Very helpful and respectful manager. This is my first experience with a storage facility and under unpleasant circumstances it was a pleasant experience. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, thats not to say this place was more expensive than others because I dont know. I just know this tough time was made better by great customer service.

Pam was amazing with helping me setup my account and unlocking my storage unit. She was very pleasant and easy to talk. I enjoyed her friendly and efficient service and will recommend this place to anyone who is looking to store their items!

Pam is known for her excellent customer service and I must say she hasnt ever let me down. The place is clean and seems well kept. If you have time to wait sometimes you can catch really good deals on the rent.

I would not recommend storing anything on the outside parking lot of this place. I had a 6000 dollar trailer stolen and they have done nothing to help me recover it. The management told me that it was PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK at ALL Public storages and that my insurance should replace my property. I was given a FAKE Personal number when I asked for the number to the Corporate Office. I feel like more has been done to protect the thief than to figure out where or when the trailer was stolen. The cameras DO NOT WORK and they know someone is stealing everyones property. Police are investigating this place as we speak.

Pam was very helpful, she was extremely polite and a lot of fun to visit with while going through the unit rental process. She answered all my questions with honesty and accuracy. Loved it!!

The people were very very friendly and very helpful they also help me on deciding what was the right size that I needed. Plus they have parking for your vehicles or boats or with campers whatever. I would recommend this to anybody because their security is also very good.

Originally I set up a parking space online, but when I arrived I had not received a code to enter the gate yet, and my space had some ruts in it. Not a great start. However, Pam hooked me up! I received fabulous customer service while renting a storage unit at the Oklahoma City location in my area today. Tina was friendly and knowledgeable and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the rental and contract procedures.

I absolutely 100% recommend. They have great monthly rates and they insurance rate is very fair. Pam is a freaking rockstar! Pam really runs that place well and keeps it very clean! She seems to be very very on top of maintenance too which is phenomenal because I never have to worry about the gate breaking down! I’m very very thankful that my belongings are under the watch of someone who cares about their job! I hope Pam never leaves!

Pam was awesome! We walked the site to make sure my 30 gooseneck trailer would fit. She was professional and friendly. Price is right, area looks OK, chain link fence is in good condition.Be warned, the railroad crossing near N. Garnett and W. Hefner is terrible. If your pulling a 5th wheel or gooseneck, be extremely careful and take it slow

I rented a 10x20 unit this afternoon from Lindsay, who was very pleasant and helpful. This was her first day, and she did an excellent job.

Use this location to store my stuff. Always come back to how I left it. Wished it was 24 hr access for added convenience though. Definitely priced right for my needs.

Rodney at this location was super friendly and helpful. He even found a way to save me a little extra money on my rental. The first unit had some issues so we looked at more until we found one that worked. The move out was also easy and Rodney was still personable when we talked to him before his shift started. If I needed another storage unit I would go back for sure.

Tina is amazing and help me out the past 2 years. She always find a solution for any problems that may arise.

So far so good. I rent the same size storage in Denver for $91 a month so I cant wait to go get my things out of there. $44 is tremendous

We got a storage unit just to store our washer and dryer for a few months. I made a reservation online about a week ago and when we arrived today Rodney checked us in and got us all set up. He was upfront about the cost and required insurance, which was great! He took us back to show us the unit and make sure we knew how to properly lock it. He also made sure our gate code worked before we left. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I want to thank the ladies who work at (forgot her name) 11120 N. Pennsylvania and at 802 West Hefner. I first stopped on Penn because it is closer to my home. The staff there was so helpful by giving information on size, prices, and specials. She showed me what she had, but also encouraged me to the Hefner location; also not far from my home. A special thanks to her for pointing me in the best direction.Sharon was at the Hefner location and assisted me very professionally with the rules, prices, and procedures. I was able to get a unit on 6/6/16 and as it turned out, I only needed it for a short time, ending on 6/16/16. I thank the company for hiring these wonderful ladies. The transaction was handled in top notch fashion and is a shining example of how business should be conducted. Thanks Ladies.

