I go here all the time with no issues. Some our very helpful. Except today at around 4:20 pm some kid with dreads, unfortunately Black, decided because he wasn’t paying attention to something get rung in self checkout. He stood over us to see if an item was rang. Please do better. If you’re going to check one check everyone.

Bad experience today all around. Unmarked curbs in middle of parking spaces. Trash inside the cart I got inside the store. When I called after I left to talk to a manager, no one ever answered the phone, stuck in automated loops.

19 checkout lanes and only 4 are open on a Saturday. Not to mention the self checkout line extended almost all the way to the produce area. We stood in line longer than we shopped! Im not sure what business model Target and Walmart are following these days but it certainly isnt based around good customer experience.

This store is always neat and tidy. The workers are uniformly friendly and helpful. This my favorite Target and I always have a good experience there!

I highly recommend ordering online and picking up. Ive tried it a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. I was able to get what I wanted in the quantity I wanted and at a good price. I picked up in Olathe, KS. The pick up location is close to the door. There are several employees ready to retrieve orders. I didnt have to wait either time. It was quick and easy and I was out of the store in a jiffy. In addition, the employees were very friendly.

I have been going to this SuperTarget ever since it opened in 1998. The store is always clean and bright. Love have efficient the pick up in store is. It’s so easy and convenient. I am so happy that they have self check lines at both ends because the lines here can get crazy. This store carries a wide variety of products that I like. I especially like their wide selection of hair care products.

My employer requested to buy gift cards. I needed to know limits to said gift cards, so I called your competition, Walmart and was on the phone for FIVE MINUTES with just ringing and NO ONE answering. I called Target in Olathe, KS off of 119th St & they answered on the 2nd ring! Excellent customer service is MUCH MORE important than JUST a price of a item! Thank you for being you! :-)

In the grocery section, an employee named Manny was very helpful. When I couldnt find pancetta (as advertised) Manny went into the back room, found some pancetta and brought it---along with some fresh basil Id been unable to find---to me after Id moved to another part of the store. Great service, Manny!

This is for sure my favorite Target location in the area. The staff are always so pleasant and fun, and the store is well laid out! The drive up pick up service is also so convenient and quick! Most of the time, my orders are ready before 2 hours!

LIARS! They had an offer to spend $50 and get a $15 Gift-card. Which they now will not honor, even though I have already made the purchase. DO NOT TRUST!

On 2/11 @ approximately 9:10 pm, I experienced the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I followed the directions on how to pick up my order for drive up service. I clicked the “I am here” button and waited in my car for my order. I was able to see the code 7076 after clicking that button. An employee came out to my car and asked me a name that was not me. There were two cars including mine that were in that area at that time. Nevertheless, I never received my order. In fact, the app showed that the order was picked up. Had to get out of my car in 10 degree weather to be issued a refund. I was venting my frustration to the employee in the Customer Service Department area (no profanity), and she proceeded to have an attitude when she told me that the store was trying to do their best for how busy it was. There were only two cars in the drive up area and how would she know when she was never outside! The CS offered a $5 gift card. I felt like she was buying me off to pacify me or assuming that I something for free. I refused and told her I only wanted my money back. After inserted my credit card into the card reader, I asked her if the money was returned to the card. She answered with “what are you talking about?” I spoke to the manager of that department to voice my frustration. the manager (Jose) asked me what I wanted to do to make me happy. I told him there was nothing I wanted except my refund, and that I was not there to get anything for free. The manager said he would speak to the team member. I will never shop at this Target location again.

By far one of the worst Target locations. It is a super Target (so selection is a little larger) and also has a Starbucks inside - so for those reasons, I give it 2 stars. However, its one of the dirtiest Targets consistently that Ive been to. The restrooms are always disgusting. The staff is not always the friendliest either. I go here when necessary, but warn against using the restroom unless its an emergency.

Went tonight to make a return without a receipt for a gift someone got my son for Christmas.. Cashier told she could only give half the price of what its going for because it was discontinued. Not knowing better I kept the gift but decided to continue shopping.. I scanned the bar code at a random scanner only to find out it was still going for full price.. and apparently it was not discontinued. I went back to the returns desk (different girl) and told her about the situation. She apologized profusely and made my return at the actual full price... Super shady situation with the other returns cashier. If youre reading this please ask questions to the cashier. I regret not making a formal complaint in person

Their drive up service is amazing! So much better than WalMarts. I usually can get my items within 2 hours of submitting, vs having to pick a date and time. Plus most of the items are here anyway. Top it all off with in-app coupons, plus the 5% for using my Red card. Employees have always been nice as well. All around happy with this location and its drive up service Ive been using lately! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Convenient and good value~ Check out was a pleasure with Joy at the Olathe Target store. Puts thought into packing groceries and makes it easier to unpack at home. Joy needs to train all checkers!!

