So I purchased my vehicle from Saybrook Motor Sports back in July, and the car has been great since. About a month and a half ago I sent my car back to them for warranty work. Their communication has been horrific, lying about the progress on the car, not answering or responding to phone calls from me nor my father. Dont bother having these guys work on your car if you need it in a timely manner, or at all actually. I put my trust in them to take care of my car like promised, and all Ive gotten in return is lies and lack of communication.

I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love the car I purchased in this dealership. The process was quick and easy. Jesus and Micah were very efficient at my car registration. Price is very reasonable! Never had purchased a car at a dealership before but this dealership seems to be really good. I would recommend this dealership. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks God ^_^

I have recently purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata here. When I checked the car out and test drove it everything seemed okay a couple things needed to get fixed and I was short roughly $400. However, Jesus was able to work with me and I was able to take the car home. Great people Micah really made me feel comfortable after purchasing the car he called me once every 2 weeks for about 2 months to ensure the car was running accordingly. Overall this dealership is great and affordable.

I just bought a q50 sport hybrid from Jesus and Micah. After months of looking for one, i stopped because i couldnt find the right mileage/price balance (as most of us do). Happened to find one on their lot for what i still believe was a steal. On top of that, the hiccup we hit during the trade in process was met with grace and ease thanks to Jesus. Walked me through everything. I need things simplified and both of them met that requirement. & Like another reviewer said, the lot is smaller.. but quality over quantity couldnt be more accurate for these guys. Theyre great. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. Ill be returning for my next car.

Called him, told him I was coming from an hour away, had my own financing, and was ready to pay asking price on the car 14k. Asks me to consider financing with him, I say ok as long as he met the same terms I was getting from my Credit Union. Tells me no problem but still wants to sign me up for a longer term (72months) or higher monthly payments. He submits the application for me with worse terms, without telling me the final price breakdown, monthly payments, loan term, anything. I confront him about it he tells me I could finance with him or Find another car to buy. He needs to put up a sign that says if you dont finance here you cant buy. Wouldve saved me the trip and time. Going into it further, he wasnt getting the same terms I was quoted because he was financing me for 16.2k ~. If the car was worth 14k, state tax at 6% is $840 + $750 dealer fees (thats a highball) still puts me at $15,590. Why was I getting financed for 16.2k? All around bad business, shady dealings.

Owners are almost always on-site and will work with you directly. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. Would recommend to anyone. If you are looking for a car - start here. You won’t regret it.

Jesus and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The lot has a nice variety of cars for sale, a great convenient location and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. We had an oil change done on our truck and are returning for an oil change, brakes and tires for our car.

False advertising: I originally gave SMS a five star rating because but shortly after buying the hard top jeep we found that the soft top Jesus said was in the back was actually only two windows and a couple of frame pieces. We also realized the entire metal frame was missing. SMS offered to find me a discount top and parts after Chrysler quoted me over $3000, but they would not pay for it. They would not even consider an aftermarket soft top and frame I found for about $1100. I would pay close attention to their ads and the actual. A copy of the ad with soft top is attached.

Put a deposit on a truck for my son, waited a week for repairs and credit to go through, then they come back and the price is not correct, its 4k more, they also ran the credit multiple times and that lowered his rating and said Cargurus made the mistake. Total scam, wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Process was pretty simple thanks to jesus and micah. Was looking at a 2014 honda accord they were selling at around 13k(which was well below kellybluebook pricing of like 14k-15k. Told them i was approved for 4.3% and they got me a loan for 4.1%. Not much but still a lower number. I think dealers get bad rep, but not all of them are out to get you.

I was becoming hopeless and very frustrated searching for a car at the big dealerships. I knew my credit wasn’t in the best shape but was determined to find a car and someone that would be able to make it happen. Not only did I come across the car I wanted at saybrook motorsports, but Jesus did everything possible to make it happen. He responded in a timely manner upon inquiry and gave status updates along the way. Very friendly and best of all, not in the least bit overbearing. He definetly made the experience enjoyable and the car is great.

Late answer. Car sold by the time they answered. 4 days after car was sold is still listed on several webpages. They are sloppy.
