Dropped off a battery to have them check it out. Thinking we left the lights on on the vehicle, the battery was dead and not accepting a charge. I was told that they needed to have a fully charged battery for them to test, which would take 24 hours. After waiting for three days, unable to drive the vehicle mind you, I called to see what the status was. I was told they had to look into it and call me back. When they did call back they said the battery looked pretty good and that I could come pick it up. I had an employee pick up the battery and install the next morning. The vehicle would not start as the battery was almost dead still. I called to talk to a store employee to ask why this happened. I was told because the battery was below 2 ohms (not sure what the exact term was) the warranty was void and that I was also within one month of it warranty expiring anyway so I needed to buy a new battery. I will not be doing ANY business with this company again. I also wish I could return the battery that I purchased for my personal car a few weeks ago as I dont feel they will stand behind their services. My advise, if you purchase a battery from them then dont spend the extra for a better warranty, they will find a reason to void it anyway.

Knowledgeable about my car battery issue. Performed a battery analysis and showed me and told me that my battery was only putting out 60% power. Had a replacement battery of the correct size and type and the price was right. They installed the new battery and I was away in less than 30 minutes. Great service.

Sad that google will not let me leave ZERO stars, but I guess they can have one star for making it so easy to post this review of how awful they are. Ripped the connector for the home button when replacing the screen making the phone unusable. Got a refurbished phone in different color because that is all that they said was available for replacement and that the would verify the phone was working before my wife left store. Only thing they verified was that the phone turned on, not that it had service, after spending an hour on the phone with Sprint/TMobile it was determined that the IMEI was blocked and they could not activate the phone at this time. Which means I do not have a phone that works.

The staff was attentive to my presence as I entered the building. They did the repair in a timely manner. I am pleased that their work is guaranteed.

Nearby Batteries & Bulbs store replaced my iPhone 7 Plus battery. Their service was fast and efficient. I liked the online scheduling. However, the battery they put in my phone isnt really giving me that much more time each day than the 2-year old battery I had replaced. Im not using my phone any differently either. I was very happy with the service. Not particularly happy with the battery.

I told him that my car was acting up and I was needed to jump start it alot. He went through checks in my car, We checked the battery. The battery was low on charge but still tested good. He then went out of his way to preform a test on the alternator. he hooked a multimeter to my car and saw that my alternator wasnt charging the battery. I had never been in until today! What a great store!! The employees were amazing!! So patient and kind. They helped me find exactly what I needed even opening the package to make sure it was the right charger I needed for my Canon camera. I visited this location to get a battery replaced in an uncommon device. I worked with 2 of the guys here and both were extremely friendly and did absolutely everything they could to assist me. Even though it was not a device they normally support, they went above and beyond to assist, kept in active communication and worked with me on everything. Would highly recommend that anyone needing a battery replacement in a hurry check this location for assistance.

I ordered my car battery online. When I stopped in the store, my battery was ready and waiting for me. The employee made sure I had the correct battery, checked the charge and gave me a rebate form for the new battery. The installation was done with care but was a little slow. Overall, I had no problems and was very satisfied with the service they provided.

I really enjoyed the speedy service but I could tell that the screen wasn’t factory and the glass wasn’t either. It seems like the screen has a colder color temperature and the cutout for the earpiece wasn’t the same as before. I’m very happy with the cheap price but I do wish I was getting factory parts.

They were very nice, I went in for an iPhone se battery replacement, they did it in 25 minutes or so. The phone was still messed up and they determined it wasn’t the battery. After deciding it was something that they couldn’t cost effectively fix, they took their battery out and put the old one back in, then gave me a full refund.

EXPENSIVE - Car battery was dead when I attempted to leave work today. I had a coworker jump it and I drove straight to Batteries Plus. As I walked out I thought to myself that $150 was expensive. I pulled out my cell and found it for $95 at Walmart. I attempted to start the car, but no juice left so I finished the install. I asked the staff if there was price matching or anything additional they could do and the response was but how good are Walmarts batteries. Ill drive somewhere else next time.

I took my phone in to have the screen replaced. It was in 100% working order. They tested approximately 25 things prior to taking it apart. They put 5 new screens on it and lost all touch screen capabilities. The phone is basically a brick because it requires I put in a passcode once it’s been turned off and I can’t do that without the touch screen. In the end, they put my broken screen back on my phone and handed me back a destroyed phone. The owner is offering to give me $125 for a now destroyed worthless phone. I will blast not to take your phone here. The techs both specifically said the owner would replace my phone, instead he’s offering me chump change. This is BS. To add to the mess....we just went to pick up the check from the owner and he said he wouldnt give us the check until we relinquish my broken phone to him. WTH??

I came in with a small battery that was dead. Handed it to the clerk, and asked for 2 new ones of just 1 type of battery. 5$ for both batteries. Fine, whatever. Markups are to be expected. The battery was smaller than the one i handed him, and does not work properly. Now, I basically figured the guy working at a BATTERY store would take the literal 2 seconds, to check the batteries. But nope, sold me the wrong ones. I am never going back to this store. If you ever go here, which i advise against, assume the staff is mentally challenged, and double check everything yourself.