Has nothing in stock. Looking at clothing and literally everything in a small/medium is either pick up in 5 days or find at another store. Dont show in store if I cant get it in store!

Store is always so clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Only thing Ill say is sometimes there is a lack of cashiers or a couple of the self check-outs are out of order. Get rid of a few of the cashier spaces and put more self checkouts.

Every one was nice and helpful. The store was very clean and easy to navigate through.

***DO NOT USE YOUR FSA CARD HERE OR AT ANY OTHER TARGET STORE***Not worth the hassle. You will better off spending your hard earned FSA dollars at a stand alone CVS or Walgreens or the FSAStore.com where your FSA purchases get all discounts and applicable store credits.So apparently the check out machines can differentiate my FSA card to not to give me an advertised perk but NOT when returning clothes so that I am forced to take the in store credit??? Sounds a bit like fraud.But read on...If you do have to use your FSA card be sure you purchase the FSA products separate on a different receipt.Lessons learned:1) Supposedly at Target stores (per the target staff) the FSA is tax exempt and for this reason the FSA purchases dont get all the store perks. ie. Those $5 in-store credits they put on gift cards.Food stamps are tax exempt - Per my receipt I was charged tax - so tax exempt is not true.2) Make that purchase separate:I purchased over $350 in clothing shoes and other merchandise. I got a couple things with that purchase that were FSA eligible. I paid like $7 for those with the FSA card and the rest my personal bank account debit card.I came to return two pairs of pants from that purchase. I was told I would have to split the refund between the two cards. I told the lady she cannot do that because one was an FSA card. Even showed her the card. She insisted that she could only refund the pants split between the two cards or I had to take an in-store credit on their gift card.So I was forced to take credit on the TARGET STORE gift card.You lost business from me....

The prices are great, well stocked, and most of the folks I know personally and are so friendly.

Only 2 cashiers and the store was very busy. Amanda at number 13 check out on 11/18/20Was incredibly nice, bubbly, helpful. She is young but she knows what customer service is! I was very impressed with that young lady.

I love being able to pull into the parking lot and having someone to bring my order to my car.

Just left the store and waited over 39 minutes in checkout line while 5 employees stood around in the carry out section. Hopefully the days of great customer service will return.

I use target for most of our grocery shopping due to the 5% redcard discount. Like all stores they are light on some inventory at the moment.

Always on time, always friendly, always quick. I love target pick-up. I use it at LEAST once a week. Usually very reliable. However, at least once every two weeks Im unable to get something for pick-up b/c its out of stock. I typically cancel my order, go inside and find several of what Im looking for. I dont understand how its not available for pick-up due to being out of stock but several are on the shelf when I cancel my order and go inside.

Overall, this is a nice store, with packed shelves. My only complaint, is that I came in at 6:50pm, on a Tuesday, and wanted to get some sliced deli meats. The deli was closed, as the only person in the whole store who could cut me some deli meats, was on break. So, I waited, till they came back. So, I guess Target, isnt as big as they say, as a company. If they were, than they would have someone to help, anytime the store is open.

Just got home from Target. Did not appreciate a salesman approaching in the aisle in which I was shopping to inquire about my cellular plan and my home internet service. I could understand him manning a booth and me stopping by to inquire if I cared to, but to find me busy shopping and interrupt me is a terrible practice. I dont go to Target to shop for cellular service.

What’s the point of ordering drive-up pickup when you only find out the system is down after your order is ready and you have to go inside? If your system is down there needs to be a away to tell me before I order so I can go somewhere else.My crying baby is unimpressed

Every Target employee I’ve ever come across was amazing but I love the convenience of drive up when I’ve got my kids with me and don’t want to drag them all out of the car. Drive up is always so fast and employees always super friendly and helpful.

Came here after I had gotten off work to buy a new TV. Walked around the general area for a good 10 minutes give or take a few and didnt not see a single employee the entire time. Not impressed with the lack of customer service. Going to go else where to purchase TV.

