DO NOT GO HERE to buy a used car!!!! I purchased one from them 6 months ago and now I am told by my certified mechanic that I need a new engine. They told me that they knew nothing was wrong with and that it was taken care of. Nice people but I got scammed. Not happy what so ever and will never suggest them to anyone.

Needed to update my review my husband change it. Let me give you the truth okay. I have two cars now one car I wanted to trade-in for something easy on gas. Did it go the way I wanted no? I have never missed a payment or have ever been late. Still didnt help me. Got my tag on one of my cars the tag agent thought the price I got the car for was a Ripper off the price. Oh well. One car was having Issues since the day I got it oh well my problem for not knowing what I needed to look for. Found out both cars were in two wrecks was never told that even asked. Oh well. Please do a carfax on the car first. Look at the bluebook. Not everything will go the way you want doesnt mean this is a bad company. There are nice people. They will do their best to help you. They will fix anything but you pay for the parts. They will use your car and your gas to make sure the car is good to go. You wont get the gas put back in but you dont pay for Labor so win-win. Will, I go back maybe not thats only because I want to go to a bigger car lot.

My sister got a car from them that had a few issues they said they would fix but the day she took it in it set all day and wasn’t fixed Rescheduled to have other issues worked on and dropped it off at 9am and at 4:30 they called and said they didn’t have the parts and needed to keep it over nite she asked for a loaner so she could go to work but was denied so she missed a day work and it is now 1pm the next day and still no news on her car. These people are very unprofessional and scammers So disappointed

They sold my son a car with a bad front suspension and when a tie rod split and he blew a tire the manager told him it was his problem not their problem. He had only had the car for a couple of weeks and when he brought it he was told it was a great car and in good shape.Thats no way to treat customers!! Just a bunch of crooks!!!

First off, reference Al Saloha over there and youll be treated right! Now I know most people think of used cars salesman and the lot as shady and untrustworthy. Believe you me, this one lot disproves all these negative stereotypes! I bought a Chevy Traverse from here I initially didnt expect to get... however there is a different feel about this place. These people are warm and friendly. They help out. They will fix issues you tell them about and are genuine. Ask for Jack, who was my rep. He is a treasure! This is a great place to get a vehicle at. The staff is super nice and friendly. They are very understanding as well my salesman got me into my car quick. I was 7.5 months pregnant and having to walk to work for almost 3 months before I got my car and it was hard on me but they helped me and my payments fit my budget. I love that they offer free oil changes throughout the vehicles contract and are quick to help in the service department. I was recommended by a friend of mine that has her vehicle here as well and Im glad I came to Victory :)

Bought a Yukon GMC wasnt what I wanted its what they put me in but I liked it, 3 days later the transmission went out and it took them a week to fix it. We made our payments on time we had a death in the family and they wouldnt work with us. We put $2,000 down and still had payments of 255 every 2 weeks thats 510 a month. We had a payment arrangement and they stil repo the car. And was very disrespectful and wouldnt tell us where the car was to get our property out of the truck. We had the money but they charged repo fees and also waned the truck to go through inspection and it was an inconvenience for us. By the time we would have paid the car off we would have paid for a brand new car. We were getting robbed pay attention to those numbers.

Worst customer service. My husband got a truck from there an when I took it to get his oil change . She was really rude.. I made a complain with the manager and never did they apologize Worst customer service. Will never be purchasing anything from this place again

I took my best friends daughter here to look at used cars. She fell in love with one, bought it and the wheels literally fell off on her a couple of times. I later find out she bought two more vehicles from here and they too broke down. The salesman was really nice, but I guess thats his job right! I dont recommend.

They are dishonest and if you make your payment they will repo your car the next day and wont let you have it back unless you pay the repo fees even if its their screw up for not canceling the repo order

Ive been with Victory for going on two years now. They got me in a great starter car (2007 Mercury Milan) then a truck (2007 Chevy Silverado Z71 4x4 with KILLER tires and rims!!) I never thought Id be able to own this early in my life. Both instances I was out in under two hours with the best service service Ive ever received at a car dealership. They work with you and take care like no one else will!

Don’t buy from this dealership. Bought a Ford Flex from them and they stated it just needed a solenoid replaced and that’s why the check engine light was on. Opened it up for repair and that repair had already been done. Ran a carfax report and they had already had the work done and knew it wasn’t the issue. We haven’t even made it to 30 days after purchase and the car is not drivable. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

One of the men I dealt with was friendly, the other was not very friendly.They did come down in price on my truck but there are some things I feel they shouldve told me about it that they didnt. They said the AC worked great but the day after I bought it it didnt work. The engine runs great is what they kept saying, which it does. But they didnt tell me that the driver and rear windows do not work and there is a leak from the roof or windshield.Wish they were more honest about the details.

I bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 5.7 Hemi on 6/08/2019. Jack sold me a bunch of lies about the truck. Long story short less than 2 weeks later I need a new transmission. Buyers beware! They will say ANYTHING to get you to buy a vehicle from their lot.I originally posted my review on 06/21/2019, but Jack contacted me immediately after I posted asking me to take it down. He went on saying they are a car lot that fixes problems not cheat customers. Again JACK SOLD ME MORE LIES! I never heard from him again. Again buyers beware!

The operators are nice enough and honest about the vehicles issues, but most of the vehicles are heavily damaged and overpriced for their condition. A good place to look but definitely check elsewhere before making a decision.

Traded n my 98 4 a 06 Supa 😊 Happy 😁 12-20-18 (Mike Jones I think the Jeep I was sold had body damage and had 2 b painted (the truck is 2 different colors) anyways, Ive had the Jeep 4 since Nov. 5th and 1st was told I would get Better tires (I had 2 call them and actually tell the Service department that I was Still waiting) and took almost a Month 2 replace... then the check enegine light came on, I texted the Service department and etc a appointment is made. Yall I dropped Jeep off Monday Morning...Welp its Thursday and I had 2 call Victory 2 ask about the vechile (let me note that my payments are Current). So once I FINALLY talk 2 the Service dept. Im told I cant tell you when your vechile will b ready not 2 mention its Not Been Touched Google I am IRRITATED 2 say the Least... Im missing work (I was under the impression that (Victorys Lead Mechanics friend) (who is also a Lead in the shop where Jeep was sent) would make sure everything went smoothly... I dont know what to do... And of course None of the Managers r there (just a gentlemen Acting like management... And the Managers wont b back in office until Next Week... Pray this works out 5 me...without me lossing anymore $$ (makes me rethink the Entire Deal) but Im pretty sure its Probably 2 late...😩😔😞
