This is the second summer I had this company clean for me. I wasnt satisfied in 2016 but Alison thought that this summer would be better so I gave her 1 of my summer rentals to clean instead of all 4. I was not satisfied with the cleaning on 7/22 and communicated that to Alison and the following was the second cleaning date we had on 8/5/17:It was totally unsatisfactory to the point where I had to have my other cleaning crew that was working down the street come over at 2:30 and re-do the entire house.1.Upstairs bathroom rug never vacuumed, full of visible sand and when I carefully picked it up there was sand on the floor under it,2.When we cleaned the toilets excrement/urine ran down the inside, the toilets had not been cleaned under the inside rims with toilet brush!3. I had requested two weeks ago that better/different vacuum was needed to satisfactorily vacuum all the sand in the house, and you did not tell me until Saturday morning that you were not able to do that. And we got the same results, Sand was still everywhere.4. The spiral staircase had dirt/ grime/ sticky residue on most of the steps. And the banisters were sticky to the touch.5. Kitchen chairs had ketchup splattered on them, if they had even moved them at all they would have seen it.I did not feel that I should be charged for 8/5.FYI Alison replied that she had a 3 person team plus a manager to follow up afterwards in 8/5 and that she would still need to charge me. I will not be using their services again.

Does my house from top to bottom every 2 weeks! I can always tell before I walk in that shes been here. I can smell the cleanliness as I walk on the porch! Everything shines & smells so good. Dependable, reliable & reasonable! Wish Id have done this years ago! I come home & get to do other things like spend time with family & friends & leave the dirty work to Alison & her staff. Thanks ladies!

Alisons team is great! She had someone in on short notice to get our house ready to go on the market. I just wish we would have had her coming in on a regular basis so we could have enjoyed our house looking so nice! Thank you, Alison.