The fact that it is closest to my house-We use the Target Circle app to reduce our grocery bill and they have items on it that I would be willing to try if the Target has them but yesterday when we went shopping there were at least 5 items on the Circle app that were not at the Target store - also if an item has a vendor coupon on it and it doesnt scan Target no longer honors them - they say they have lost too much money on those type of items? If so, then they should take the coupons off before they put them on the shelves

Ordered online pickup which I always do. I’ve never had a problem before so I was shocked with i got home to see I was missing an item. Called guest services and explained that I was missing my infants Tylenol and a woman by the name of Carla who is apparently a manager asked me what I wanted her to do about it. I told her I want the infants Tylenol that I paid for. She then took my name and order number told me there were three left on the floor Abbas she was going to check to see if there was one available and that she will call me back. This review could have been avoided if Carla wasn’t rude. She finally called back to tell me that they do have a bottle of the Tylenol so now I have to put my infant back in the car to go get the Tylenol which should have been giving to me in the first place. She has no remorse which is what is very off putting

Target is typically conveniently located. The Red card with the 5% savings is nice. I used to be able to find cuter clothes there. I havent been thrilled walking through the clothing department lately.

Target is a nice place to shop, but the pricing is still a bit high. There is limited brand selection and some items are hard to find, ex. crock pot liners... where in the world are these stored?? It is also difficult to find someone to assist you. You have to walk around the store a great deal before you can find a helpful person. I shop at Target more for convenience ~ down the street from my house, but I never buy my full grocery list from Target, way too expensive, even using store brands.

This Target is terrible. Every time I have shopped here, the shelves are either empty of the items I need, or the food that is on the shelves has expired. I have had to check the expiration dates on every single food and drink item because most of the time I picked up old food or drinks. I’m so tired of having to check. Why don’t the people stocking the food and drinks check?Some of the cashiers are nice and friendly, while others will relentlessly bombard you with the red card spiel. If I wanted a card, I’d sign up, thanks. I shouldn’t have to say no 12 times.I’m going to try other Target stores and see if they are any better. If not, I’m done with Target in general in Kansas. I’ve been to Target stores all over the U.S. and none have been as bad as this location.

My mom bought a consumer cellular phone there they have no one there to help her the womans 85 years old and bought a flip phone and they never could help her with itnow the phone wont ring if you went down there and everybodys went home and the guy working there dont know nothing shes going to go to MetroPCS and get a new phone dont ever go to Target and get a phone their phones are worthless and consumer Cellular is worthless her flip phone is so worthless you cant even hear her talk through it it has to be the worstFlip phone made

Worst Target ever. Messy, dirty, empty shelves. Rude employees. I have been to dozens of Targets in many locations across many states - this feels more like a dollar general store. Messy, dirty, and unpleasant all around.

Selection, value and location. Ordered online and returned in store for the first time. Was super easy to return; had my same credit card and receipts. No hassle, easy process.

This is a Super Target--everything that you have at a regular Target plus a grocery. We like the range of clothing sizes and the home goods. Tonight we went for a rake and trash bags. Unfortunately, the day before Thanksgiving, most people have taken care of their leaves. They had no rakes, but they did have snow shovels.

Superstore with many different departments. Grocery, linens, kitchen small appliances and tableware, housewares, Pharmacy, clothing, office supplies and electronics . Lots of parking.

Last Saturday while shopping I had an employee fly around the corner with one of their carts and ram into me. Hard enough to push both me and my cart forward. Have a bruise on my arm. Reported it to an employee who said “I’ll let them know”. Sure she did. Glad to hear that Target cares about their customers.

What can I say about this Target? I could write a book on the wonders of this lovely location in Olathe. Im here constantly because I can always find what Im looking for, good thing I have my Red Card! A 5% savings is a lifesaver when you consider the crazy tax rate in the area!

None of the employees know where the cloth masks are at (online showed them in stock at this location). Incompetent would be an improvement.

I was very impressed on how quickly Target filled my order. I placed my order online and was able to pick it up on the way home in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding customer service!

This is my neighborhood Target and I consider myself lucky. I shop at Target in order to avoid the big W but even amongst Targets there are some better than others. This one is definitely on the list of better ones.

As far as Targets go, this is not the worst - not the best. Its a solid 4/5. The area is good on the whole. Id be comfortable walking around at night or letting my wife make last-minute-before-close solo trips to the store. The selection is good, but not perfect. The carts are sweet. The lines can get long, but hey - thats to be expected.This Target is far and away better than the one in Mission. I used that one for a year or so. This one is much better, given the choice.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been shopping here for a few years and recently attempted two online pick up orders at separate times and the customer service employees were extremely rude. One employee emptied my belongings that were purchased onto the counter and another one accused me of having a fake name. Teach your employees how to actually communicate with people.

