This dealership is horrible!!!After going to easily 2 dozen dealerships in town, this was without a doubt the worst one Ive been to.The front desk was very rude and short, she didnt care about any of the concerns i brought up.The cars they have are NOTHING like the pictures online they post....When i showed up, the car had damage all over. From ripped metal on the front end, to large dents all over the car, torn leather seats, and the dash is even broken in half! See the pictures i attached and you can clearly see the crack right down the middle of the dash....When i tested the sunroof, it made a horrible noise and wouldnt close all the way. I had to spend 5 minutes pushing the close button over and over to get it to close, and even then it finally closed with a horrible grinding noise and slammed shut.When i told the lady at the front desk she didnt care at all, she said its being sold as is. Which means theyre intentionally, knowingly selling people cars with defects.Out of everywhere Ive been, this dealership made me the most uncomfortable, had worst selection, and their vehicle was completely broken, and it felt like a very slimy operation to get people to buy cars with hidden defects

I am simply shocked that this establishment is still in operation. I am a retired military disabled veteran and financed a car for my son who is struggling to get on his feet in life. He needed a vehicle in order to get to and from employment and went to Best Price. They sold my son a car that they said was inspected but a week or two later the vehicle is not drivable and needs about $2,000 in repairs. Jennifer and Fred said they would work with us but went back on their word. They stated they couldnt make the needed repairs and never offered to make it right other than to fix the breaks, which they reneged on too. Do not buy from these dishonest people.

This business is disrespectful and discriminatory my husband received more than enough income from va disability compensation and they refused our application for financing because he has no w-2 as proof even though I have a benefit verification letter. To treat any veteran who had fought for your freedom to turn around and refuse us financing for lack of a w-2 is disgusting, disrespectful, discriminatory and disturbing. We will take our business elsewhere and you should too! Truly 0 start review.

I was very pleased with the salesman and how they worked with me to get to be financed for the car I wanted at a payment I could afford! Great people would recommend them to everyone.

Now up to $4k in repairs on a vehicle I just purchased from them. This is my second time giving this business a chance, and I now horribly regret it. Customer service and safety are no where close to being in the top of their priority list, and dont care to do anything further after the quick sale. So disappointed with this business.

Drove a decent car for decent price. Tallied up brakes, hood struts and new brakes as needing work. Sales guy tells me car no longer for sale, jumps in car and drives off. You can decide if that works for you. Drove 3hrs one way. Smh

I bought a jeep recently $5500. They said their mechanic looked at it and was is good condition. I test drove it for at least 30min ran good. 2days after driving it a clunk in reverse and serious vibration in steering. Took it to pepboys and estimate was $2800. As is no warranty my fault. Just beware. Shady!

STAY AWAY!They sell pieces of junk. They hide all the issues, however major the issue may be, they hide it and dont give a hint about it. You could buy a car from here, drive it home and on the way a tire could break loose or the axle could fall off the chasis, there is absolutely no guarantee. I have purchased used cars from dealers before, but none do business like this place does. They operate with no conscience or ethics. Dont purchase from here and put your life (or the loved ones) at risk. Dont trust the positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and please STAY AWAY!

If you miss any payments at all this owner will tell you, hey theyre such nice people they understand about Covid and sickness...as long as you communicate with them everything is fine. Then he waits until the vehicle is just about to be paid off and repoes, even though youve been making your payments and trying to catch up. Demanding it all and fees within ten days!!!!Does this sound trustworthy to you????

I went in on Friday and found the car I wanted. I was told the down payment would be $1000-1500; I came back on Saturday and brought my paystubs, etc. I was prepared to pay $1000 and $1500 if necessary. I was told the down payment would be $3500. These people cannot be trusted. I will never go back.

They have had a sign posted for years stating no down payment with a trade in. I went in with a trade in and the young lady who sits at the front desk told me I needed to add money 😙😂... Best price...please take down the giant sign that is misleading. Dont Advertise anything youre not going to stand behind 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣however, they do have nice looking automobiles, but on the sheet you gave me, it doesnt matter how much of a down payment you give...your payment options dont change.

Most importantly they do HONEST business. The staff was great, place was clean, plenty of cars to pick from. But that is not why I am leaving a five star review. I had an issue after all the paperwork was signed and the car was mine. They legally didn’t have to help me with my problem, but they did and didn’t ask me for a dime. If you don’t have the best credit and you want to deal with honest people, this is the place.

My brother and me purchased a vehicle in June. When we bought the car the second day issues began. The ball joints were going out....ok they fixed that after one month the engine began to have problems, the air conditioner went out, battery died, the trunk lock closes after 3 attempts because it randomly gets stuck now following that the brake pads and rotors and now were at the wheel alignment... Ive had to put more money in the truck than its even worth. This is a lemon... They say oh we will help you fix it but there choosy on what they help with. It has to be something cheap. Long story short dont be a me.... Take your time and believe the reviews. Dont get me wrong some of the workers are dope and the sales people do there job which is to get the customer to fall in love with the car and by all means necessary get you in a vehicle but the issue is the vehicle you may be getting in may honestly be a lemon. Choose car dealerships wisely.

I was happy with the service I got on the date of purchase but since then Ive been through hell. I got my car 4 months ago and my engine is completely gone (the shop I went to said it was going out before I got it) I had to get a new battery, get sensors replaced etc. When I called them to tell them what happened to my engine all he could say was Ill see what I can do but I still have to pay for all repairs. So now Im stuck with a car note for a car that u have to pay 2300 just to get a new engine.

