Technician was very friendly and courteous and went what I felt was out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly.

EDIT***Im pleading!! Dont use this company for any reason.Saying that you are unaware of any issues after Ive been on the phone with your company multiple times is a little sad... Ive refused to have your techs come to my home because theyve been dishonest and disrespectful. Making us feel uncomfortable in our own home. We truly feel like you just used our time and situation to make dinner fast cash off of us.-Is a poor service. They are simply pumping customers through a funnel for a quick buck, to then just pass off people off to Corporate ADT to help with the problems they (Revamped) create. Untrustworthy. Not the home or business security youre looking for.

Outstanding service, service technician showed on time, his appearance was neat and professional and he was very polite and courteous. He explained his scope of work, finished and cleaned up after himself. Once the job was completed, he walked me through the entire systems set up and use. Very pleased with his job and the job of the on line service tech.

We were not sure about Revamp when someone showed up at our door right after we moved in so we researched and saw all the good reviews and gave them a chance. Our experience with the sales rep and installation tech were both great. Quality work and progressional people.

The Tech showed up after we cancelled with ADT and just put the box where he wanted. We did not want the system installed that day nor did we want it at the front door!!!!

My sales Man Was Awesome His Name was Champs.! Helped me through everything and explained it correctly and got me a great deal! My Installer Cody Was awesome as well Explained everything to me and how to use the system and answered all my questions, he did forget to Silicon The holes for the cameras, but it was no big deal had. Overall both were awesome!

Taylor, Kyle, and Amelia were great. Very outgoing and talkative and helped us out. The installer/technician seemed kind of upset when we didnt go with a bigger package to have installed and felt a little pushy on trying to go with bigger packages.
