I’m in this store frequently because they always have great selections and I like to constantly change up the rooms in my house. I get inspired by all of the vibrant color selections. One of the staff, I heard someone say her name was Luna, so very helpful. It such a pleasant experience when any staff go out of their way to assist you. I always tell my friends to go this store. It’s clean and well organized

The store manager, Gary is incompetent and extremely rude to employees and customers. He is no help whatsoever, and the way he chooses to speak to shoppers and associates is truly disgusting and you all should be ashamed. When speaking to employees on their experiences with him, he forces sick people to come in when they call out, he screams at high school kids, and can’t figure out how to run a business to save his life. He is extremely unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and has no regard for anyone besides himself. This store has potential, but not with him working there.

I went in there to go to the bathroom 3 weeks ago. It was my first time in, and I was out in 10 minutes (the bathroom is in the far back). I dont really have an opinion on it. Its ok.

The HomeGoods in Old Saybrook has a large selection of beach style items. They have various other items as well, but if you are looking for beach goods for your beach house, this is the place.I love their kitchen items. Always a fun place to shop.

This has to be the second best home goods in CT with home goods in Westport being number one haha. They have the most exquisite goods and very classy finds. To find the best deals, make sure you go on weekdays as it is less crowded. The store is very clean and prices are decent. Love shopping here.
