This place is a joke, we went in to have tires that we bought from a private party put on our 5500 and they wouldnt do it. Said the rims had to be 3/4 of an in. Wider?? All because we were going from a 225 to a 245, are you joking, just to make a buck, what a load of B.S.!!!

We had a blowout on our RV at 9:30 at night on a Friday. I literally called 13 places (some towing and some were tire repair) none of them had the time or equipment to do the job. I finally got a lead from the 12th person to call T&W and they had someone at the parking lot we made it to within 30 min. His name was Josh and he was very knowledgeable and went way above what he was supposed to do. If I lived in the OKC area I would only use T&W tire. Every other shop in my opinion has terrible customer service. Thanks Josh and T&W tire!
