The check engine light came on in my new Audi. The service department was very friendly and quickly resolved my problem. I was impressed that they were able to immediately work me in even though I didn’t have an appointment. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Everyone was great from start to finish. Yasmine, my sales person, was so friendly and accommodating. We went by after closing not anticipating anyone being there just to peak around. She was readily available before and after our purchase. Mack in financing made everything a dream come true. He helped us meet our goals. He stayed super late to help us get a competitive deal and got us a great warranty that was exactly what we needed. He even helped after our purchase with my trade in and get the best deal possible for it. All around he was awesome. Doug, was easy going on the trade in and gave me the best price. We were traveling from out of town and had a blowout on our tire. It happened on a Saturday causing us to have to stay over unexpectedly as we could not drive home on the spare. Alexa in service held us a tire on Saturday night and got us in first thing Monday. They fixed the car and got us on the road by 9:30 a.m. Her service was impeccable and a big shout out to Audi OKC for all they did!

I was looking for a new car to add to my collection. I planned to buy another Jaguar, this time a F-Type. During my search, I saw an ad for Audi A8-L, the super-luxury car. I thought, why not take a look at these? After an exhaustive search for the perfect A8-L, I found the exact car I wanted at Audi Oklahoma City. I got up at 4:00 AM to drive from Dallas to The City, as Oklahoma folks call it. I met a nice young salesman and I drove the car. VERY impressed! The salesman told me that Audi did not allow owners to change the oil in the car, it had to be done at the dealership. I knew that was not true. After telling the salesman I would not pay any dealer add-on fees, we cut a great, no pressure deal and the documents went to the finance manager. There was way too much pressure to buy an extended warranty. I did not appreciate that. I never buy the other high profit, low to no value add-ons they try to sell. This is the part of buying a car I REALLY dont like.Conclusion: I love the Audi A8-L. It is a great super-luxury car. I have a new Jaguar XJL Supercharged 5.0. These must be the two best luxury cars in the world, short of a new Rolls! However, I HATE the high pressure attempt to sell add-ons at closing. I do not like being told I cant change my own oil. I am a Master Aircraft and Automotive Mechanic. Pretty sure I can do anything Jiffy Lube can do.
I bought a new Q5 and the experience was great. I worked with Logan Williams and he spent time going over a few models with me. The first day I came in was about 15 minutes from them closing. Logan still spent the time to go over the vehicles and promotions. I am enjoying the smooth ride and definitely recommend the service from Audi Oklahoma City.
I absolutely love the service Audi of Oklahoma City offers compared to the local Bmw shop. I had a 16’ 3 series and I just feel like they overcharged for the simplest stuff. Ever since I switched to my Audi A5, Alexa and the entire Audi staff have the best interests and will tell me if something needs fixing on the car, or if it can wait. I also appreciate that they topped off my fluids for me at no cost.
We currently have three Audis and highly recommend this dealership. Anthony Jew in sales has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We just purchased a car from Bob Moore Audi today. From the first phone call to the final paperwork we had amazing service. The salesman replied promptly to our questions on the phone and texted information to us before we made the 100 mile trip to see the vehicle. We had some price negotiating but it was quick and professional. The sales manager came to meet us and we never felt pressured. In the closing office we were given options for additional services and warranties but again with no pressure. We’ve purchased a lot of vehicles and I have to say this purchase rates at the top of the list. We feel like the pricing was fair too. I highly recommend this dealership.

It was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be. Im not used to going to the car lot and being treated like what I wanted was number one priority but what was number one priority is what the salesman says. My salesman was Mike and he was pleasant, personable and took everything I said into consideration. I felt comfortable dealing with Mike. The whole process didnt take as long as I thought either which is what I also appreciate. Will be back for my next car but hopefully not for a long time though.

