Paul and Michelle are definitely a great team. Great communication from Michelle and Paul was fast and paid attention to detail. Not only are the prices competitive but the work is outstanding. We had the glass in our front door replaced, we expected the job to take a few days when in fact it Paul got it done in a matter of hours. We could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!

I called PFM to remove wall mirrors in my dining room in a house I just moved into. They were able to come later that day. Michelle told me that they do a lot of work in the development I moved into. Paul and a technician came out and they were efficient and removed the heavy mirrors from the walls with suction cups. They were so neat, careful and professional while removing mirrors. No glass was shattered as I thought would happen. Michelle and the men that did the work were extremely personable and gave me a fair price for the work. Just finished a job with PFM glass & Mirrors. They went on vacation for July 4th week. I was told to have measurements done Friday 7/2/21 in order to get it done 7/12-13. When I called on Sunday 7/11 to verify, I was told that no order was in the queue. Michele was able to get me done on 7/13 in the morning. And Paul and his helper(sorry forgot name) installed with no issues. customer is thrilled. I am very thankful for their effort, as well. I had 4 trades scheduled and this could have been a mess. Back on track thanks to PFM. 2 trades to go!

Michelle sent her guys over to measure for a 72×40 eall mounted mirror. Guys took measurements and said wall was not square but they would fabricate to accordingly. Fast forward week later guys show up install mirror and it looks great! They cleaned up any mess (which) was minimal! If you need any glass or mirror at reasonable prices I suggest you use them!!ARTIE B

Placed a custom order for Vanity Mirror 42x57 with half inch beveled edges. Michelle was great and so were her prices. She got the mirror delivered on time with great care. But due to family reasons had to delay the installation and later found out my contractor didnt account the height of the vanity with the countertop. With just a call away, Michelle offered to fixed the issue for a small price. I am very glad I found PFM Glass & Mirrors. It was an absolute please dealing with PFM . i had a broken wall mirror. it wasnt a big job and every other place i called did not want the job because it was too small . michelle the owner gave me her best professional opinion on the best way to go about fixing the issue . she fixed the piece and it looks great . extremely cost effective as well . i highly recommend using PFM for large or small jobs . very nice people and easy to deal with .

Had to have a window replaced in a hard to reach area of my home following a wind storm. They did a great job, would recommend them for anyone seeking a prompt quality replacement.

Awful experience - do not hire for residential work!PFM was hired by the previous owners of our home to replace 5 bad windows prior to our family closing on the home. We have had issues with all 3 of the 5 windows leaking and have one that has extensive condensation build up between the window panes. The company does NOT warranty their work and Michelle has been impossible to work with. Conveniently they do not keep records of their work, or their invoices, and have alleged that the windows that I have issues with may not be the ones that they originally replaced.

I needed to replace a glass pane on a bedroom window before selling my house this month. I contacted PFM Glass. Michelle was responsive, gave me a reasonable quote over text when I sent her a picture of the window, and then came to the house the next day to take proper measurements. The glass took just about a week to fabricate and install. PFM Glass is prompt, professional, and affordable. I would recommend them again.

Cracked storefront window, shattered in the recent storm - called PFM, they were here in a blink to board it up, and replacement window was ordered and installed shortly thereafter. From when they came to do the initial measurements to replace the glass on my sliding door, Paul and his staff were really professional. It only took them 30 minutes to remove the broken glass and install the new one. They even fixed the mistake of the original installer, who installed the door upside down and in reverse.

I had a broken window. They came the day I called. They measured and ordered the glass. I was told it would take 7-10 days. I received a call within that timeframe and they came a couple of days later. All-in-all, a good experience. I would definitely recommend.

They helped remove a mirror wall in 2015. Came back in 2020 to fix 2 foggy windows. Great service & reasonably priced. Would not hesitate to call again.

I have bought a custom made table top glass beautifully tinted and perfectly matched to my dining table, they have also installed frameless shower doors for me, both upstairs and downstairs locations, and of course I called PFM when my window broke.
