Nope. I observed a young man vaping outside as we were walking up to the building. He immediately came in, stood behind the register, and took our order. Hand washing is basic and the lack of hand washing is a deal breaker. If he doesnt wash his hands who else doesnt? Lost my appetite on the spot

I would leave no stars if possible. Place is to close at 8 walked in at 6 all the chairs were up on the tables. No donuts available only had 2 muffins available. Stood at register for 10 minutes and no one came out. Dont waste your time

I love the heated overlook, but the outdoor bleachers could use some work. The ice is OK for an outdoor rink, a little choppy but fine for hockey. The history of the rink is pretty cool - from the Winter Classic held in Buffalo.

I love dunkin !foods great, employees are very pleasant. Only reason I scored a 1 is due to the hole large enough to fit my car in at the drive through lane !!!! Seriously its got bigger as winter goes on. Even if you have to fill it with rock every week DO IT ! Its tearing my front end apart. Im about to go to the other place which I do not like their coffee but they have a SOLID DRIVE through lane ! Please fix this

The customer service was absolutely horrible. Stopped by to get a drink on 11May at around 4pm. To be specific: we were not greeted with a friendly welcome. It was more like we were a burden. Our iced coffee was sloppily put together and thrown on the counter like we were dogs. We didn’t know that it was actually for us but we figured since we were the only people inside the establishment.

Pulled up to drive thru. Lady in front of us waited 20 minutes and they didnt take her order until we pulled around, went inside, and told them so, just for them to say, oh well Im the only one here so. Super unfriendly service, slow, and still messed up our simple order. Do not recommend!

The coffee here is amazing and the employees were excellent.

When I lived in Arizona, Dunkins was good, but the one here in Olean, is very Sub-par!

A quick trip through the drive thru resulted in a 20 minute stop, a simple order for two people screwed up 3 times, and they couldnt even give me a receipt when I asked. Different people working here every time I come. Horrible service. Going to be taking my business elsewhere for awhile until Im brave enough to see if theyve cobbled a decent crew together to fill a $15 order.

The girls always remember exactly how I take my coffee and all are ways very nice and polite.

Shop and staff were great. Helpful and clean. However, getting off the highway and getting to the shop was atrocious!!! Redo your signage for what exit to get off!

First of all, every time I pass through Olean the place is never open. Apparently they have pretty bleak hours because I dont pass through there late at night. Its usually early evening when I happen to be passing by. Then, the last time I did happen to stop and they were actually open I was psyched. I went through the drive through and someone asked for my order. I proceeded to order a medium coffee and 2 donuts, 1 strawberry frosted and 1 glazed. The woman over the speaker then said, we dont have any donuts. Im not sure why she didnt announce this when I pulled up. I confirmed with her that even though Im at a Donut Shop you dont have any donuts? They did not. She went on to explain that any donuts left at the end of the day they throw away. This was about 8:50 pm. She said they closed at 9. So, not only are they wasting food they are wasting food that could have been sold.

The coffee is good. The donuts are awesome and the establishment is clean. However, their wifi is spotty.

Some days my order is right, others it is incorrect. If I get bring it back to be fixed, the employees give you an attitude.Inconsistent service and food quality. Gosh forbid you want decaf in the afternoon, you get coffee that has been on the pot for hours.

Just waited 20 minutes at the drive through. At least 4 people behind me left...probably heading for Tim Hortons. Finally got fed up and went through...nobody at the register. What a waste of time!

Staff was rude!!!!!!!!! I wasnt done placing my order and the girls snapped pull around my food taste so stale my dogs wouldnt eat it my coffee taste like gym socks never again. I love Dunkin but its clear the ones around here lack customer service skills. Also that drive thru is awful I swear I was going to lose my axel those holes need to be fixed like yesterday