Enable to turn off engine light just kept resetting They let me leave with a gas leak after checking it many times they where not able to due the job there trained to do and I asked to talk to boss or manager and they fail to provide Appropriate assistance only if they made more Audi dealership so that we could take our cars to and not just one that’s ridiculous

The saleswoman Melissa, Sales Manager Anthony, and Finance Director Jared were all SO GREAT to work with! This is the best experience my husband and I have had at a dealership and loved how friendly and caring everyone was. We didn’t feel like another dollar to them and when in the market for another car will definitely be shopping here. The total process from arrival to leaving in our new vehicle only took about 2-3 hours and we were very impressed at how fast everything moved. Definitely check out their inventory if you are in the market for a new or used car.
I was traveling to OKC from Fort Worth when I picked up a screw in my left front tire. I was two and a half hours outside of OKC when I called Audi OKC and spoke with Alexa.I explained my situation and asked if by chance they had my tire in stock. She checked inventory and they had it! She was very flexible in getting me in to have my tire changed the following morning (Saturday).The level of service that I received from Alexa at Audi OKC will have me coming back to them for the years to come. She and the service manager (can’t remember his name) were awesome. Ten out of ten, highly recommend.

Audi OKC always exceeds my expectations. I bought a used Audi from them at the end of last year and the buying process took just over an hour! Super impressed. Ive put close to 20,000 miles on my car the last couple months and any issue that popped up with it, Alexa, Adam and the team in the service department always took care of it and got me back on the road in no time. Super friendly and helpful people throughout the dealer. Definitely recommend buying your next Audi and having it serviced at Audi OKC.
This was a waste of not only my time but my money as well. I took my vehicle in for warranty work and they could not deliver a fix product even after calling and complaining. They happy took my money and left me with the same problems I took the vehicle in for and in exchange They put several miles on the vehicle and didnt even replace what fuel they used. I feel took all the way around and will be making the trip to Texas to have my machine worked on. Save your time and money, shop else where.

I am a little late on posting this as this experience was back in May.I do not own an Audi but I own a Volkswagen. I was having A couple of issues, one being minor and the other being not so minor. My car spent 10 days at the Volkswagen dealership in Norman and after picking it up and getting 1/3 of the way home I noticed The issue were still very apparent. I was super frustrated and did not want to take it back and be without it for even longer. My husband took it to Jose Santos at Audi OKC… they had my car for a total of 25 min and the issue was gone!!! I am so thankful him and one of his technicians ( wish I knew his name!) were able to get me fixed up quickly! They are awesome and really care and KNOW what they are doing!!!
I can honestly say my experience with Audi OKC was the best car buying experience Ive ever been through. They were more than fair on my trade in, giving me $4500 more than another dealership in town offered. Logan went above and beyond through the sales process and even delivered my vehicle to me on his day off at my workplace. And, I was buying a used vehicle but they treated me like I was buying one of the most expensive cars on the lot. Above and beyond service from start to finish.

Like many, I dread going to the dealership for anything because its typically a long and frustrating process. This time it was anything but frustrating! I came in (without an appointment) because my tire pressure light kept coming on. Alexa got me checked-in and within 30 minutes found 2 nails in my tire and had a replacement ordered to arrive the next day. The next day I was in and out in under an hour. The wifi and coffee bar at the dealership made it so easy to work remotely without any inconveniences. The next time you need work done on your car, I would highly suggest asking for Alexa! 10/10 service and the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership.

I did not end up purchasing a car from Audit of Oklahoma City, but I wanted to give them a shout out and, in particular, Mike Callan, for outstanding professionalism and communication. I was shopping for a pre-owned vehicle and am over 1,000 miles away from them. Too often, dealerships dont handle working with remote buyers well. Because we cant come in to see and touch it, there is a whole other level of electronic communication required - questions, pictures, etc. And, the communication needs to be prompt and thorough (or we move on quickly). Mike did all of those things! He was truly helpful in providing the exact information and visualization that I needed and was super prompt with communication. Ultimately, I decided that another car was the right one for me, but I actually put working with Mike in the pro column for their vehicle as a factor in my decision. Thank you!

