I asked a simple question on the price of a vehicle. I was told that since I didnt want to do payments I couldnt be told the price of the vehicle. This place is a joke for the car business they are preying on people that cannot afford to pay a car truck off because they are hoping that you do not pay it off they can repo it and your stock paying on something that you arent even driving.

This dealership is worse than words can express. Bruce, a manager, gave me a 10-day payoff on 1/4/19 for my vehicle. I showed up today with $10,800 in cash (the amount I was quoted) and was told that “the boss changed his mind” and wanted more money. I’ve been a customer for three years and am current on my payments and always have provided proof of insurance. When I didn’t agree to pay more to satisfy the manager, my vehicle was illegally repossessed. These people basically held a gun to my head and forced me to pay far more than I was quoted. I ended up paying $13,000 in order to get my vehicle back and the lien release I was promised for $10,800. I will be contacting the Used Motor Vehicle Commission to report their unlawful actions. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please don’t make the mistake I did by giving these crooks your money.

Buying a used Silverado, but think l could have gotten a better deal if l shopped around. My wife wanted this place because of the ad on TV back then. Promised her wed get one but know l could have a better price somewhere else.

RUN, RUN, RUN very fast from this place. I waited as long as i could before writing this review because i wanted to at least give them a chance to redeem themselves. These people have damaged my credit report, sold me a truck that they knew had a bad transmission, and claimed to fix it 5 different time. When I say they messed up my credit report its not because i didnt make my payments; in fact i never missed a payment. But the fact that they didnt-reported items on my report accurately which caused me to loose out on a major purchase, and I have proof of all of this on paper. They recently fired the finance manager that caused all the problems I guess, but the sales manager, and the management is still the same. This place is so bad that I have gone to the Used Car Commission, BBB, and i have also retained an attorney because I refuse to let these people who I watched lie, and lie to my face think that they are really that smart. Please dont go there. Bad business. I had SUV with them for less five month. Last Wednesday they repo my car didnt call me, didnt get no mail from them they just came and repo my car without my know. I had to have insurance with them and had my own so I had to pay two insurance on my SUV. At first that lady say I got pay $600 to get my car next day they want 1,1314.00 hell no way stink business. Gas Gage and meter broke same day I got it going on road back home, oil leak. Watch out they money hungry

I had a woman from this business scream profanities at me in the line at McDonalds because she felt like she was first. What a classy way to represent your business and Ill be sure and post this review on every possible site that I can so that people know the kind of people that are part of this business.

Auto Resources has always helped us when we needed, but recently they havent been really cooperative. We called and asked Mel if we could trade our car in since weve had it for a year and he said no, we had to wait another 2 months and now our motor is shot and we dont have the money to replace it nor do we have the money for a rental until they find a motor for our car (we have a Pontiac, which no longer exsists.) And we asked Mel what can we do and he just said to keep paying on the car. Honestly I am hoping since Pontiac is no longer around they will put us in a replacement car or let us out of our contract so we can find a new vehicle. Other than this problem they are not a bad dealership and will help with any situation.

Have good vehicle purchasing options. Friendly staff. And not too pressuring. Dont call a million time.

Worst place to buy a car or a truck.They lie to you

I just purchased a truck on the 13th of May 2016.. Jeff was really nice when I met him.. After leaving the lot, not even 4 hours later, the check engine light came on.. the lot was closed so I couldnt contact anyone.. So I texted the sales manager and tell him that the truck has a few problems to come up and its not even 24 hours later.. He then tell me to speak with Mel (Satan).. he schedule me to bring the truck in the following Monday.. didnt that.. Nothing was fixed.. then he schedule me for Memorial Day.. I ask, are you sure? Thats a holiday.. he says, yes we will be open.. okay!! Took it in to find NOBODY THERE!! Call to speak with Mel and hes not available.. basically I was given the run around.. he finally contact me after 3pm.. he says, Jeff said we need you to bring that truck in its not safe.. duh!!! So we schedule for Monday, June 6th, 2016.. He take notes after I show him a video of something else wrong with the truck.. I asked for a copy.. he fold the paper and copy only what he wants me to see.. I had to get a rental being that I need transportation.. I call him today because I hadnt heard from him.. he then say, your truck is ready but I need you to catch up on down.. thats not a problem, I say but I need you to deduct from the rental and the things I had to get in order to drive without a problem.. he says hes not deducting anything.. I tell him that I will just proceed with sending in the paperwork to the Used Vehicle Commission.. he then say okay and hung the phone up in my face.. I called back to speak with Jeff and the lady Carmona or whoever says Jeff is out of town and I can speak with Mel.. NO WAY!! I either need them to deduct what I had to spend while they fix the truck.. if its really fixed and I will pay the rest or give me my $1,450 back.. its that simple!! Dont think you can do Gods anointed wrong.. he fights for me.. and aint nothing to big for my God!! Watch what God does!! Lol

Dont go here they stole all my stuff out my truck. And left beer cans and beer bottle tops in the back of it.

Called them to get pricing and mileage on a specific vehicle because I was wanting to buy out right. They would not give me any info, said they wanted me to come in and would rather me finance. When I told them I would not they just hung up on me. Very disappointed, they will not be getting my business.

I traded my truck in on another truck,at the truck station,owned by auto resources,had it for just a few days,motor goes bad,took it back,they have me leave it over night with there mechanic,go back the next day,and they put Jeff (owner?)on the phone,he says it going to cost about $2000 to fix it,and hes not going to spend the money,but if I was not happy with the truck I could return it,but would not give back my trade in back to me,told me it was my problem,and that there were no lemon laws in ok,(WOW!)I go get the truck from there mechanics shop,they left it out side,across the street in open lot,unlocked,hood unlatched and running worse than when I took it there,motor is just shot,had to tow it back home,this is the worse mistake I have ever made with a vehicle purchase
