I recently worked with Ellie on a few different products... phones, chargers, cases.... etc. She went to so much trouble to explain EVERYTHING and even called around to different stores when they didnt have what I needed. SheWas AMAZING!! She is a perfect example of REAL customer service! And she is why I wont switch carriers, after all.

Came in the store today with several questions bumped into my girl Mimie from the Bronx she answered all my questions and took very good care of me it was excellent speaking with her. If you need questions answered please ask for Mimie

I went in to buy a new phone stood there as the guy working just talked to this woman. As I stood there someone else walked in and he started helping that person before me too. Finally gets to me I tell him what phone I want after Abit of looking comes back to tell me he is out of that phone. No big deal then tells me the store a couple miles down the street has it. So I leave go to the store he tells me to go too. To find out that they didnt get a call from the store I was in about that phone and that they dont have that phone in stock either. So I got lied to by this guy had him waste my time and gas. If you want better customer service go to a different metro

I Came in tonight looking for a phone and I was promptly greeted by Andres. My experience with this guy was awesome. He took the time to explain the differences in each phone as well as advising me of the pros and cons and each phone. We had a little trouble turning the phone on for the first time because the phone was dead. Again, he took the time plug it in and make sure that the phone worked correctly. He even went out of the way to call his supervisor and make sure that he wasnt giving me a phone with an internal issue. He was extremely respectful and knowledgeable. My overall experience with Andres was a great one. I will return to this particular store because of the amazing customer service that I received. Keep up the great work Andres. I am a happy customer!

We had a young lady today name Elly at the Oldsmar store whowaited on us on March 24, 2021 she was very helpful, My friend whois Legally Blind Vet she helped with so much patience. Everyquestions we asked her she had the correct answer. I havebeen a Metro Customer since Metro started when you couldcall only inside the State of Florida. I have never seen any agent withso much knowledge and customer support. I hope she is a Manager.GOD Knows she should be.Elly should be rated 10 Stars Not 5 stars.

Drove all the way here from Palm Harbor....to have the doors locked and the worker sitting in her vehicle. Didnt say nothing to us, and turned around and left. They obviously dont want business...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

On 1/24/21 around 3:30 pm i Went to pay a 55.00$ phone bill and had to dispute another line because my bill showed up as $70.00 instead. The clerk said it was taken care of but still charged my card $70.00 (They credited the other 15$ for my next months payment but I was not told this) The person before me also was having an issue with the clerk aswell....Zoning in and out and was no help. I had to sit there for 40 mins just to pay a phone bill...I always come to this metro and never been this dissatisfied before. At all actually.

I went to this location to buy my sister a phone for Christmas and Ziggy was extremely helpful ! He took care of everything I needed done and answering all of my questions! Thank you for all that you guys do there and for all of your help today Ziggy !

Me and my son came in to the store to get him a new phone case for his phone and the guy that was helping up was amazing and very helpful. Their was a woman also working there and she was heard in the back room yelling which seemed to be a customer over the phone about something. Just as me and my son were getting ready to leave she came out with an attitude asking what did we want and what we were trying to do. After the nice guy already told us what we could and could not do to get a new/free phone. In the end i did not appreciate her nasty snotty attitude we will no longer be coming to the store location to be treated like the way we did. She needs to work on her customer service skills

Ms.Diamond charge me for 2 phones when I only bought one it took five visits later and Miss diamond yelling at me for her error about the total balance and where my money was at she cannot explain it and lost her temper. She should be terminated and not work with the public at all never come to this location it is terrible terrible business the manager hid in the back room

Improperly advised at the store level about the insurance. Its potentially going to cost me a lot of money. I called corporate and received zero assistance. This is not the first time I received bab info from this company. They have all confident answers when youre spending money and poor answers when you have issues. Id never recommended them for anything or to anyone.

Came into this location about a week ago and dealt with Ashley and Carlos, both lovely employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, Ashley sold me on the moto e5 plus which was a big increase from the phone I had, she was very informative and very knowledgeable on her product. This isnt the first time I have dealt with Ashley either I have came in here multiple times with issues with my phone and she fixed every issue for me but i finally had enough and decided to upgrade my phone. This location is great and the customer service is amazing at this store. I will continue to come back to this location

I went into the Oldsmar store hoping for a miracle and Diana delivered that miracle. My daughter had gotten a new phone but the pictures didnt transfer & werent on her old phone - the pictures were needed for a Science project. Diana was able to access the pictures and transfer them to my daughters new phone. Diana was so helpful, friendly & knows her stuff - she is a true asset to the Metro organization. The Oldsmar store is my new go to Metro store. Diana deserves a raise!!!!

Felt very un-welcomed by the gentleman who helped me a few weeks ago. When I first walked in the gentleman was sitting up front by the entrance he gave me the what do you want look as he asked if he could help me. While we were ringing up my new phone, he was on his phone almost the entire time and I got the feeling he was annoyed by my very presence. He wasnt able to explain everything to me very well about the changes on my account so this month I was surprised at my bill change. I have been a metro customer on and off for over 6 years and hes the only rep. Ive ever had this experience with. Everyone else in the past was helpful and friendly. Not sure if I will use this metro again.

I rarely write reviews but I felt I had to write one. I love the main service and the phone but the people at the store are sub-par. Went in last night to pay the bill and wasnt greeted rather told we are closed about 6 times in 15 seconds rather confrontational. Told the lady working that she didnt have to yell her reply was she wasnt. Ok fine I understand working hours. Came in around 5:30 today and told I remember you from the other worker. As I was paying the bill he proceeded to call me big guy, bossman ect. This is what Im pissed about. Last night should of been handled like sorry sir we just closed a few moments ago. Today should of been handled like thank you for your payment have a nice day. Thats it! Not being a wise guy to whos paying the bill. Maybe they need better customer service training.

Sooo today I went to the store to see why I had an unread message that I could not get the notification off and after going to other stores and having other people attempt to help me, I could never get it resolved also 4 other staff members of metro have tried to transfer my photos over and today was my lucky day I met Mimie and she resolved all my issues thank God for Mimie she was such great help. Shes the best.
