After visiting 4 mattress stores, I recently bought a new mattress from Mattress Plus and had an excellent experience. Fadi helped me pick out the mattress that best fit my needs for back issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the mattresses and genuinely cares that you walk away satisfied. The price he gave me was extremely fair. My bed was delivered within a week and my back is already feeling much better. I went from a full size mattress to a queen so I needed the mattress, box spring, and metal frame which needed to be installed and attached to my current headboard. This was no easy task as my bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of my townhouse. The delivery men showed up on time and did an exceptional job with both the installation and setup. They were extremely professional. I highly recommend buying your next mattress from Mattress Plus as they are the best.

We went to two mattress stores in Saybrook. Without going into details I will tell you that Mattress Plus was hands down a better experience. We dealt with a gentleman (Fadi) who listened, was exceptionally professional and genuinely wanted to make sure our needs were met. The price he gave us was very fair and we would highly recommend this store and certainly him.

Recently had a great shopping experience at Mattress Plus! They opened a new location in Milford, which is where I actually bought my mattress (grand opening will be soon, I believe). The store owner was very helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to make sure I was able to find the mattress best suited for me. We bought a mattress a couple of years ago (from an online-only store) and the longer we had it, the more our backs hurt, so we decided to cut our losses and give that one up, and go mattress shopping at Mattress Plus in Old Saybrook. We are new to the area and didn’t know a lot about Mattress Plus, but my husband did the “first round” of looking around for new mattresses in the area, and came home and told me how nice he was treated at Mattress Plus and went on and on about their selections, good pricing, and customer service there, so I decided to go check it out after he came home really impressed with the store. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by Fadi, who listened to all of our needs and what we were looking for in a bed/mattress, and provided us with excellent options based on our needs. Not only that, he really took great care of us and gave us a great deal. We felt well taken care of at Mattress Plus and can’t say enough good things about this business. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a beautyrest black with adjustable base. Fadi helped us find the best mattress for us. He gave us the best option that fit our budget.I would also like to thank the men who delivered our mattress. My girlfriend was the only one home at the time and she said they did a great job installing. We live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex that has no elevator. They were able to fit and carry a queen size mattress and base without damaging it. Very professional as well!Would recommend anyone whos looking to purchase a mattress to see them!

Prices were good, I found a half off coupon on their facebook page so thats great. They have pretty good mattresses, I hurt my back a while ago at work and I went shopping for a new bed, the ones that didnt hurt my back were too expensive. Thankfully I found one at this place that wasnt overpriced. Appreciate the free delivery. Good store Ill probably go again for my kids beds.

I went into Mattress Plus in Old Saybrook last week with my girlfriend looking to explore some options with a low budget. Fadi was more than accommodating for us. He provided us with options that were within our budget and some potential upgrades that would only be slightly higher. He was so knowledgable on every item in the store providing input, and listening to what we had to say. Fadi didnt pressure us into any hasty decisions and made us feel comfortable making a very important purchase. He found us the perfect bed and helped us work through the financing process in order to actually leave the store with the mattress that day. I was so pleased with all of our purchases and the service that Mattress Plus, and Fadi, provided. After a week with this new mattress I am beyond elated that I made the purchase. If you need a mattress, head down to Mattress Plus because they will take care of you!!

Buyer Beware. We felt they were helpful, however,they did not disclose a very expensive exchange fee. Buy direct from Tempurpedic instead to avoid hassles and an enormous exchange fee.We were not sure about the Tempurpedic because of the cost as well as my experience with similar memory foams that maintain heat. We purchased a Tempurpedic split king bed because they told us we could exchange it if we did not like it. They also told me it would not maintain heat.The bed was so hot I would wake up in sweats every night. We decided to exchange the bed. To our surprise there was a 20% exchange fee we had to pay which was never discussed. Read the fine print before signing! When I explained that the bed was maintaining heat and way too hot I was told that other consumers had reported that as well.The back and forth with them was difficult and unnecessarily lengthy. Yes, it was during CoVid but it shouldn’t take 3 months for a credit to show up on my card. They kept calling my home phone when I told them many times to call our cell phones. Lots of excuses.In the end we had to settle for a bed that was not a Tempurpedic split king. I could not afford to pay the additional money to purchase the Tempurpedic model with cooling technology. We had to settle for a beautyrest without the split king. Not only did we lose $$ but we also don’t get the good nights sleep we had paid for.I will never purchase from them or another sleep shop again. I am going direct from now on. Consider yourself warned.

I was in the plaza when I saw the sign for Memorial Day sale, I walked in to the store and saw the same mattress that I was about to purchase that day from another store and they have it for $400 cheaper in mattress plus Free adjustable base and free delivery lolThe delivery was today and delivery guys are so nice and professional, and they deliver two pillows as a gift 😊I highly recommend this storethank you mattress plus I diffidently will be back for some furniture.

It was really different in this location, it was my first time I got that much information about mattresses, I never knew it’s that different between mattress .