Bought a battery for my girlfriends car. At the time I was clueless, but a gentleman got me set up, and at the best price in town! Everyone was polite and knowledgeable, and I was very pleased.

I was ignored at the counter for 10 min (no other customers), at the point when one employee noticed that the other had not helped me. The chewing began, in an unprofessional manner and in front of customers.I had placed an online order. I received an email indicating my order was ready to be picked up. Even after waiting a full 24 hours after the email, I went to the location to pick up my order and they only had half of it. Had to make a return trip.The product quality was very poor. X2 batteries for e-cigarette do not hold a charge. Stick with E-Fest brand.Overall a very poor experience. I will not return.

This was one of my worst experiences with a retail store. They had me scheduled an appointment online to replace a battery in my phone. I received the confirmation email that the appointment was booked. I drove a half hour for that appointment only to be told by an unqualified Clerk that nobody was there that could work on the phone. He blamed it on the corporate website not working correctly. Then I asked him to sale me the battery for the phone and he could not do so.Then an hour later I received an email that I had missed my appointment. I normally do not write reviews but this store is such incompetent that I felt they need to write a review..

Went here to get my battery replaced in my iPhone 6s. I told the counter guy another store replaced the screen and I wanted the battery replaced. He instantly said whoa I dont feel comfortable working on your phone since someone else has worked on it. I cant help you.Well batteries plus its time to grow up and grow to the new times. A automotive shop doesnt refuse a car because the car has had its oil changed down the street. Sounds like this company is going to be ran into the ground if they dont get some leaders in there!

Absolute terrible place. I went there to fix the back of my WORKING wrist watch and asked guy to check battery power. He said, its low so I asked him to change it. My watch stopped working after I left store. Then I again went back after couple of days and they replaced it second time for free. Guess what, even that battery failed after working for 6 hours. This time I went and told them that I am not happy and you should do something. I met this rude as hell guy who has no manners of how to talk to customer. He said its company policy that we dont replace battery 3rd time for free since your watch is bad. My watch was working perfectly fine before they changed my battery. That guy was not giving me his name since I told him that I would write review. Sales people wear name badges but this unprofessional place has employees those are ashamed to tell their name. That shows what kind of crappy place this is. STAY AWAY from this place. #BatteriesPlusBulbsSucks

Worst place I have ever been. Workers except for one young man were extremely disrespectful. Got a shattered screen fixed on the 2 of the month. By the 12 of the month it was cracked without being dropped. By the 18th the touch did not work. They charged full price to fix the mistake they made. Would never recommend someone to go here.

Wow. Like someone else said, that was just the worst retail experience weve ever had. My husband placed an online order for 2 deep cycle Duracell batteries. He recieved confirmation email it was ready. When we got there, it was just a disaster. Took them 15 min to figure out the order. Then they tried to give us batteries that werent deep cycle batteries. They acted like they didnt know what the difference in the batteries are. It took about 45 minutes total for them to realize they only had one of the batteries. So off to Shawnee to pick up the other. How an order gets marked complete and ready for pickup when it isnt ready is something that shouldnt happen. The employees are extremely incompetent and just plain ridiculous. And please dont say call me. Theres nothing that can be said that will ever make us shop there again.

I needed 2 Batteries for a Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller Medical Scooter which I use every day. I recently needed 2 Battery Packs, since I now have to use Scooter everyday. I have been using 2 Duracell Ultra AGM SLA 12V 12AH Batteries in one Battery Pack for since Feb. 2017. I repeatedly took 3 phones in to have screens repaired. I chose this store because they were the cheapest to replace the screens. Picked up phones and had to return them because the screens werent glued down and were moving around. At that point I questioned the quality of screen and/or glue and explained these phones were an important part of our lives cause my son....my significant other HAVE to have dependable phones cause they are truck drivers. These phones set in phone caddys and are hooked to Bluetooth. Well after the second time of picking one up he hadnt made it 100 miles and the screen fell out of the phone. The other one lasted about a day. So we finally superglue one screen on cause we had no choice the other we returned they repaired it yet again it just left on the road today and fell apart less than 24 hours after use. DO NOT TAKE PHONES IN FOR SCREEN REPAIR!!!!!! Use Your insurance. I am now out 2 phones. The price of the screens and still making payments on these phones. Samsung Galaxy 5s. Had I read reviews first I would have opted for a different resolution. Consider yourself warned. You can not drop off and pick up same day either.

I just called Best Buy, they told me to call here. Thank YOU BEST BUY! I called, just said I had a Nikon D90. Well... my problem is, I dont know if it is the camera or the battery. Either way, the price quoted to me was less than Crick, Photographix, or ...well I wouldnt call Nikon for their high price lol! They said they would can check my battery or my charger. For a cheaper price, that sounds really good to me. I have a photoshoot tomorrow. I cant wait. Quick, straight to the point. Havent purchased my battery yet so I cant review that, but I need my camera working like... NOW. So happy I didnt have a hassle.