They dont checking their cars like they say they do. Bought a BMW X5 With attended warranty plus. Lies did not cover much of anything. Things best price said they fixed they didnt. The car ran okay for a month and half been shop since Ive paid 8k on repairs and they wouldnt do anything to help with that along with a possible trade out or something. THEY REALLY SUCK AND DONT CARE AFTER THEY GET THEIR MONEY.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I found the vehicle listed for sale on their site. Called and had my credit check etc.. advised them I would come in on Saturday to finalize the paperwork and pick it up.. I drove all the way from Tulsa and by the time I got there they said the vehicle is not available... even attempted to sell me a different one (totally different make and model) . What kind of business is that? If you sold it prior to me making the trip just let me know. If I was really interested in the other vehicle I wouldve asked for it. u2028u2028Good job on wasting my time!

Best place to buy a car and easiest financing

Everyone was really nice there yes and they got me into a car. But 2 days after purchase I went to the have my transmission fluid changed just to find out I needed a brand new transmission. Get my car back 8 days after that it was smoking take it back to the shop car needs a new motor bc engine is extremely sludged up I have had the car since 3-9 and I have driven it a total of 4 days the rest of the time its been in the shop for repairs

As with all BHPH places you worry about the outrageous interest rates, payments etc. But this dealership is fair, friendly and affordable. Whether you need to keep your payments in a certain range, need help with downpayment, making your monthly payments or even with your insurance they will work with you. Definitely a place Id return if ever needed another vehicle at a reasonable price!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart RallyE manual from this place. Not even a month after owning it my clutch and flywheel disassembled going down the highway. Took days of trying to reach this place to get advice on where to go for the repair since it would be under warranty. Well days of no answers or told Id get called back, I went to the only near by shop I could in Guthrie to get the repair complete. I spoke with Jennifer about this who told me this place KNOWS clutches are not covered under warranty but they do not tell people this when buying manuals from them. She also said because of this, they would work with me on the cost for these repairs ($2350) since its understood this is no way my fault. She said she would speak with the owner and get back to me. Days later and no call back I reach out and Im told they can not do anything for me after all this time of telling me they would. Still have yet to hear from the owner even though Ive repeatedly reached out for his contact info or request a call back. This shop is well aware of the cheap, masking repairs they do to get cars sold with no consideration for the customer and the place it will put them in. Can guarantee the owner still will not contact me even after this review.

Best Price auto sales is a scam yes they can put you in any car because use a bottom of the barrel finance company who will finance anyone we got a truck from them and we literally only had it for 52 days and now the transmission is out. No warranties they claimed I was offered one but I dont recall. Red flag should of been when other customer were in there complaining about their cars...

Came to Best Price Auto Sales because of the raving reviews this place had. Right off the bat we werent bombarded by salesman which was the only good thing I can say about this place. The front desk receptionist was the only person that helped us at all, one of their salesman took one look at us and disappeared in the back office. Excellent service! We had found a nice little 99 f150 that was lifted and had a cool fender guard. When we went to test drive it they had already started it before we got outside which was a little concerning. It smelled strongly of burning oil and it just felt and sounded like it had a couple of drives left in it. All of this is not unreasonable for an 18 year old ford, but they wanted $5000 dollars for it and would not come off the price. Their reasoning for that is because they pay a substantial amount for trade-ins to help get people in a new car. So if you want to buy somebody elses burden, by all means go here to get $@!#ed in the ass.

The most Untranslatable car dealership. The salesman was a liar. We drove all the way form Tulsa to this car lot and they change their words about the deal that we discussed on the phone. Most of reviews are from A Google User and comments are repetitive. It is obvious best price auto sales make these google accounts make good comments. I read most of the comments and it seem one person wrote them. Even a recent comment is the same as previous comment for the Sales man which means he wrote the comment for himself 🤣 stop bullshitting people.

When it was time for me to buy a car, I knew that I would be looking for a car there too. I found a wonderful car, at a great price. My credit and financial history are really bad but Amin took time to work with me to get good financing. I did not think that I would be approved but Amin made it happen. If you have less than good credit you already know that you will need special financing but it is possible. The customer service and follow up after the sale, were great, and they stayed in touch with me for each step of the profess. I felt that they really care about making a happy customer. We had gotten a 2007 tahoe and noticed a few weeks later the rear end was bend. They offered to pay for it to get fixed through our warranty. Like pay the deductible. But the warranty wouldnt fix it. So they had us bring it back and picked put another vehicle and off we went in a 2011 ford explorer. They are so helpful and caring. I had a bad experience before at a dealership in Pauls valley so I really hated to go to a carlot again. But, I am glad I did. Cheap down payment and a place for your kids to play while you do paper work.

Didnt tell me much until after Id signed the papers. 21% interest rate which I didnt find out until later . 6 months later bumber flies off for no reason turns out the car was damaged before hand. They refused to fix it, offered to call their boss to see what he could do. Never got a call back. Stay far far away from this place. They lost plenty of business cause all of my family was going to buy a car from them. Im stuck with an expensive car payment and an ugly car which I dont have the funds to repair. I was proud to do something an own a car of my own at 18 and now its all ruined and Im stuck with it
