Went in to Quality Chevy this past Saturday and had a great experience. Vito was my salesman and he went above and beyond to help my wife and I find the perfect car. He gave us all our options upfront, brought out every key for every car we showed interest in. Was patient while we made our decision. He sat with us while paper work was getting done and the car was being prepped. He stayed late to make sure everything was done the right way. The whole crew over at quality went above and beyond, we were in and out with our new car in under 2 hours. Will definitly be back when my wifes lease is up, and will recommend any friends and family to go see Vito when they need a new car

I purchased a vehicle at Quality Chevrolet last year. One of the factors of me buying the car there was the free oil change for the life of the car program they have. Ive now had multiple oil changes done, just not at Quality Chevrolet. Last summer they suspended the program because of COVID-19 which I understand and told me via email they expected it be reinstated in the fall. Since then Ive emailed more than once asking about it. No response. Ive called and asked. I was told they would check and get back to me. They didnt. Last week I emailed for the final time asking about it after they sent me an email to come into the shop to have my oil changed. No one bothered to respond.When I purchased the car, I was there right when they opened and was one of two people there at that time. I informed the sales person that I had an appointment at 1:30 pm. At 1:30 pm they still hadnt finished cleaning the car. I ended up sitting there another hour before I was able to leave.

Service department was knowledgeable about my car even though this was my first visit. Service was faster than I thought it would be. The waiting area was very clean, chairs were appropriately distended. Coffee machine was great.

From the first time I spoke to Marcellus I knew my car buying experience was going to be special.... He is the internet sales manager and an absolute gentleman and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Chevy trailblazer and my sales representative was Vito. He too was an absolute gentleman and extremely knowledgeable. I have stellar credit but I take Summers off there for my credit union did not want to give me the loan on the vehicle because I wasnt showing any current income even though I had plenty of money in savings. Vito did whatever he could to get me a reasonable interest rate and he got me approved for the loan in about 10 minutes. I drove the car home yesterday and I couldnt be any happier with the vehicle and with the tremendous service I got from quality Chevrolet in Old bridge. If youre looking for any Chevy vehicle or just a great vehicle I strongly recommend that you visit the tremendous crew here at quality Chevy.., I truly simple and fantastic car buying experience.

Ever since new ownership came in I have been very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased my car at this location back in 2014, from Oasis Chevrolet. Since becoming Quality Chevrolet they have only gone down hill as far as customer service. With the purchase of my vehicle I was promised free lifetime oil changes. Quality Chevrolet eventually did away with that, and then charged absurd prices.My last issue is with the service department. My dad took off work today for an appointment he had with the service department. He had talked to him on the phone about the problem he was having, and THEY told him to make an appointment. When he got there, they told him they didnt have time to help him with his problem and essentially turned him away.**Work on your customer service because you just completely lost two potential returning customers.**

Very poor experience. Purchased a vehicle from here with an agreement of free oil changes. Within a month they “suspend the program” citing covid 19 as an excuse. Not acceptable. They have signs all over the place that they’re hiring. If business was so bad they wouldn’t be hiring. Spoke with several different people, two being the service manager and the owner Jordan. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope this review will make people think twice about patronizing this establishment for service and for the sale of a vehicle. Please go a few miles down the road to Lester Glenn. I regret purchasing from “Quality” Chevrolet.

Quite disappointed in my experience. Everything was amazing initially during the process before signing, I was honestly going to give them 5 starts. Suppose Im glad I didnt. After signing the two men assisting me, Andrew and Anthony, became completely different people, and almost insulting towards someone who gave them a sale.The only people worth talking to in there are Brenda and Mike, unfortunately they are not in the sales department, but if you need service go to them.My advise, just go there for service, you will be treated well, that is the reason for my one star.And if you are new to the car game, get EVERYTHING in writing.

I went to this dealership to buy a new car. Vito sold me a used car as new. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Traverse and when I got home it had 4,217 miles on it. I received no compensation for that. I was lied to about the interest. I was able to get 0% for 72 months per my credit score and I was told the rebate of $3,064 was better. Not true with an interest rate of 4.49%. Don’t trust these liars! They are shady and will do anything to keep you there!

Mike the representative at the service counter was extremely helpful. He explained the process to check my cars issue and even checked my extended warranty with sales. The only hiccup this time around was when I scheduled the oil change on the phone few weeks ago, the person on the phone never told me that lifetime oil change program was cancelled and I would have to pay for oil and tire rotation. Just wanted that to be communicated to prepare to pay for the service. I would have gone to a place much closer to my home if I knew I had to pay more for an oil change at the dealer then at a local shop near my home.

I visited this dealer with every intent on purchasing a Blazer RS and the two they had in stock were not on the lot. The reason: because their sales managers were driving them for personal use and both were off on the same day. The sales person I spoke to was very nice and even offered to show me his Blazer, and while that was a nice gesture, it was unacceptable to me that he was put in that position. I would suggested to this dealership that they do not have the vehicles they are trying to sell being driven by it’s employees/managers. I only gave this dealer two stars because of the sales person I spoke to was ver professional. Poor service overall and inventory management.

