Been patient with them but cant anymore and I am very disappointed. I got my truck lifted there, brought it in Tuesday early morning as scheduled and they said it would take a day maybe 2, but didnt get it back until Friday. After driving it about 20 miles, it started to pull right and make noises. I did a visual and shake test and found nothing hand loose, but a skid plate was missing. I took it back and they put the skid plate on with unmatched screws they found laying around. Was told to do 500 miles so the truck will settle and bring it back in for torque correction. I did just that but I hadnt driven it much so it took me a couple of months to get to 500 miles. Brought it in to get my alignment corrected and by this time the truck was making a lot of clanking sounds. They told me I had to pay for a realignment since its past a month, which I was never told, but they found some bolts that were loose and had to be tightened and the noise went away. They went on to try and align it and then they told me that the screws on the tie rods are seized and that its a factory issue and cant be aligned. I told them that they were the last to touch it since it was lifted and it was aligned by them. If it was seized it was because they did it. He told me that if I get the parts theyll do the replacement and alignment for $100 which the alignment itself is $150. So fine Ill buy new ones. A couple weeks later I got the part in and called to make an appointment. They told me it would be $300 to put the part on and do the alignment. I explained what has happened, they remember but they cant do it for $100... So thats the last straw, Im sure itll cost the same to go somewhere else, but I cant work with these people anymore.
Took my truck here for a lift installation and will never return back to this place. Had to call to get updated on everything being done to my truck without ever receiving a call from them updating me of what was going on. Took a whole day for them to align it after installation and got it back (after being “test-drove”), with a broken clock spring, no horn, no steering wheel controls, and no functioning airbags in front seats. Along with them unable to program any of my tire sensors till brought back for them to fix. It was also brought to my attention by the owner, that none of these issues were their fault somehow. Yet, technical support from Readylift told me it indeed was.
Great place to go to for all your off road needs
Warning Warning Warning!Trouble, terrible customer service! Will give you one price and then when time to pick up truck, it doubled. Did work without approval then hung up phone when asked to explain. Kept truck for weeks. Still not right. Beware!
I can mostly definitely say that I was very hesitant to get my Truck lifted. But after visiting ORi and talking to the staff, they gave me a very good education behind the method. And might I add they did an AMAZING JOB on my truck. I will most definitely recommend them to friends and colleagues alike. Future business is in order for this shop only from me. Thanks guys. I’m getting a lot of compliments on the work.
The worse experience I have ever had I would never recommend anyone use this company I lived right down the street and try to use a company with good reviews but the customer service is terrible and they had my car all day and I payed for the service the day before never again 😡