Rodney was very kind and made us laugh which made me really comfortable during the whole process. Security on the property was really impressive and reassured me that our belongings would be well protected.

Wow! This is a great location. I never had any problems. Jamie Lee, the regional manager and her team at this location were never anything but nice and of the utmost professionalism. They wanted my business over other companies and were willing to work with me for that business. If you are looking for storage at a fair price with people that know the business, this is the place to go.

I just started renting a unit just FYI!Pro:• So far they seem newer.• Pretty clean, I haven’t seen any bugs.• I have one of their larger units, which is pretty spacious. They seem to be well-built, so pretty durable lol.• They have a little lot in the back, so if you need to store a vehicle, RV, boat or whatever, that option is available.Con:• Maneuvering your vehicle around in between the units is kind of tight. I drive a Nissan Altima and my unit is on the end. If somebody needs through I will have to move my vehicle. Which isn’t that big of a problem to me. I feel like a lot of storage facilities have this same problem. So it’s not anything specific to this location.• When you leave the gate isn’t motion censored or anything. You’ll have to put your code in the keypad, which is in an awkward location. I don’t really know how to explain it. Once again not a big deal just a slight inconvenience.• Lastly, I personally have not confirmed this it’s just “hearsay.” I don’t think you’ll be able to access your unit after business hours? Which I believe they close at 9:30PM on weekdays, not sure what time on weekends? So if you need to go after that time, you may have to wait until they open up at 6 AM. (Don’t quote me on those hours exactly)

I have been using Public Storage for an overflow for my expanding business. I was drawn to Public Storage because of there outside lots. April has been very helpful and made switching spots for my truck smooth and easy. April was very helpful when I had to add storage rooms to my needs. She always waves at me when I go through the gate. April takes something that should not be personable and makes it a nice part of my day.

Dougglas was amazing!! The process was also very quick and easy. I set up a reservation online that morning and called the office to advise them that due to my job I would be cutting it pretty close to their closing time and asked if they would still be able to assist me and he was more than happy to help. They closed at 6pm that day and I actually made it around 5:52. He was so friendly and I loved his fun personality from the start. He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had. I loved the tour of the facility and definitely feel that my belongings will be safe. I truly appreciate him staying with me and making the transaction a smooth one. After everything was said and done I looked at the clock as I got into my car and it was around 6:20.

Love Tina the best. Friendly staff great deals. Aways willing to work with you if you fall a little behind.

Today Diane made my day and completely changed my attitude!!! I fussed at her because I had to wait longer than I wanted to. I had other errands to run before going back to work and I snapped at her when she asked how I was doing. I had left a message complaining about my inconvenience which in hindsight was very minimal. Diane was so nice and SO PROFESSIONAL!!!! She helped me and didnt give me ANY of the bad attitude I gave her. I ended up apologizing to Diane for the way I acted towards her and she made it a point to tell me she accepted my apology and continued to help me in every way she could. Dianes professionalism is a best practice for customer service across the board!!! Thank you Diane you made my day better simply because you remained polite and Professional!

My initial experience with this location was subpar but the district manager handled my issue in a timely manner and was very understanding and considerate.

Tina was friendly and professional and made my move in easier than I thought it would be.

I love Tina and the army vet that works there. They always have a smiling face when i come in and lers us know ahead of time when they are doing repairs and their units are very clean and great rates also. Easy location to get in and out of. Very secure units. I still have a unit there and so glad i choose them for my storage needs. I rest easier knowing my stuff is truly safe. If your looking for a safe and reliable storage. I reccomend going down and talking with Tina. Shes very helpful on what u need.

I needed a storage and called around all day with no luck. Then Rodney answered the phone at this location and made it easy, at a price I could afford. Who would have thought that the best customer service would be at a Public storage in OKC. I went with a friend who was renting, Tina was great she made sure that Abby got the right size storage, we did not feel rushed like at most other places, Tina even made sure that we took a picture of the card with Abbs information just in case the card got lost(we lose several things in our car). i was really impressed with her kindness and professionalism. Good customer service is rare today. Great job Tina