The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it.I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above.She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.

The cashiers and other employees here are awesome, kind, courteous, and go out of the way to be helpful. My only bone to pick is the in store pickup policies. Even though I have a Red Card and live less than 2 miles from this store, when I want a very specific item or an item not generally carried in store I look online at Amazon before Target, because Targets pick up policies are terrible. You have two days from the time they tell you your item is ready to pick up the item doesn’t matter if it came in early or late and now you are out of town or sick, nope no exceptions. This is insane I have never ran across another store that gives you less than a week particularly when it was delivered at a different time than expected. Please reconsider this policy.

Staff doesnt care, walking past multiple team members to not even get a smile is disappointing. There is also a huge issue with cleanliness of the bathrooms. Their restroom check (located on back of door) constantly is not even filled out by 10:00 pm at night. The only reason I go there is out if convience.

Generally good, but no real reason to go here rather than just ordering items online. I can never go here and clear my shopping list; theres always one or two items they are out of stock on any given day.The worst is when you have around 10 items to check out but it takes longer than 30 minutes to find a register where a customer isnt asking for a manager, where the cashier doesnt close the register as you are approaching, or being able to use self checkout where the scales actually work.

When did this Target become Walmart? Not helpful employees.. Only two registers open with long lines. Girls clothing is see-through and cheaply made. Drop your prices if your quality and service drops.

I have enjoyed shopping here over the last year. I pulled it up to get the phone number to ask about flu shots, and saw all the negative reviews and could not believe it!! Then I noticed they were all 2 and 3 years old. I figure they deserve a new review. For the time I have been shopping here, the staff has been wonderful to me. (Maybe its because Im cute... Ha!) But seriously, Im a bit of a tough customer. I have expectations, and one of my biggest pet peeves are level of respect for my money and business, and how happy someone is to fix a problem. Ive been coming here for the last year because my previous experiences with Price Chopper and Walmart were far worse than what I expect from people Im giving money to. But this particular Target store has been outstanding, and I hope other companies begin to take notice. We work hard for our money, and I want people to appreciate that Im giving it to them. The employees and management make me feel like they care, and thats all I need!!

Store is great and safe to park outside. Lots of selection, its a good place for one stop shop from clothing to electronics to grocery. make sure you also have a Cartwheel apps installed to see if there are savings. The picture attached was taken during Thanksgiving day Thursday at 6PM

Quick, friendly service for picking up items.

One of the main places where I do my shopping. Still have yet to get a Red card (I know, I know). I don’t mind when the cashiers ask if I’ve heard about it since I know they have a quota to fill, but it’s really kind of annoying when I answer that I’m not using the Red card and they ask if I’ve heard of the Target debit card. I know there isn’t anything I can do about it, but I wish I didn’t have to hear the whole speech every time I go through the check out.

You guys say you sell California King bed sheets at your stores and you do not that is false advertisement

NEVER shop near their closing time. The staff is watching the clock, most are extremely rude with an attitude that most businesses would not tolerate. It is so evident that they want you to leave and could care less if you are a loyal or regular customer that spends a great deal of money at their place of employment. Where is the customer service training and management at Target closing time?

Good location, my bank is here, and a Starbucks. JOCO mom paradise. Too many people use the self checkout registers that have no idea what theyre doing.

Yesterday was a bad experience, I had a solicitor harass me in the store for a good 20 min and freak me out. I guess it’s a common thing in stores but boy, did it freak me out. The only positive was security was helpful and walked me out to my car. Just have to remember to not go to target by myself from now on.

The last couple of times its been decently nice, but I purchased some food not to long ago and it is expired. I called to let them know that the product may be really expired, and she did nothing. Didnt take down the product name, and just hung up the phone.

I have never had an issue with this target. Everything is always clean and well organized. People are always around to ask for help, and they actually do help when you ask. Cashiers are quick and the self checkout is very easy.

Good: Location, convenience and selectionBad: Frequently, Sale sign pricing not reflected at counter. Meaning reg. Pricing still ring up over sales price. I had to take pictures and show assoicate.

The pharmacy isnt as good since cvs took over.I’m back to edit, and say I love the pharmacy now. It took some adjusting to the new bottles, but the staff there is second to none. I will miss working with Dustin every month. Those are good people there.
