This place is great! Be prepared to wait because they are usually busy! They also sell food here like tacos, quesadillas and much more! Ice cream is great.

We wait 30 mins for 1 ice cream and 3 smoothies. It’s good but not worth the wait. Maybe I’ll try ordering ahead to see if that makes a difference.

Small place in a strip mall. Quite busy, so that was a good sign. Serves mostly Mexican cuisine but also has ice cream. Very Casual and not a lot of seating. My guess is takeout is best. Only had ice cream this time, but will try food sometime.

Fully loaded funnel cake.bof you cant make it to a carnival or festival. This is your place for that! Very modern inside and nice atmosphere. Helpful staff.

Authentic Mexican taste. You cant go wrong on sweet or salted treats. Fantastic flavors lineup for ice cream. Tacos and tortas are delicious!

I had the frescas con crema and the taste was amazing but it was super thick and had a ton of strawberries.

First time visiting well definitely be back theres so much more to try! We loved their Campechana, Chicken Flautas, funnel cake, and ice cream.

Good place for homemade ice cream and tropical food

Delicious! This was our first visit on the advice of my sons Spanish teacher. Authentic, flavorful with a wide variety of options. We tried several items for dinner... empanadas, torta asada, tropi chicken burrito, and a side of elotes (steamed corn with cheese and chili). The portion sizes were significant... nobody left hungry! We also tried several popsicles (strawberry, piña colada, rice and cinnamon... who can choose?) for dessert! Devine...

Very good food and pop sicles. Got the steak burrito and chicken burrito and tostadas. All great. Has strawberry Popsicles. Very good. No place to dine in so we ate in the truck.

I think they need to be more polite with customers...food its ok but wayyyy to expensive I order a torta de asada bread was hard as rock and avocado was almost brown and I pay almost$10.00 toooo much.

No organization what so ever. Workers losing tickets. Didn’t even have an order I called in 30 min prior to me arriving. And not only has this happened once. But multiple times. Indeed an unpleasant place to visit anymore.

I bought a churro and was disappointed. It was a bit raw and lacking flavor. Not coming back sorry people.

Its always a nice great to go here, a bit of a language barrier but you will still be able to get all the amazing food that you want.

Oh man. Amazing place. Soooo many options. From sweet, to ultra sweet, to salty. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts. Friendly staff is eager to help you choose from their myriad of options. You cant go wrong with any choice.

This place was packed at 915 on a Sunday night Now i know why. Even while busy with what looked like 15 different pickup orders, the lady behind the counter was friendly. Food was A+......and they sell funnel cakes!

Pure awesomeness. Hard to say what we liked more as we dropped in for dessert. The paletas are top notch and their juices and smoothies are fantastic. Service is prompt despite the line. We did not try any of the extensive meal menu but it looked very tempting. We will be returning!

They have some of the best and most unique ice cream in the city. Today I tried their fruit flavored water. It was really good. I had the coconut water and my kids had the strawberry water.

Go for the Mangonaeda simply addictive.

WOW 🤩 This place is amazing! We only tried the mango w/Chile, Chile cartwheels, and ice cream since we already had dinner 😩 The mango reminded me of living in California, will be back after this COVID-19 is done. Also, love love loved the environment!

This is such an amazing place!! As a previous employee, I can tell you all the food is fresh and kitchen area is well kept. Every employee is willing to help out if you need any advice on what to order and has a ton of patience. This restaurant does manage to stay busy quite a lot, especially on weekends, as does any other place.

The Mangoneado is amazing!

My favorite place to get snacks BUT they need to take allergies seriously. My husband asked for his food with no avocado as he is extremely allergic, whoever made the food put avocado in it (must have not read the notes ) and his face got swollen right after taking a bite. He ended with a severe allergic reaction .

I have passed this place a million times believing it was just a smoothie store. I was very wrong. They have sweets and delicious food from the kitchen. I suggest the Torta. The bread is delicious. I will be bringing the family to eat here periodically.

Customer service was good, they answered a ton of our questions without rushing us even though there was a lineup behind us. Freshata is amazing and I got elote without cheese cuz I needed it dairy free but it still tasted amazing

Really liked the food. Service was friendly . Clean dining area but had an over powering perfume smell. Im not sensitive to smells but was way too strong. For being the end of November I expected them to have the heat on. I was freezing and couldnt wait to get back in my vehicle. Between the door opening and wind coming through the seals of the windows I was freezing on a night that was 34 out, the heat should have been on. Many other guest kept their coats on to give perspective.

Tropicana offers prompt service even when backed up. They have an extensive menu posted up with some pictures as a guide for some of their food. I highly recommend the homemade ice cream and fresh water drinks. With that being said, the food and juice made in front of you varies in taste and quality by the person who handles your order. This inconsistency and minimal space is why it was 3 stars for me.

My husband and I love this place! There ice cream and chocolate filled churro are pretty awesome! We dont speak Spanish but they are always willing to wait on us and figure out what we are wanting. They are very nice and have big portions!

Food is a 5 star, it is pricey, always a busy place so there will be a long wait and always check your order because something is always missing.

I had rate this place 5 stars. But lately staff does not pick up the phone on togo orders. Im often missing an item. If I call ahead is to not have to wait an extra 30 min for my order. Then the employees look at me like its my fault after i repeat my order over the phone to make sure its right because they dont. Often times among them they blame the customer for their obvious mistakes. If they repeated the order back to ensure they got the right items. They are also rude. I spend on average $70 dollars a trip. I like the product but employees need to go thru customer service training.

Its offers a relaxing environment with refreshing drinks, deserts, meals and does not disappoint when its delivered.

Solid. We got three paletas: chocolate, lime, and rice. Rice was by far the best and was clearly a popsicle version of rice pudding. The good kind with flecks of cinnamon.
