Justin came out and did a temporary mechanical repair on my door. Very personable and efficient. Door is working great now! Curtis was excellent at handling my wooden door issue as well… Even so far as referring me to another company who could handle my needs more effectively!

Great experience. I felt as if they were super honest and trust worthy. Last group I called said I needed a whole new set up, over $500. CCM was able to fix with a simple service charge and did some other touch ups free of charge. They will have my business in the future.

Called for a quote for door seals for my 40x60 shop with 14 foot chain drive doors. They got me set for the following day to install. The installer “Max” was friendly and courteous upon arrival. He installed the door seals in a timely matter and even adjusted the shop doors and my 3 car garage doors. The install was great!!! What a difference the seals made in filling the gaps and wind drafts. Even the door adjustments made a difference on the bottoms of all my doors. Highly recommend this company and the installer Max. CCM Overhead Doors were referred to me by my son. I called them first thing this morning as my garage door wouldn’t open. Neighbors tried to help but we stopped when we realizing we couldn’t get door open. Max, the service tech was here within an hour. He was able to get the door open (after finding out the bottom panel was frozen shut with a sheet of ice on it) and I was able to pull my car out. They’ll be coming back to repair some things. I truly appreciate their quick response, Max was so professional, courteous, informed me of the repairs and cost, showed me how to manually open the door if needed. I called CCM because one of my rollers came off the track of the garage door and the door would not close. Even though they had not originally installed my garage door, they took really good of care of me by getting this fixed in a very timely manner. CCM helped me when Trotter couldnt, or i think more accurately, wouldnt. Trotter installed the doors on my house 3 years ago. When one of the leaded glass panes broke they said replacements werent available and I would need to put regular glass in its place. CCM was able to source an exact replacement for a reasonable price and handle the installation as well. The staff is very professional and friendly and the office is clean. I will use CCM for doors from now on.

They were extremely competitive and serviced my door like they said they would. I used a different company before them and they were very unprofessional charged me 350.00 to just recable a door and then wanted 1500 for a whole new door. CCM replaced the one panel in the door and fixed everything for less than 300 dollars. Very impressed and appreciative of this company.
