Similar to other reviews, I have to offer kudos and extend my thanks to Ian who helped set up a new phone for us this week in the midst of a steady stream of customers. Although Ian was the only one working at the time, he was friendly, professional and courteous to us, as well as everyone else who came in while he was assisting another customer. He explained the timeline we could be waiting and never lost his composure as more customers entered the store. We waited patiently and are glad that we did as Ian got us set up and on our way faster than we anticipated. Great job!

I would not recommend this store AT ALL, they are trying to sell you with lie, once I wanted to add another line, I have been told they would give me some credit and that’s why I chose this store over the one near to my place. Poor communication and worse management. I believe they are just deceiving people to sell their stuffs. After 6 months I still had not received on what they promised and when I called Verizon they told me this can be solved by store.Please stay away from this store. Don’t fall into their trap.

Think store is a hidden gem of Verizon stores. Low wait times. friendly staff that great you as you enter, and Ian gave excellent customer service. Now that I have discovered it, it will be my new go-to. If it doesn’t show on Google maps. It’s by Academy Sports.

Went in yesterday to switch my boyfriend to my phone plan. Ian was incredibly helpful and knowledgable and helped us through the difficulties of unlocking a phone from another provider. He was awesome and wasnt pushy to sell an upgrade phone like some people can be when going into phone stores. Great experience.

Horrible customer service! Do not bring your business here. Prior rep sold me a BOGO that was never added to my acct. These people acknowledge working on commission so therefore they won’t even help you despite it being their fault. I was able to get the issue corrected at the corporate level so lesson learned - I will never purchase from a TCC store. They will cheat you to make a sale.

Went in one evening during the week to trade in our old phones. Ian was manning the store and was very helpful. He was able to work through the process (4 phones) quickly and efficiently. Left very impressed with the whole experience. Will definitely be going back when I need to visit a store!

Ian was AWESOME!!! My Apple Watch wouldn’t connect to cellular after my upgrade in December and I finally gave up on customer service myself. I walked in and Ian worked tirelessly for over 2.5 hours to get a solution. Tim was helpful with keeping my spirits up through this whole ordeal. They are patient and tried every possible solution to get my Apple Watch up and running even after several calls to customer service were disconnected. Ian is great and willing to stay on with customer service for over 2 whole hours shows just how much they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Couldn’t have asked for a greater group of guys to help me!!!

After trips to many Verizon stores, I found myself at TCC Olathe on Saturday evening, 2/22. Who I met was Ian C., who stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday night to help me fix a ridiculous issue with my family member’s phone. Ian fixed me up incredibly, and treated me with such kindness and decency. He was patient and knowledgeable. He didn’t treat me like they typically do at cell phone places. I would recommend this location to anybody because of Ian.

I’m typically not the person who is first in line for surveys or rushing to the comment button to leave a review, but when I encounter an employee who really knocks it out of the park and goes above and beyond, recognition is much needed. Ian did just that! I have been a long time customer of Sprint Wireless for over 10 years, even long before Apple IPhones even existed. I have been very dissatisfied over the years, especially after paying significantly large bills and receiving poor service at some of the most important times. I travel for work year round and need top service. Many times I would find myself going back and forth for over 40 minutes trying to get issues resolved with the outcome resulting in frustration and no success. As a long time customer I just felt offended. Today Ian took time to thoroughly explain the services provided, details of each plan, and made sure that with each of my lines, it was tailored to what each family member needed, including myself. Most importantly he minimized my bill down to 1/3 of what I was paying with Sprint. He did not handle me like a “typical salesman” and for that, Ian, you are much appreciated. I will be spreading the word and sending more family your way!

Absolutely incredible customer service. I brought my mother in to get a new phone because her iPhone 6s was near death. Isic was able to walk us through the entire process. He applied promos, answered every dumb question we had and got my mom set up with a brand new iPhone. He even stayed long after he should have been off the clock to transfer her old phone info to her new phone. Despite issues due to the old phone and the current internet network he persisted and tried every method under the sun to ensure mom had her phone for the return to her job at an elementary school the next day. Isic was incredible! If you need help with your phone, head straight to him! Thank you Isic!

I was treated with outstanding service and decided to switch to Verizon knowing I will always be taken care of and the great plans they have considered to me. This Verizon store is very good and I recommend anyone to come and get the help if needed or even just to look around. What an amaze-balls time there I would go back any other day!

Ian is very helpful every time we go in there. We live 100 miles away and evertime we are in Olatha we stop and see him and if not to have something done just to visit. He is very pleasant and always has a smile and very careing. He is definitely a keeper and great addition to your store.

This place is not very helpful at all. Yesterday my family and I bought new iPhones from Verizon and everyone’s was working perfectly except for mine. I took it in to here and the worker got the initial information he needed about my phone and then told me that neither me or my dad could be helped because my dad isn’t on the plan. We were told to call Verizon which we had already done for hours. Overall a bad experience and a waste of time. I recommend going to a different store because this one was unwilling to help.

My initial experience was terrible. I purchased 2 chargers for my phone. When I got home I discovered one of the chargers was not what I needed. So I made plans to return it.In the interim I received a new credit card from my bank. So I activated the new card & shredded the old one.When I went in today to make the return, the store could not process it because they did not physically have the old card. This even though the card number is identical. Only the expiration & CVC changed. Even when I gave them the old expiration & CVC they could not process the return manually. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told their system required the physical card and there was no escalation process. I left the store extremely frustrated & published a negative review.Today I received a phone call from Aaron, the store manager. He had read my review, apologized for my experience in the store yesterday & informed me there was in fact a way to procees the return. When I went back to the store, much to my surprise, Aaron gave me a refund for entire purchase because of what had occurred the day before. Totally unexpected.One cannot help but be impressed when a store manager takes the time to read negative reviews and then go above & beyond to make things right with the customer. Aarons actions have totally changed my impression of this store & will definitely cause me to be a repeat customer.
