I cant even begin to express how awesome the sales and finance crew are at Rawhide. The process took a few days because I was on the road for most of it, but they were attentive and helpful the entire way. After all said and done, the staff at Rawhide have been a stellar example of what excellent customer service is supposed to be.

Seth is the best salesman in rawhide hands down my opinion. Hollywood and Tony both do an amazing job in parts. Went in to service for a tire pressure light, they found an exhaust leak at the block fixed it right then!!! Great place two brand new bikes and will go back for more!!!

Poor selection, I understand product is hard to get so I can deal with that. Staff varies greatly in friendliness and helpfulness, just a roll of the dice on who you get. Parts counter guys are generally pretty knowledgeable and helpful. I let them work on my bike once, SMH, never again.

Jacob C. Is a top salesman in my book. He made my first Harley Davidson experience worth the trip. He made sure all my questions were answered and went above and beyond, to ensure I got the perfect Motor Cycle. He definitely made buying a HD easy. I expected a lot of typical salesman pressure while I was deciding but he did nothing of the sorts. It felt like I was chatting with an old friend. I didn’t plan on buying my HD that day but he made it super easy!!

Harassment! If they get your contact info they will call you 5 times a day, refuse to stop calling and harass you. They will offer you 60% of what your bike is worth and ask for 40% over fair market value on their bikes. Just a terrible place in my opinion. I will never go back.

I walked in looking to sign up for the riders academy but I ended up walking out a Harley owner!The experience was welcoming and REAL. Usually when you buy a vehicle and come back a week later, everyone acts different or doesnt truly remember you. But when I came back a bout 2 weeks later, I was met with the same smiles and warm handshakes. And they even remembered my name! Not only that, everyone showed my toddlers the same respect. Definitely sending everyone I come into contact here!

You will meet the salespeople for apparel and helmets and gloves and stuff like that. You will meet the part salesman and he will give you a parts book. It will have the model and serial number of your bike on it. That will be written in the color of the catalog that obtains to your bike. You will also meet the service department. Where you can find out everything that was done to your bike before even buying it. And then of course if youre financing your bike you will need to finance specialistYou will take care of all your needs and offer you your warranties. And after you have bought your bikeThey will play some music and they will introduce you to all the peoples of the new owner of a Harley-Davidson they will clap and cheer. Then you have to go ring the bell in order to get them to stop. Thats a lot of fun too. But in the end you couldnt ask for a better place than rawhide Harley-Davidson to buy a motorcycle in Olathe Kansas.

As I walked through the door of Rawhide Harley Davidson, I was full of trepidation. I had been hurt so many times before. Countless salespeople more interested in up selling than listening to what I wanted.As I looked at the motorcycles laid before me, I heard a voice. I turned and saw a man bathed in what could only be described as the light of Angels. His mullet and handlebar mustache gleamed. A small twinkle in his eye. He introduced himself as Sam. Did he launch into a sales pitch about today’s hot deals? No. He simply walked with me. Asked about my day. Discussed music and concerts. The hook was set.When I brought up the bike I was in search of, he sprang into action. To my dismay, they did not have the model I was lookin for. Did that stop this juggernaut of sales? Not for a second. Another customer had the exact bike I wanted so he went over and introduced me so I could speak with an actual owner. No lies, no smooth talk. Just me and another owner talking about the pros and cons of the bike. Sam did not hover. He wasn’t worried. He knew he was selling a good product.After that, we got to the numbers game and he played it well. This Saint of HD was more concerned with a happy customer than a big commission. We were firm in our price and what we wanted to spend. Many trips to the dreaded office were made. Each time he came back closer and closer to our goal. He never got frustrated or annoyed. This man is gifted with the patience of a new born’s mother. We finally reached a fair number.Did my journey with Sam stop there? Oh no my friends, we were just beginning. He could have pawned us off to the finance guy or told us he had to check on others but he did not. He stayed with us, this man called Sam. While the paperwork was being created he took us on a tour of the building. Introduced us to the ladies upstairs who sells the merchandise. Gave me a free T-shirt. At the Parts department he introduced us to DJ.How to describe DJ? Imagine if you will, a Nubian prince in a button down. His knowledge of his wares was truly astounding. DJ not only went through the parts catalog, but also gave me a free copy of the catalog for later reference. His commitment to excellence is admirable.Finally, the time had come to go to the finance office. Ryan was our guy. He did not rush through the paperwork. He did not try to up sale extra packages. He made us aware and when we made our choice, he smiled and finalized the deal. While the paperwork printed he told us of his life and children.As we walked out of his office, Sam was waiting by the door. It was my turn to ring the bell. Feeling like the star quarterback that had just thrown the game winning touchdown, everyone in the building was clapping and cheering. I had just bought my first Harley and rang that bell.This was hands down, the best purchasing experience of my life. If you want or need a new bike, go to Rawhide and ask for Sam. If you need a part, ask for DJ. DJ will also answer to Reggie (but that is another story). And if you are lucky enough to get Ryan for your finance paperwork, you are in good hands indeed.

I walked in relatively late on a Sunday not knowing much about Harleys, as I have ridden sport bikes in the past. Perez patiently showed me and educated me on every model and found a bike that was perfect for me. He even stayed late while I finalized the deal. I enjoyed the buying experience and meeting everyone during the ticket to ride. I definitely will recommend Rawhide Harley-Davidson to my friends and family.

