Today I went to Pratt Abbott to wash/dry a comforter and quilt that needed the space of a commercial washer. I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Krista was so helpful, not only to me but others who came in and needed assistance. She was like the energizer bunny tending to machines, her own tasks and again, helping people like myself. Her service was nothing short of exceptional ... hope you value her Pratt Abbott as an employee!

Been going to this cleaner for years to do my laundry. I have not used their other services but I like how they have big machines and a different variety. Dryers work great and actually dry your clothes. I also like that they have the option to use an app to pay or coin-op. They also have a restroom you can use to wash your hands, which is especially nice when using quarters.Only thing I dont necessarily enjoy is that some machines are down but often get fixed relatively soon and sometimes can be very busy.

Prices awesome always do any laundry my laundry always comes out white and clean at this time I only wash them there and it came out and took them to a friends house to dry them and then associate with them we have a fire and so on and so forth but he helped me fold them and he was impressed asking me how I got him so right my whites are all white because of my massage business and air freshen clean because my place is fresh and clean and the service I guess is always clean so I clean my tools and then I have a white room on where mental health counseling goes on and theres outfits I just want in there by the clients and most of my clients leave theirs with me having me to clean them because theyre always good

The employees there are friendly to the traveling Nurses visiting in Maine. The cleaners/laundromat was very clean, very clean. Their coin machines were up to date with using the cards to pay. I like that no problems at all.. My clothes were washed and dried in record time..

Nice local laundromat. Lots of different sized washing machine and new high efficiency dryers. Also, rarely crowded. Staff is helpful and pleasant

Clean laundromat and friendly staff. The only issue is the amount of dryers is not equivalent to the amount of washers and customers at certain times. They have a few older ones however I do not suggest using those as they have a tendency to literally burn; shrink and leaves rust stains on your clothing.

Smell of urine was so strong today was absolutely gross. Im 63 so didnt want to carry my laundry back to the car. So i did my laundry. Got 2 washers going went to put liquid in the 3rd one and it was the smaller older front loader. The fabric softener fill was full of black mold. Lost my business.

My wedding dress ended up getting ruined by mold due to water damage in my apartment. I was doubtful that anything could be done but decided to see if Pratt Abbott could help. I requested that the dress be cleaned and preserved if possible and anxiously awaited the results. I was impressed when they had my dress ready within a couple of days but the biggest accomplishment was their ability to restore my dress! I can never thank them enough! A+++!

Plenty of machines including single load. Quite a few with out of order tags. Could use better cleaning; found trash (cig butts, paper etc) in rim of dryer. Prices were competitive.

Super friendly attendant will be doing my laundry here from now on.

Awesome awesome place the only place I know of who cleans their washers and new dryers and its very very well worth the money great spin cycle so drying cost are small Ill be behind these guys 1000 percent