I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy. Told me 1 and 1/2 hour. I had no problem waiting in a very Comfortable waiting room. My car was done under 45 minutes. What a great experience. Even though Chevy discontinued the free oil changes, which I’m very upset about. Chevy team at Quality Chevrolet are great.

So when I made my purchase of a 2018 Chevy Traverse, I was told that I have a LIFE TIME of oil changes .. The last 3 times I have visited I was charged for my Oil change. This is very disappointing. Your company made a PROMISE and in a CONTRACT AGREEMENT...and now have not been standing by your agreement. VERY UNSATISFYING.

When I leased my truck in 2017 I was given lifetime oil changes. Since Covid, you’ve decided to no longer honor that deal without any notification. I understand you may be losing money but that’s your problem NOT mine. A deal is a deal and you have to honor it. Since you won’t honor it, I will no longer bring my truck there for service or any other work. When it is time for a new vehicle I will NOT return to your dealership.

I bought my Silverado trail boss from this place in 2019. Everything was fine until I had to go for service. First I had a problem with one of the speakers. When I went there to get the speaker replaced I waited 3 hours and once I got back to my truck I realized that they replaced wrong one. So the mangers excuse was that that speaker was bad too instead just admitting that they made a mistake. So I had to make another appointment so they can replace the bad speaker. Another bad thing is that when I was buying my truck one of the things that was part of the deal was free oil change for life. Well I just come to find out that they discontinued it and they will not honor it even for existing customers. That’s just horrible. I will never go back to them ever again. They lost me as a customer.

Steven Cotter salesman and Marcellis internet were absolutely awesome. Marcellis explained my situation and concerns to Steven Cotter. I neede to get out of a lease because I would have without a doubt gone over the mileage allotted. My credit rating was not the best due to Covid-19 getting laid off and falling behind. Once all straightened out I turned my attention to my lease and realized I would go over the miles. I then went to Quality Chevrolet of Oldbridge where I met Steve and Marcellis and again they worked their butts off got me. I was put into a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with less miles than my car. I told my wife when I retired I was going to get a truck. Those two men and everyone behind the scenes were great. I highly recommend Quality Chevrolet of Oldbridge and definitely ask for Steve Cotter ( he’s great) If your dealing with the internet Marcellis is going to take great care of you.

Avoid Quality Chevrolet at all costs. When I purchased my car with them, first I made it quite clear that I was getting a loan from my bank, and I was in frequent communication with them asking what I needed to do on my end to ensure when I picked up the vehicle everything would be all set. The salesperson assured me that there was nothing else I needed to do on my end for the sale and showed up to pick up my car. I was dropped off and filling out the rest of the paperwork and they started saying I needed to fill out the financial loan information. I told them I was using my own bank, the sales person was called into the managers office and he feigned ignorance like. Im sorry, I thought he was doing the loan through us. now I am stranded with no ride home, forced to take their loan because the sales person didnt ever send me the information I needed to send the bank to get my loan serviced. Strike one!So after that debacle I finally get my keys, but wait, there is only one key fob. OH Im sorry they seemed to have misplaced the second key fob, we will give it to you when you come to get your plates. Then when I came to get my plates they said, oh sorry we are still trying to find it. I emailed them constantly and called and never got my freaking key fob so now I only have one key fob for my car when I was entitled to have two. Strike 2So I imagine the main problem was Oasis was going through a transition to become Quality and they didnt give a darn about me so I got screwed out of my loan, my key fob, and the final nail in the coffin, my free oil changes for life were discontinued because of COVID. Im sorry but you cant just renege on a deal like that, they were just looking for an excuse to screw me over one last time and decided to take advantage of a worldwide pandemic to do it, oh poor us. I dont care if they are under new management it seemed to be the exact same people I dealt with originally and they all still suck. I may consider giving them a break if they actually ever gave me my second key fob, but still waiting on that.

My experience with this dealership is very unfortunate. I bought a 2017 jeep with 43k miles. When I left the dealership, the jeep was in great shape, I saw the carfax and their inspection report rating which had a 95. I had the jeep for 6 days, and it stopped working- 4 different warning lights turned on causing the vehicle to jolt and shut off. The service department kept my jeep for 2 weeks, cleaned out a part instead of replacing it causing the same issue to happen 5 days after it was returned. It’s been a little bit over a month and I haven’t had my jeep working for more than a week in my possession. The sales manager was insanely rude when I initially called, I would give zero stars for him alone. He spoke to me in a very condescending way when I asked about the warranty. The team in the service department was always nice when I called in and tried to help me as much as they could. Other than that this place is 🗑. Go with a mechanic when purchasing a car there, I put a hefty down payment to decrease my monthly payments and I regret ever going there as I’m now paying insurance and car payments for a vehicle I haven’t been able to drive.

