Fast, clean, got in on time, spoke with mechanics regarding another car issue and received recommendations. They also reset my computer for the tire rotation that came up as rotating tires was why I was there.
Called and listened to the phone ring for over 3 minutes. Very busy on weekends - better for week day appts.
Wal-Mart Auto has great prices on tires and fast service getting them out on. I wish every Wal-Mart had an Auto Care Center.
Although I love Walmart, I really can’t recommend getting tires here. We paid extra for the road hazard but little good that does if they don’t know how to balance tires. After the tires were mounted, after they tried to balance our tires 3 times, and wasting 5 hours of our time, our steering wheel still had a shimmy. Finally took our vehicle to a real tire shop and the wheels were 6oz out of balance. Ugh. I did give 2 stars because the counter staff is friendly.
Prices are low, service is quick enough. I can’t stress enough how kind the techs are. And I understand it can be tough dealing with retail clientele all day, but the front staff are very blunt and impatient, be prepared to feel like you’re bothering them if you don’t have everything lined up before coming in. Even if it’s a question about your bill.
No one informed me when my car was finished with its service. I had been STANDING in front of the desk, pacing around the auto department or sitting in the waiting area for over an hour!!! This was after an hour and a half waiting in the store then checking in so they knew I was around to pick it up. When I finally went back to the front desk to see what the problem was they wait had been done for 45 minutes! The actual service on the car seems fine, but this was just such an unpleasant experience I had to share.
Nothing but hassle, dont want my business they work harder at turning you away than selling you services!
I went there to get an oil change and patchwork on my two front tires and as soon as I left the parking lot a back tire blew out! I went to country fair to check the air pressure in my tires and they were at 40 and are supposed to be at 35, its not that hard to read the air pressure facts on the side of the door of a car, basically Walmart left me in an indrivable state. Will not be headed back there.
Quick
So happy how they treated me!
Very helpful advice