So I just bought a new 2021 iron 883 from rawhide Harley Davidson knowing nothing about bikes or riding. I have bought several vehicles from several dealers due to my luck and I have to say this was by far the best experience Ive had! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wasnt looked down on or belittled by my lack of knowledge by anyone! Perrez my says man was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to my needs and answered my questions very well not to mention was just a great guy to work with. Josh in Service was so friendly and also incredibly helpful and got my bike looking and sounding just how I wanted! The whole team I worked with was just smooth and professional and it didnt take long! All the way to my delivery driver Scott whom was also so cool, understanding,helpful and knowledgeable. I recently bought a second motorcycle from Rawhide Harley. My experience was good the first time and even better this time. The staff is incredible. Ivy was such an awesome person! There are other dealers in my area but this one is the best. This place is defiantly worth the trip as you can see, this is my second bike from here.

This was my first new motorcycle purchase experience. During and immediately after the purchase I was unsure if I got a remarkable deal (commitment shock) so I did more research. To no surprise I discovered Ryan in finance busted his butt and got me a better interest rate than my bank could provide with a payment I am comfortable making, even with all the bells and whistles for maintenance. Seth Browning was honest and supportive of the drastically different ride I was taking on and continued to communicate often even after my motorcycle was delivered to my door. Rawhide definitely makes you feel like the real MVP from all departments and Im confident theyll continue to do so.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for the general manager Jason, this would be a 1 star review based solely on a couple people we had to deal with when we ordered our Pan America. But like every store, there will always be some bad apples, and likely probably more. I feel that Jason genuinely cares about your experience, and will not hesitate to go above and beyond! Jake helped Kelsey and I decide on a bike for our price range and riding needs. Him and the staff helped us feel comfortable, worked with our preferences and took time making sure we understood all the ins and outs. DJ at the parts counter was also super helpful showing us our options on modified seating. This is my fiances first bike after totaling hers last summer, so Im thankful everybody here understood our hesitation to jump in and helped find the right fit for us.

My Husband and I were on our way back from Sturgis and decided to take the long route back to Tennessee before heading home to Ohio. After traveling across Kansas on interstate 70 after the last toll both, my husbands back tire started fishtailing and was getting a flat tire. We called the nearest HD dealership to see if they had someone available to pickup his bike to have it fixed. At first, we were told he had some bikes that had to be delivered first before picking him and his bike up. The driver, John K, deserves a huge shout out!! Instead of loading and delivering bikes before picking up his bike, he chose to put our safety first and not leave us stranded on the side on the interstate. We can not thank you enough for thinking about our safety first and getting us back on the highway.

My experience with Rawhide was good. I wouldnt say excellent. I did receive EXCELLENT care from Mike Woolley. I rode 770 miles to save about 3,000 dollars and get a bike with 20,000 miles less than all comparable bikes. Mike knew I was coming, and met me at the door. He spent most of the day with me from the test ride until the end. He followed up and made sure I made it home and followed up twice since just to check in and see if I had any issues or questions. Very good salesman who loves what he does and it shows. (No pressure, no hassle) The girls in motorclothes were all very helpful. TJ or JT (I hate to say it, but the black guy) in parts was super helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. The general manager went way above and beyond, and was on the floor helping and talking to customers. First time Id seen that in a store. He even took me in his office to answer some questions I had. The reason I gave them four star is because I receive A LOT of phone calls and text messages after the sale asking me to write a google review from multiple people. It was annoying, and eventually I had to asked to be removed from the list, which they promptly did. All and all, I would drive 770 miles and do it again. Thanks everyone, you have a great dealership.

I went into this dealership because they were the only one open on Monday. I have never owned a motorcycle before and was nervous to say the least. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Seth. He walked me through the entire experience. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His title is a fit specialist and that is exactly what he did. He fit me to the right motorcycle. Ryan in financing went through all the paperwork and helped get started on the right track in picking the best options that were right for me. Kylie upstairs helped me pick out the right outfit to keep me safe on the road. The entire crew at Rawhide made me feel as if they truly cared and not as if they were just trying to sale me a bike. They have made me a customer for life!

I had an amazing experience. Went in to pick up a seat my buddy left and ended up getting a bike. Was treated very well DJ did a great job walked me through my bike and had great communication skills. Jared starting the buying process with me and was being very informative and then the GM Jason made sure my first time buying went very smooth and was very helpful. Bottom Line up Front: if you buy a motorcycle thats not present in the dealership please learn exactly where its coming from and when youll get it.At the end of the day I got the bike I wanted plus additional parts and most the people I enjoyed work with to get the bike. The reason for the 3 stars is some miscommunication where I purchased a motorcycle they were having delivered from another location. I remember being told it was coming from TX and would be there the next week, fast forward to Wednesday I received a call saying it way coming from FL and would be there the following week. So Im not saying dont buy from here, just if you do please learn the information in the previous sentences. Also if you do go here to purchase a bike, go through Brianna shes really nice and helpful.

Was a great experience. Salesman Jacob Copen was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy. I also enjoyed being introduced to the members of the part department and service department. I would buy there again.

Our experience at Rawhide Harley Davidson was amazing! Went in after researching on Harleys website. They wouldnt honor Harleys MSRP or financing offers even though I was more then well qualified. Dont bother going here if you are the kind of person who makes purchases based on research and knowledge.

I sold my beautiful purple softail to Rawhide. They gave me a decent price for it. Mike Wooley was great. I talk to him through most of the transaction and he was very good very supportive and knowledgeable. The guy who did the paperwork and title work I was kind of a jerk though.