Sent my vehicle in for a shudder issue which I stated was probably the rear end or torque tube and reported that my check engine light came on for two weeks and then went off. After being there since 6/30/2020 I was advised they could not check out the shudder because they think I need injectors. I was told by Mike that they could not check out the shudder unless I did the repair quoted as 2600.00. When I got the call On 7/17/2017, Mike told me the parts came in this morning and we got it ready to go. I asked what was wrong with the shudder and he advised we didnt find one. I requested to go out with a tech and came 7:30am on Saturday 7/18/2020 and waited about 20 minutes, no one came to go for a test ride so I paid the bill of $2700.00 + when advised $2500.00 flat. After paying all that money, my Vette rides the same and although I paid for injectors, there is ZERO difference. I guess Mike is great for making money for the dealership but the service I got is disappointing. The car still has a shudder and going back is a waste of my time since I spent $2700.00 and was not given any attention to the warranty issue I came for. I could have spent that money on a private garage and gotten both issues addressed. Sadly, I was in the market for GM products and even have a GM Fleet Number FAN 444707. I will think long and hard before buying anymore GM products because the warranty is worthless.

To Whom It May Concern,I came in to have my car serviced on Friday, 6/25/2020.I gave the service advisor a $25 voucher to use towards the cost of my service.When I got home, I checked my bill and it did not show that the $25 voucher was applied.I called the service advisor and he said he would speak to the bookkeeper to see how to resolve the issue.I called him on Saturday to check the status and he said the bookkeeper was not in and that he would get it resolved for me on Monday.I called again on Monday and he said that he did not speak with the bookkeeper yet and that he would get it resolved.Tuesday came, I did not hear from him. I left a message and he still hasnt responded.This has gone on too long and I do not like the way this is being handled.Please resolve this issue for me today!

This is bad business and people should buy from a more honest car dealership.Chevrolet needs to step in here.... 5/7/20 - Steer clear of this place. Service Manager Lindsay is dismissive and continues to repeat that Chevy is not responsible for a third party Install without understanding or having any knowledge of the issue NOR did she recommend a call back! I EXPLAINED that I had a brake controller installed by a third party RV dealer. The RV dealer explained there was an issue with the factory wiring harness. The trailer brakes will operate with the manual switch, but will not activate off the brake pressure switch. I was charged 399 dollars to verify a signal was coming from the controller when the issue is the brake sense wire! Although it didn’t have a hitch the truck has factory wiring which needs to be programmed by Chevy. This should have been done during the visit. It should have been flashed and updated but to date is not. I have called Chevy Customer complaint to try and resolve this issue.

Brought my 2008 Chevy impala in for a diagnostic to figure out why check engine light keeps going on and off. If they had time to look at my muffler . I had a 1030 appointment which took a week to get, left car there . At the end of day the car never moved and the girl at the counter say just because you have an appointment doesnt mean were gonna look at your car.The next day they called me and said i need a 2800 muffler (all i needed was the flange 300 including labor no rot holes anywhere ) Dealer recommends changing alternator even though there was no codes and it was working properly. He stated that was the mechanics best guess. left there paying 159 for the so called diagnostic. Maybe i should have known when i got there a lady was loudly complaing about waiting 3 hour for oil change. and on a side note they are no longer doing free oil change (when you buy the car there free oil changes)because of covid so they have to charge you for it. In what universe does that make sense stay clear of this dealer

*** DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR CAR SERVICE!My boyfriend and I are not from NJ - we came this weekend to visit my cousin and we live 2 1/2 away - his car stopped working out of no where and we had to tow the car and decided to bring it to this Chevrolet to have it seen and looked at. We left the car in the dealership on Friday - August 16 around 8pm. We knew the car wouldn’t be seen on Friday but he filled out a form of document that someone from the dealership gave him letting them know we were leaving it here to be seen the next day (For Saturday). On Saturday Lindsay spoke with my boyfriend and told him that there weren’t any technicians available and that we had to wait till MONDAY! Now we’re currently here and she’s telling him how the car is in the back and the car won’t be seen until hours later. We’re pretty patience and understanding but this run-around is truly frustrating! We’re not from NJ - we’re from NY. I really thought customer service was important since there’s a sign saying “SUPER CHEVROLET SERVICE”. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. As an outsider - we feel unimportant. He has never been treated this way from a Chevrolet dealership. It’s outrageous! We’re missing work! We can’t leave NJ without a solution for the car. So now we’re stuck here until the car is “seen”.

Joe the sales manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with the Chevy Equinox. The staff was friendly and inviting. I never felt pressured to purchase and I will enjoy coming back in the future.

Work was done on time. Competitive pricing with other shops in the area. However I prefer factory trained technicians which is why I chose to use their services.
