Ive been a customer since 2018 when i received a Ford F150 Raptor as a 50th surprise bday gift and since its been an exceptional experience. Staff is always accommodating, courteous and Im always met with a smile. The service dept and its techs are always on time and professional. Love how you get a text contact at the service dept once you are checked in for updates, questions or concerns while vehicle is being services. Even better if the tech finds any issues or wants to show you for example how you need a new oil filter you receive a audio/video via that assigned text number with tech showing you the bad filter he wants to replace and his reason and then a option to approve or not while u are waiting for your truck. I had an incredible experience at All American Ford in Old Bridge. My service advisor Brooke was amazing and kept me updated about the status of my vehicles repair, and the technicians did excellent job. I will definitely come back.Update:I guess I would not recommend leaving feedback (at least for this company). They seemed to be very helpful until they received my review, after that, my service advisor wouldnt even return my calls. She had someone else to call me back and when I requested a loaner van (my truck is a van) unpolitely told me, that someone was going to call me when they had a loaner available. That was more than 3 wewks ago and Im still waiting.

I worked with Stephen Kaye who fielded every question I had while remaining patient and fun to work with. My search began online and I was an out of state buyer so needed special attention before making the two hour drive. Stephen made everything run fast and had me in and out of the dealership in an hour. Susan the F& I manager was also instrumental in my fantastic experience. Main reason for bringing my truck there was one tire kept losing air and two tires were not reading the proper pressure. All six tires now have a different pressure reading I dont think the technician knows how to read a tire gauge not to mention it took over 3 hours to check my tires and do an oil change and fuel filter. I think the reason being they did all this in the alley behind the building instead of in a bay and I made my appointment a week ahead of time. They dont treat all customers equal ;beware of bringing your vehicle there.

A plastic piece broke off the drivers seat. I brought it into the shop. The service tech said to bring it back, they would order the part and would get it the next day. I rescheduled and requested a loaner. When I went back the second time I was advised this part was on National back order with no ETA date. I live in Staten Island and had to pay gas and tolls for both trips just to be turned away. Not happy about this at all.UPDATE: the service manager called me about a week later and miraculously the part showed up. he offered for the mobile team to come to my home to fix, but I ended up going to the dealership and borrowed a loaner. the repair was made super fast.

Be careful with these crooks. We agreed on a price for a a certified pre owned vehicle and all was good. I offered a deposit, but they wanted me to come back with a certified check. I called them back again offering a deposit, but they said it wasnt needed. Then they went and sold the car to someone else. Take your business elsewhere and avoid these clowns. UPDATE - The owner responded that I didnt leave a deposit, which I offered on 3 different occasions to leave a deposit, which the salesperson told me wasnt necessary.....Stay away from these clowns.

Me and my neighbor drove an hour here to look at cars. Specifically mustangs. He is ready to buy now. I am about 8 months out. After 25 minutes in and out of the showroom looking at cars, nobody came to see if we needed help so I went to the receptionist to ask for a salesman. She said she would try to find us someone. Soon after someone (not a salesman) came over to take down my friends information and they said a salesman would call him back.Left there feeling like we were a burden and they could not be bothered to give us the time of day. Werent taken seriously at all. Not even offered a bottle of water or a coffee…. Did not feel welcome. Friendliest person of the whole trip and who answered the most questions was a ford mechanic walking by who stopped and talked to us for a min or two because he saw us looking at the mustang in the showroom.There are much closer ford dealerships (one 5 min from my house) which we will do business with instead.

I have had a few experiences with buying a new car and I have had some bad experiences and some good experiences but this has by far been the best experience buying a new vehicle to date. 5 stars at a minimum for the service I received!Michael Ferrono was my service consultant and was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly.The original part needed turned out to be defective, so they ordered a replacement for me. They called me when it came in and took me as a walk in the next day to complete the service. I was impressed that Michael remembered my name. I was getting a front license plate mount installed and they took it upon themselves no only to install the mount but to put the license plate in as well - above and beyond!

Honest appraisal of work needed. They didnt just throw parts at my truck. They replaced what was necessary and nothing else. From the time I stepped in the drop off point for repairs the man who took my explanation of the problem with my truck, he was generally concerned and knowable of the problem, I had a cracked oil filter. the repair was made very quickly and my tires were rotated, what I found disturbing was the fact that I was charged 175.00 for a diagnostic fee. Other than that I was very happy with the service.
I recently leased a car through them and couldn’t be more happier. The manager Joe is a great guy and is very helpful and passionate about his job. Christina helped me out throughout the paper work and is very helpful. Would highly recommend anyone considering buying or leasing a car. Great staff and a great atmosphere.

