I went to store inside to play Lotto and found I win $ 4.00 and I ask the lady to give me two Mega ticket. She replied she only can give me $ 4.00 cannot sell me ticket. But she mentioned there is spot inside the store to get ticket. She had lotto machine in front of her. But I did not see that spot or whatever I just got out and found different location to buy Lottery ticket. I never have this kind of experience.

Very good experience. My man Eddie helped out with getting all the orders I ordered and he made them with nothing but love. Highly recommending coming to this wawa is an understatement.

Dawn the cashier at the Englishtown store always has the same pleasant greetings each time I stop by for years and years. Shes an asset to Wawa. It never easy to do day after day.

This morning i went to wawas and the young man just threw the little window at the register and knocked down my hot coffee. Usually i love wawas. Not today

Ill give Wawa five stars its one of my favorite places for any type of quick beverages quick foods all the Wawas Ive been to the workers have been very friendly very helpful the food and coffee is really good reasonably priced they allow you to bring in your own refillable coffee containers for a discounted price on that the convenience of the stores make it very easy to be in and out fast,, some of the Wawas also have gas stations attached to them usually the newer ones but hey when you order your food on the touch screens you can always customize it any way you like which I go for all the time but you cant beat the coffee Mikey likey 😁😂😅 even nowadays you can call in or use the app theyll have your order ready or bring it curbside using the app is very helpful theres usually a lot of free rewards theyll give you I know its a gimmick but hey for as many free rewards as they pass out I like that a lot good job Wawa

This Wawa has some of the rudest employees I have ever come across. I always say hi and ask how they are doing when at the register. I basically get ignored and no response....and I have been coming here frequently since my new job is around the area. I’ve also walked in to the Wawa and at the front doors, an employee stood their finished her cigarette and walked back in and started her job behind the counter again, no hands washed. Gross and rude here.

I always go to get gas and lunch at Wawa and most of the stores are clean,this particular one is not clean especially the restrooms!! They’re disgusting from ceiling to floor and walls.Now to the food service, I think they are not taking COVID-19 seriously because they don’t take the necessary precautions at all...while I was waiting for my sandwich I saw that they don’t clean the knife,don’t change the gloves and one of the girl was wearing her mask below her nose and was cleaning her nose repeatedly and never replaced her gloves or wash her hands at all.For sure this was my last visit to this particular store.

Good service and friendly employees at gas pumps and in store. Very attractive young female store manager noticed me standing in corner of lot waiting for an uber ride on a hot day. She came out to see if I was ok and asked if I wanted to wait inside the store and have something to drink. I declined but appreciated her offer and made a great impression that I wont forget.

You guys are awesome. My friend lost her barn and everything in it due to a fire. My daughter works there on the farm. They are working today to see what they can round up. Wawa donated water, ice and etc. Thank you for helping a neighbor in need. Again your awesome.

My family is very grateful to Rich, Jim, and Steve who went above and beyond to make our catering experience a success! We will continuously sing the praises of these three, the other staff, and this store! My wife had ordered some delicious WaWa food items (sandwiches, soups, chicken fingers) via Grubhub. Grubhub canceled her order and when she called to find the reason she was told that one of the food items was not available and that she would have to call WaWa to find out which. When she called, Rich, the store Manager, reviewed her order and made suggestions for alternatives. He then assured her that if another order was placed, he and his staff could prepare it in time for dinner delivery (the food was to go to a nearby long-term care facility). My wife placed yet another order that was canceled by Grubhub. It was Rich, the Manager, who checked in with her when he did not get the order when expected. His diligence saved dinner for some very deserving people! Jim (who actually does not typically work in the prepared food items area, but when he found out about Grubhubs blunders, he stepped in) made sure that the recipients had delicious salads and Steve prepared many other items at warp speed! We cannot thank Rich, Jim, and Steve enough. The food was prepared in record time and was enjoyed by the recipients. We are now returning customers! Thank you again!

Usually don’t have an issue here. But the past few times I’ve been here have been kinda annoying.I’m paying the set price for the deli food. But I get very little food. In my bowls. Or sandwiches.This morning I buy a egg and sausage burrito. It’s not even sausage in my burrito. And very little egg.Why are the portions so small

Have to say this is one of my favorite why was the visit from the staff on the inside to the gas attendance on the outside everybody’s always very friendly. My family and myself enjoying getting the sandwiches from there my one son’s favorite sandwich is the Italian sub with everything on it my daughter really likes the tuna with extra mayonnaise and a little bit of cheese and of course I like the Italian and the roast beef wouldn’t say it’s the best subs overhead of my life but they are really good at a really good price also the kids and myself really enjoy the chocolate chip cookies that they do offer we always order about four of them and share them with the entire family

Fast gas attendants and great in-store staff.

Ive eaten here a few time and food was good. Last 2 times I purchased breakfast there on Sundays an older white woman missing most of her teeth wrapped the sandwichs. Before she wrapped the sandwich she coughed directly over the sandwich without even covering her mouth. This happened on 2 different occassions. My wife and I put the sandwichs down paid for our coffee and walked out. Will never eat in that wa wa again.

This place is so busy. The line is crazy long and they finally got more then one person on register but that was only after people had to wait more then 10 mins. But the worst part is how nasty the bathroom is. It looks like they are very under staffed (witch I dont think is the case) or they just dont care and while its so busy they cant think for themselves. Im not from the area my husband has job sites he has been working on in this area and so I had to go get things to eat for us and use the bathroom but after seeing that they dont clean an important area that we can see why would I believe they are cleaning an even more important area we cant see. This is not the first time Ive been unhappy with a wawa and because my husband travels all over new Jersey for work and I go with him I go to a lot of wawas and Im disappointed more times then Im not and when Im not its not because Im happy its just not as bad as some Ive seen

Very busy during rush hour and the weekends due to the flea market and racetrack down the road. Good luck getting a hold of the free air compressor during this time 8.8/10

Went in at 1am to order a sandwich. Horrible experience. The young girl that prepared it failed to call my order out until 10-15 minutes later that I went to go check it out and to my knowledge it had been ready 10 minutes earlier. Also, her and two other guys were just standing around on their phones. What kind of discipline do you show your employees, Wawa? This was at the 1886 Englishtown Rd, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 location. The only nice guy was the cashier.

This is absolutely the worst wawa Ive ever been to. I am a frequent wawa customer and before today a loyal one. After my experience at this wawa I will never shop here again. I place an order for a hot breaded chicken sandwich after which I was given a ticket to pay. I then went to the cash register to pay for my meal. After, I received my sandwich and went to my car to start to head home. Before I could start my car a gentleman came running out screaming that I did not pay for my meal. I was shocked upon hearing this so I asked if he was serious and if he had checked with the cashier before harassing me at my car window. He then responded yes he did and that the young lady said I did not pay even though she clearly saw me pay. After showing him the paid receipt he finally backed off. I then reported this to the manager because the cashier seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. The manager assured me that this would be recified but I never received a formal apology. Shame on you WAWA

Staff does great but like others mentioned it gets super crowded ! I went here on Honda Day and people were just crashing into each other trying to leave the parking lot. No nobody looks backing out of their spot

If youre going on a trip and you need to gas up the car, grab a few snacks and a bottle of water before you hit the road, in this area of New Jersey, Wawa has it all. And, oddly enough, its the place where you can find some types of candy, like Goldbergs Peanut Chews, that you cant find anywhere else.