Mike and Doug made it happen again. Cant say how great they are especially after all the stuff we had to deal with in regards to a horrible Audi dealership in Huston! So lucky to have a local dealership that is this amazing.We worked with Mike and he was phenomenal. My wife wasn’t sure what she wanted so we just walked in and spoke with him. He gave us great knowledge and left us to check out a few and take one for a test drive. ZERO PRESSURE! We thanked him and left and he called us once a few days later to follow up. We said we were still thinking about it and he took the news in stride and let us be. Went back another week and bought a car from him some what on a whim and he was even better the second time around. Has been there for us well after the sell with info and opinions on things we needed help with. If you go to Audi deal with mike and no matter what you do the outcome will be pleasant. Audi watch this guy, best salesman you got!
I was on vacation and wanted to purchase a car i had found there. Since i would not agree with using their financing they literally sent me home the first day i was there and said they would contact me via email a few days later. I really wanted my car though. The next day i contacted my bank, secured financing and insured the car. I called the dealership when they opened and let them know i had secured financing and would need to pick the car up by Wednesday. They then tried everything possible to stand in the way of my purchase.They delayed finding the title and when they did send it they neglected to send it to the bank who actually needed it. They tried to convince my bank to make the check out to the incorrect parties (knowing this would delay picking up the car beyond the date i was leaving the state). When they sent the purchase agreement to my bank so they could issue the check, the finance person neglected to sign any of the paperwork sent. (once again knowing this would cause delay).When all of these problems started happening, my banker reached out to them and the finance guy (Jared) actually admitted to trying to mess up the deal because he doesnt get a kickback from his preferred banks, so he had no urgency to facilitate a quick sale.So on a recorded bank line of which i have the transcript, they actually admitted to making it more difficult to purchase an Audi, because they dont get a back channel kickback through financing. (the worse part was their very best financing option was still 3% higher than what i could get through my bank, so not like they have good options either).Do yourself a favor if you want to buy an Audi from here. Call them and ask if you can speak to Jared in financing, if he is still there or has a voicemail box, then you know this culture of selling loans versus selling cars is still present. With as brazen and rude as their business group is you can be assured this is something maintained by leadership as a culture there.Sales group is awesome, i would give them 5 stars if i could just based on how awesome my salesperson was, John Freese was amazing. He was in tune with what i wanted, very knowledgeable and dedicated to getting me my car. Everything else was awful. Even afterwards during all the manager apologies, they refused to see this as a persistent issue, they just said Jared was having a bad day. (well was three days).I have reported them to Audi of America. I have also had my home dealership report them as well. I will be making a better business bureau complaint as well. If you have been treated poorly by this dealership finance group, then please mark this review as helpful so no other people have to live through the nightmare of having a dealership business office stand in the way of the salesperson and customer completing a transaction.

Alexa was taking care of repairs for my vehicle and dealing with CarShield insurance. She did an amazing job of getting my car fixed and dealing with insurance claim.
Took in my Audi for service and was charged for services covered under warranty. When I called to ask for a reimbursement, I was told to handle my own claim. The claim center even told me Audi usually just handled the claims and customers get their money back. My last service I was told my wheels were severely bent even though there was no wobble or vibration when driving. Took it in somewhere else for a second opinion and my wheels weren’t bent at all. They also put 9 miles on my car and didn’t clean it when they said they were. I’ll stick to Audi Fort Worth, TX from now on. Worth every mile of the drive.

Purchasing my pre-owned Audi at Audi Oklahoma City was a great experience. Audi Brand Specialist Logan was knowledgeable, courteous and fully answered any questions I had about the car I wanted. Before, during and after the test drive, he showed me the features of the car most relevant and important to me and how to operate them. Working with his sales manager, he presented me with an acceptable value for my trade-in vehicle. He prepared the preliminary documents for the purchase of my new car and introduced me to Finance Manager Mackenzie Corder. Mackenzie completed the documents and explained to me other products available such as extended warranties, pre-paid maintenance plans and protection packages for the interior and exterior. With the documents completed, I paid for my new car and drove away as a satisfied customer.

Worst dealership I’ve been to in quite some time. Sent me Audi Q5 in for simple diagnostic and $8,000 later, they never got it right. Never one time in the 8 times it was in at shop was it washed or even vacuumed. They were ever lazy enough to not put my skid plate but in tact. My car was never fixed in the 8 times I went. Charged me full price for things that didn’t need fixed, that they were guessing at. Finally decided to take it somewhere else. Won’t be back and do NOT recommend this place. Only way I’d recommend Audi OKC is if someone wants to blow thousands of dollars for their car to sit for weeks at a time with nothing repaired. 0/10 in my book. Absolutely trash.

My whole visit to the dealership was very stress-free, and relaxed. I had obtained financing beforehand, had the vehicle chosen, and everything was ready for me to sign.