Very happy with my experience which I thought I’d never say about a car dealership. After confirming with Micheal that a 2021 f250 was still available he answered all my questions gave me a quote over the phone for its price. When I got there they stood by the price that got me down there in the first place which was great on top of that the business manager Tom got me a good rate for the loan and even found an open offer that I qualified for that gave me a nice little discount and I sure as hell wasn’t expecting that. In all I had a great experience at all American Ford nice laid back environment the sales consultant Micheal was a cool down to earth guy wasn’t pushy and knew I was there for only that particular truck and nothing else. I was impressed with all the suggestions and follow up. Sal was also very calm in explaining me about financing and services. And I would need to say that after my purchase, I do not hesitate to give five stars as well!!
Very disappointed!I looked up the vehicle I wanted online. I was already sold as a customer. All they needed was to make a good impression on the sale.I bought a vehicle financed. When I was ready to sign all the paperwork, agent tells me that the financed amount was approved with an extended warranty package that the sales rep mentioned, but I never approved.I was tired, being there all afternoon, so I signed everything with the package no one advised me earlier that was added.You sure sold a car, but did not get a customer.PS.Someone contacted and pretended to work to fix this issue, only for me to take down this review. Nothing got resolved.

Brooke was awesome! As a woman you can sometimes feel intimidated when you go to an auto shop assuming that you would be taken advantage of even if you know about cars. This was the complete opposite of my assumptions... There was total transparency of the process and the prices, she even found a comparable price for my tire and matched it herself! Not something that happens everyday when it’s all about the bottom line in the auto industry. In these given times it’s nice to know Ford has compassionate people on their team and customer service is more important than that. I would recommend this location to anyone! There was also another gentleman that was also helpful I wish I remembered his name as well. I can honestly say it wasn’t just one person that made my experience great. Karen and the staff at All American are wonderful. Go above and beyond to verify problems. I just had my Ford Edge there for a recall fix and to verify what I thought was a problem with the vehicle when starting and idling. The tech couldn’t verify the problem at first, but Karen personally went and tried several times starting the vehicle until she noticed what I had been mentioning. As it turned out it was a normal characteristic of the Edge, but I appreciated this extra step to verify my concerns. All American has always provided me with excellent customer service. Buyers beware! I drove up yesterday morning to purchase a vehicle. I had already procured financing, and had a bank check in hand, fully authorized up to a certain dollar figure. The salesman Greg was helpful, and we had everything ironed out - or so I thought.The ownership apparently does not accept bank checks. I called my bank, and the loan handler was flabbergasted by this statement. She indicated that she had not had this issue once, in the 10 years that she has been working in the auto loan division.She suspected, as I had already come to suspect as well, that they were trying to strong arm me into financing through them - which I did explore, albeit briefly. However, their interest rate was twice what my bank had provided!! Needless to say, I left without making a purchase.They lost a guaranteed sale, simply because they prioritized a financing kickback.

First service done on my 2016 Ford Escape at this service center, since it was purchased elsewhere. Karen was great, friendly, professional, answered all questions, and was helpful in suggesting cost savings. Turns out I needed brakes for both front and back at 50K miles, and they did them in under a couple of hours, without breaking the bank. A great overall experience!
We had a great experience with the mobile oil change. The crew showed up at our house a few minutes early. Did the oil change and finished in about 40 minutes and we never had to leave our house. It was great.
I brought my cat from All American in 2020. I was having a issue with my car and I brought in my car to get it looked at. Mike was the person that looked at my car and although after leaving the car there a issue wasnt not found. Mike worked with me in every way to fix the issue. He has amazing customer service skills and was so nice everyone at all American was so nice.

So as Im in the business myself, I was a little taken aback by the separation of debts and dealership operation, as a new owner of a f250 SD with 400 miles on it, the left rear shock had blown. I Called for an appointment which the service advisor was very friendly and scheduled, due to time constraints, not wanting to waste my time or thiers, I asked that they order the shock, they transferred me to parts and I provided my VIN. Guy I Spoke with was very professional. Assured me would be in for appoint. Appointment Day.. Greeted by staff vehicle photographed and took in for service. During the process they lifted the vehicle removed the tires and gave me a multipoint inspection, tech seen the shock issue and reported it and that process went on. I thought personally that this was a little overkill as the truck had 400 me on it, but hey dealers have to answer to the factory. Anyhow. While I was waiting a text showed up showing me a video inspection of my truck, brakes, tires, etc.., a few . Mins later a service advisor told me they were waiting on new bolts. WHICH BY THE WAY THEY RAN TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO GET. Work completed no Charge Warranty, and out. So like I Said the dealership experience was different from my location, but that being said, professional staff, courteous, work done in a reasonable time frame, and all is well. So A+ for going the extra mile so I could meet my time line and get her ready for towing our rv. THANKS
Despite how busy this place was, my service was expedited. Alison was very helpful in the service department and I was so grateful that I earned enough points on my Ford Credit I didn’t even have to pay for it! Never a bad experience with this Ford.

Worst engagement with a dealership ever. Salesperson knows absolutely nothing about tow truck and that’s all she sells. Made me pay hundreds more for options that were already included with the truck. Truck was not usable when I arrived to pick it up. Then after driving 6 hours back and spending over two weeks at a dealership to get the truck operating correctly I find out they let me leave with a DO NOT DRIVE recall from Ford they never even checked for. Numerous phone calls to the commercial sales manager were never returned. Obviously they only care about the sale and nothing else.
