Brandon was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful.Everytime I see that someone liked this review I want to throw something. I left their office not knowing that they had not connected my phone. I went a night and all the next day without a phone. Not to mention that the phone they sold me had less storage capacity than my old phone and was 4G for a 5G network. When I wanted different phones they were unable to get them for 4 days and they charged me $160 for nothing. I ended up having to go to another store. These people should wear masks even when there isnt a pandemic!

What an absolutely stellar experience I had at this store today. It was the complete antithesis of every bad cell phone buying experience Ive ever had.I lost my phone and had to replace it. The guys laid out ALL of the options for me; not just the most expensive ones. They explained a few different solutions and the cost of each. Once I had all the info, I picked something toward the middle in terms of price. Although they made me aware of more expensive/more powerful options, they were never even remotely pushy about it.Their goal was the same as mine: to quickly get a new phone set up for me for the right price. If you want a cell phone store that will give you all the relevant information and let you make your own decision without being pushy, look no further than TCC. I will gladly recommend this store to family and friends and will definitely be back myself.Also, there was no wait time, the store was immaculately clean and organized, and all three reps were knowledgeable and professional. I felt like I was buying a Bentley instead of an iPhone.

I had the best experience with Ryan at this store. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile. I was in there to get a phone for my youngest son. We needed to add a line to my current plan and purchase a phone. Ryan gave us our options and answered my many questions. He went over and above to make us all happy. We wound up getting screen protectors for myself and my older son and two phone cases for both my boys. My youngest is now a proud owner of his own phone. They were thrilled with their new cases and I was happy to walk out of the store with everyone happy, including my husband who was at home checking in on our purchases :)

Just left this Verizon store. I can be a difficult because I am older and need a lot of instruction and clarifying. Danny worked with me and was so patient with my constant questions and desire for an additional explanation of things. He worked with me for over an hour and 1/2.even when it looked like I was not going to be a buying patron ( I did end up purchasing a new iPhone SE and a JETPAC from Danny).VERY pleased with the customer service I got here. Have gone to 2 other Verizon Stores in the past that were useless. So glad I did not give up on Verizon and went here.
