First off I came here because of the reviews.I brought my wifes diamond ring in to get a diamond reset/clean and fixed. They did a fantastic job and not only that but they did it really quick. I could tell that when I walked in it is a family run store and they all care about the clients and want to make sure that you are 100% happy.When I got the ring back, It looked bran new. I think it looked better than the day I bought it for my wife. Thanks to both of you you are very kind and you have some of the nicest and coolest stuff I have seen. Keep up the good work.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying jewelry. He sells subpar quality diamonds with unreliable certification. To add insult to injury, his prices are also very high. You will get far more value for your money buying at another more reputable location. When I questioned the owner about the diamond quality he was rude to me. I would not go to this place again.

He is attempting to collect DOUBLE tax on his items. I have never been so unhappy with any retail experience in my life. I would not recommend Moshiri to my worst enemy. Stay away!

I have an extremely special chain that DOES NOT leave my person. The first jeweler I chose wanted to keep my chain for a week........ unacceptable. I moved on.I contacted Moshiri Jewelry, by phone and before hours. Simone Moshiri was so understanding of my situation that she offered me a loaner chain for my cross so that it would not leave my possession.Upon arrival I received exceptional service. They were able to do the repair on sit and within 15mins.Thank you so much. I will be a repeat customer. Two thumbs up.

I am all about supporting the local/small businesses but I had a very bad experience with Moshiri, the owner. He is a shrewd business man with no respect for women (he is super nice to my husband), and no customer service skills. He overcharged my husband to sauter my rings but could not even hold a conversation with out getting angry. He told me he does not want to discuss my issue and hang up on me. SMH! I will never go there again.

My husband lost his wedding ring (gasp!) a few weeks back. Thankfully, it was insured by Travelers. After Travelers had the ring appraised for replacement value, I took the paperwork to Homi for a second review in order to verify their pay out was fair. He came in at a replacement cost that was $695 higher than their value. When I went back to Travelers to account for the discrepancy, they said that their jeweler had accidentally quoted a womens ring instead of a mens. Ultimately, their figure only accounted for scrap gold -- no workmanship and no cost for the black diamonds in the ring. Once I presented Homis appraisal, I had no trouble getting Travelers to pay out his appraised value. In turn, we got a really great Xen ring for a really great price. Thanks Homi!

I wish I could give negative stars. The past comments regarding custom work and diamond promises are TRUE!! I was a very good customer for 7 years and Homi the owner still acted exactly as described in the earlier comments. In my situation the custom ring did come out as I expected, it was the diamond that is questionable. He promised a certain color and clarity and we agreed on the price. After waiting almost 2 months for the diamond when I had already paid him $20,000 and given my wedding rings for trade, he did not allow us to see the stone before it was put into the setting. We went to pick the ring up, the diamond was set and a copy of a diamond certificate was given. After looking at the ring a little while longer I realized that this cant be the specs that it was agreed upon. I then had 2 independent graduate gemologists appraise the ring, and as I suspected it was 5 grades lower than promised. After then searching online for what this stone should have really cost, we came across some listings on ebay for diamonds. Then one of the certificates seemed oddly familiar, it is the same certificate that Homi gave me with my diamond! And the full retail price matches what the 2 appraisers had stated which was $10,000 less than what I paid. After trying to discuss this with Homi, he was being completely unreasonable and stated he was the one that was offended. He then tried to show me comparisons in price but was using the grading of what I was supposed to get, not what I had in my possession. When you discuss ordering diamonds with him, he makes you believe that he will get whatever you want and exchange until you are happy. THIS IS NOT THE CASE! He will then tell you that your appraiser has hawk eyes and that she shouldnt be able to see the inclusions. He then contacted my appraiser after I had sent him proof hoping he would make this situation correct, and was borderline harassing her to change her official report to what he claimed he sold. I have tried several times to resolve this situation with Homi, but he refuses to give me a refund on the diamond. Any reputable dealer has a policy that allows you to have the stone looked at and returned if it isnt as described. He did eventually offer to consider some sort of resolution if I had a jeweler remove the stone (which no one wants to do because they dont want to be blamed for anything), sent to him, and then he would try to buy another stone for over $10,000 less than what I had paid. Then I would have to pay someone else to set the new stone that would cost over $500 due to the setting and the platinum. Then he tried to change the amount he gave me on my trades to reduce the overall amount of money he does rightfully owe me. He not once has produced or has tried to prove that the stone I have is the stone on the certificate he gave me.Regarding the previous comment regarding paying up front - it is true. It is not made up or a hoax as the owner states. We had the same experience.

I would never buy jewelry from anywhere else!!!! Morshiri not only had a one of a kind jewelry but you always feel like family when you walk in! You are not just another customer they take the time to go over what your needs are and to what the best value for your dollar is. My husband bought my engagement/wedding ring from Homi 5 years ago and recently my husband wanted to buy me another band to complete my 3 ring set. Homi custom made my band and it not only fit perfectly around my other 2 rings it was significantly less expensive than the designer one I wanted! If another jewelry says it cant be done...Homi can do it because he knows that whatever you are buying is for someone special and because its important for you to get it your special someone exactly what they want it is VERY important to Homi. And because its a family owned business you get that closeness,warm fuzzy feeling and partnership in finding the perfect gift the minute you walk in the door... unlike the big chain jewelers. If you want to buy your loved one the perfect gift and get treated like you are buying a Bentley every time no matter how small the purchase you must go to Morshiri....if you want to slum it with the used car sales men of jewelry then make your way to the Helzbergs and Zales of the jewelry world!!!!
