I have had the BEST customer service at Cabinet World!!!! I have been so many other places trying to find a countertop in the area and other things for my kitchen remodel and I was unsuccessful. Home Depot Actually had TERRIBLE Customer service!!! I am so Grateful for Sue at helping me with finishing up with everything else in my kitchen remodel. She has been so helpful. We were well pleased with Sue and Amanda at Cabinet World. They were very knowledgeable in regards to their products and listened to our needs and guided us in the right path. They have a good selection of products and choices are many. If something is not in house they can guide you to the right product. Their contractors that they connected us to were very good at what they do. We would give Cabinet World a very high rating and have directed our friends to them. We will always look to Cabinet World for any of our needs in the future.

After shopping around for months locally and in Buffalo and Rochester, at small small businesses and large, we chose Sue at Cabinet World. Take my advice DONT waist your time shopping around. We have redone our kitchen and bathroom with them and are beyond happy we did. Sue does an excellent job helping me with materials and pulling together a look. She has great suggestions and loads of patience. I always seem to need things that are not in the current trend, so often she goes above and beyond to help me find what I am looking for. The ability to bring sample boards to my home helps immensely to figure out the project. Would recommend 100%

We had new kitchen counter tops and also new flooring installed in our kitchen, dinning room and living room. Our first time experience with Cabinet World was outstanding! I was visiting a friend whose plastic drawer tracks had broken. The cabinets that came with his house were definitely not made to last a lifetime. He was going to the big box home improvement store to find a replacement when I suggested he should search out a locally owned cabinet professional. I found Cabinet World on Google maps.As soon as we walked in the door I knew we were in the right place. The cabinets and decor were impressive. The owner approached us right away. We explained that we needed to replace these cheaply made parts. She went above and beyond to try to help. She searched her back room for parts she thought would work. She looked up the contact information for the cabinet maker even though it wasn’t a company that she had any relationship with. It was a busy day in her store and she didn’t need to take the time to help when she had paying customers waiting. She was sincerely in it to help and she did.Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, Cabinet World would certainly be my choice for cabinets in any remodel. It’s clear to me that the store’s philosophy is service above all. But on top of that, the displays pushed the limits of imagination. I saw samples of kitchens and bathrooms that made me want to rip my house to the plaster and start over. Kudos to a wonderful owner and an impressive business.

Amanda at Cabinet World did a phenomenal job with our kitchen! She made it such a fun and stress-free experience while helping to ensure we got the kitchen of our dreams. She also helped to recommend our contractor, John Gordon, who did an amazing job. Sue and Gena were also helpful whenever I needed anything (I was a self-admitted high-maintenance client). Plus, the whole project was LESS expensive than a big-box store with the personal touch that was so helpful. I cant say enough about how fantastic Cabinet World is.

Sue went way above and beyond to locate a butcher block cutting board for me, just a day and half before Christmas 2017. She even re-opened the store after they had closed for the holiday so I could pick it up. Can not say enough about her dedication to her customers...

Lucky to have this place in Olean, NY ! Bought my cabinets from there many years ago, (really like the new owners ), and looked everywhere for this hinge, including internet. What a time ! For some reason, I never thought of this place. Of course, after really trying about 7 places in Bradford and Olean, I walked in, Amanda and the owner Sue immediately greeted me, and also, immediately knew what I needed, had it, and solved the problem ! Amanda also gave me warranty information to obtain more parts. Amanda and Sue, just wonderful to work with ! Unusual today to have all these benefits ! Oh, by the way, the prices were less than half of the big box store for comparable items (just did not have the specific style and models I needed, thankfully ! )

We started planning our kitchen project 8 months prior to the start of the project. Susan was very patient throughout the entire process which included multiple meetings and emails. The timelines she promised were met. She was very willing to give us her input and advice when we were undecided. Susan’s co-workers Amanda and Gina were very helpful when Susan was either out of the store or working with another customer. We purchased our cabinets, flooring, countertops and backsplash materials from Cabinet World and the end product was the kitchen of our dreams! We are very satisfied customers and happily recommend Cabinet World to anyone building or renovating.
