Definitely a place to save money at if youre renovating a house. Only negative, Ive tried to buy a window on two separate occasions and they wouldnt let me purchase one. First time there was only one of that size and it was sold but not tagged. No biggie. Second time there were 8 windows on the floor in their correct spot but wouldnt sell to me.

Got some great ideas for backsplashes today. Also picked up brochures & price lists for cabinets for our daughter & SILs home.

Bought laminate flooring for two rooms in my home. BEAUTIFULThe management was every helpful..I am going back and purchase more for two other rooms.

Not to bad of a place,didnt take them but a hour to unload me.

Never got waiting on or my presence aknowleged. After looking around the store for about 20 minutes I went back to the front desk and waited for me about another 10 minutes. Still no one even made eye contact. My wife got mad at me for not leaving immediately. I dont think that she would even be interested in going back to the Olive Branch to Home Outlet.

The Surplus Warehouse of Olive Branch. The place to get tile flooring, laminate flooring, marble & porcelain flooring, hardwood, remodel kitchen cabinets, back splashes, granite countertops, bathroom remodel, doors and windows. They beat the local hardware stores with pricing on their flooring products. Here is where we always go. You can also return the unopened case boxes. The cement and grout can be purchased here.

Parking lot looked empty I pulled in anyway. Upon entering was not greeted and as I walked around the store employees all around not asked if I needed help or assistance.....

My husband and I had a great experience. Matt was our salesman and handled all our needs with patience and great customer service . He showed us everything we were looking for in the store and took the time to explain about each product and answer any questions we had. We found many items that were not in stores anywhere else at very affordable prices. We will return.

I hadnt been there in years but, I was impressed by this visit. Not only do they carry some great materials at low prices, theres also an option to order products that arent on site. Ill definitely visit again to complete a few other home upgrades.

I have always received good service here. The staff has always been helpful to me. I generally know what I want when I go. I have bought some items from here for home improvement. It has a large selection of flooring, tile, cabinets and home replacement and upgrades in general. This is not a hardware store. Dont expect screws and bolts, tools and lightbulbs. They generally have things mentioned above for repair/replacement needs. Parking is great. Access is easy. Well lighted lot and a clean store.

There are several Surplus Warehouses between Nashville and Olive Branch, MS, this one is probably the best selection with the best customer service. The Summer Ave location in Memphis used to be really good but has declined over the past few years.

Recently purchased a pre-hung mahogany front door for over $500, a big purchase and a birthday present for my wife. Pre-paid and picked up a few days later after borrowing a trailer. When i went to pick it up, I was told I was charged for the wrong item on the original purchase and was required to pay $60 dollars more to pick up my paid-for item. Door sat untouched in a spare room for a couple weeks while we found an installer. When the installer first opened the door, there was a large damaged spot between the door and the frame right by the handle, in an area not visible until the door was opened. Management would not refund or replace the damaged door; they even tried to blame the damage on us. This business does not stand behind its products, and I would not go back.

They say that they give veterans discounts but they only give it on certain things not everything, so be careful. Its not right that they say they give veterans discounts and then 6ou still end up paying full price. My husband fought for this country escorted 5 brothers home in flag drapped coffins and was shot himself, then gets lied to and treated like average Joe blow!

Customer service was amazing and they have a lot of inventory to choose from.

I was referred here by my contractor because the service and quality were supposed to be good. However, I have not had a good experience with the store and have had great difficulty receiving my kitchen cabinets. I ordered my cabinets on July 10th and was told that they would be in by July 25th. I have been promised three weeks in a row that it will be in by the following Tuesday. For the past 6 weeks, I have been waiting on one cabinet. I have been promised three weeks in a row that it will be in by the following Tuesday. Every time I call the store an associate tells me that they cannot track the cabinet and are unsure when it will be in. I have had to delay my renovation and have not been able to have a working kitchen for two months now. It has been extremely frustrating and there is no end in sight.
