We already had a grill, we went to Home Depot to purchase the outdoor cabinets to complete the kitchen. We were given a run a round at the start of the process. We patiently waited, there’s no accountability, no supervision, staff complain, and avoid work. Finally our cabinets were delivered, and left in the driveway. Now after all that we’re still stuck with a job half done, and we were told they will be back next week. The representative was extremely misleading and the entire process has been a stressful situation.

1st visit to this Mississippi store only because all of my local Tennessee Home depots were out of stock of what I needed. This was one of the nicest HDs Ive ever been in! Clean and well stocked. Plenty of cashiers so no long wait to get out the door and most importantly the items I needed were on the shelf not in a box waiting to be stocked. I might just drive a couple minutes further next time because this place seems to know how to do it.

Had a 6x12 cut in store, the guys in the lumber area are always nice and helpful.Only down side to the store is too far to walk anywhere inside if you have back Problems like me.

Still don’t know where our washer is and their staff was pretty eager to get me off the phone just for simply asking if they could help me out with figuring out where my washer is and what to do nowNot to mention we were supposed to get a call the day before the delivery and that didn’t happenthe driver told us the day of that it was rescheduled which the website is showing that is also not true

The store is not as organized as it used to be. I went in looking for a patio table recently. The area was in such disarray! My head spins when I see a mess in stores. My son and I left. We couldnt take it. There should never be boxes all in the middle of the floor, creating confusing paths to walk. Fix this and I might raise the stars. 🤔

Everytime i come this location its always an issue. I asked a guy about wallpaper and before I could correct myself and say what it was called, the guy cut me off even tho I had purchased the same thing b4. You can never find someone to help you look for something but you can always find a group of employees talking. And every single time I need to check out, the cashier always act like its a problem. Blowing wind, wont bag your stuff, have an attitude. I need to use homedeopt weekly for my business but Im looking into other sources because its just to much to deal with at this location.

Im disturbed and very concerned with the lack of customer service at store# 8469. To put things into perspective, the purpose of my store visit was to purchase molding. I was quickly able to find what I needed, headed to checkout, and was assisted by a lady ID’d as Dale at checkout--who by the way was extremely polite, helpful, and made the transaction as smooth as possible. However, once the transaction was complete, Dale attentively asked if I needed any assistance transporting materials to my vehicle, and directed me to an employee standing outside in the ‘pick up’ area by the name of Bo. Standing next to Bo, was an employee named TJ. I politely asked Bo if he could assist me with loading the trim in my vehicle as Dale suggested. Bo was non-responsive, I repeated myself, Bo then, looked around, shrugged, and yet again—did not answer or acknowledge me and I yet again specifically asked if he was able to assist me with loading the trim in my cart into the truck, at which point, the employee named TJ chimed in to say, loudly and clearly, ‘You can get someone else to do that”, while Bo replied with laughter in agreeance with TJ stating ‘well yeah’. At this point, I was absolutely appalled and disturbed by not only the laziness being displayed (both were just standing around outside, and these were relatively light materials) --but the blatant disrespect, and disregard of customer service as employees of Home Depot. At this point, I asked Bo if I could speak to a manager, and he casually replied ‘I’m the supervisor’, to which I replied ‘Who do you report to?’ –Bo refused to respond or provide an answer, while TJ stood there, laughing…and Bo joined in on the laughter. After this exchange, I’m no longer confident that any management in the store will be professional and address this issue at hand, so I simply informed ‘Bo’, with his refusal to direct me to a manager that I would be reporting this incident to Corporate. Bo laughed, and replied ‘sounds good’ and only then began to load my materials into the vehicle. As Bo was carelessly and negligently loading the materials into the vehicle, he managed to break a piece and went to grab a replacement. During this time I went back to the helpful employee named Dale at the cash register, letting her know the issue and she offered to direct me to a manager, after Bo’s refusal to do so. The assistant “manager”, named Biglo who approached me displayed by far the worst managerial skills I’ve ever seen in my life. Speaking with Biglo, there was no sense of customer service, concern, or professionalism. As I explained the situation, Brett Biglo sat there nodding his head, NEVER asked for my name to identify or retain me as a customer (huge RED FLAG), NEVER apologized, and just racked it up to ‘I’ll talk to them’. When I expressed my lack of faith that something would actually be done and that this is truly addressed –be it training or termination, ‘Biglo’ raised his voice towards me and replied ‘I said I’ll talk to them!” This entire situation was telling, and left me so appalled that I have no interest in remaining a long time customer of Home Depot. Furthermore, I will encourage family and colleagues to shop at Lowes or other competitors, as opposed to Home Depot until something is done. This is unacceptable and I’ve honestly ever experienced this type of discouraging behavior and ‘don’t care’ attitude from any business until today at Home Depot. I think the bigger picture is, when the assistant ‘Manager’ of a store can’t seem to comprehend and appropriately address subordinates, and understand the concept and importance of customer service at the very basic level --that behavior and mindset trickles down to everyone else and emphasizes that this is not just a major problem with management at this store, but with the Company culture of Home depot in itself and it’s outright toxic. I’ve attached images of the employees who engaged in this behavior so that their actions are accurately identified and addressed.

Whenever I need to go to Home Depot, I most often choose the one in Olive Branch. This store has friendly, helpful staff members, the store is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

We drove out to pick up a 4 prong cultivator - your inventory showed 5 in stock. After an hour, we were told that they cant be found.

I had to rent a van to do some hauling. This one in Olive Branch is a great deal better than the one in horn lake. I did have great difficulty getting through on the phone, but eventually I did. The rental went fine and the van was very nice and clean. Returning it however was not as easy. Nobody was there for checking out or returning rentals. An assistant manager had to check me back in. He was nice, but it did take me awhile before I could get checked back in. It would seem some cross training would be very helpful for the store.

My daughter and I visited this location to shop. Up on arrival, with me being handicapped and A senior citizen; She tried to find an electric cart.The only one that was found with the help of an associate charge was down and one was broken. The associate brought a manual one that was in bad shape. I could not complete my shopping because it stopped functioning. Believe me I am disappointed with the service. I have been a customer for years and have a Home Depot Card. We, expressed our concerns with the Manger and he did not show any concern. Had to go to Lowe’s to complete my shopping. This is unacceptable.

I found what I needed, which is always good, however there were two female cashiers (blonde, older and brunette, younger) discussing customers as I stood waiting to check out. So, during check out the cashier continued talking to me saying...girl...prior to every sentence. Why do white women feel this is the go to word with customers? Please stop it. Thank you.

Easy in easy out! Got what I needed and got out of there with no congestion.

I went to this Home Depot several times over a period of a week to get a quote for laminate flooring for a small store that I am opening soon. I explained that the current flooring was concrete slab with glue on it left over from the previous flooring which was carpet squares the previous tenant had used. They wrote several quotes and told me to get the old glue up. I explained that I didnt want to deal with the hassle of cleaning 1800 square feet of concrete slab covered in carpet glue as a DIY project and to add the cost of floor prep into the quote. They added $1800 of floor prep to the quote but still said that they refuse to lay a laminate floor and that I would have to go back with linoleum or industrial carpet if I wanted to use them. Carpet or linoleum isnt the look that I want for my store, especially with a $12k quote that INCLUDED $1800 of floor prep. I went with a locally owned flooring company and they completed the job going from quote to done in 12 days this included ordering the flooring. Home Depot took over a week just to go through the quote process and then deny me. The floor installers that I went with used an electric buffer with a gritty disc attachment and had the old glue up and the joints grouted in less than 3 hours. Home Depot failed miserably on this one!

I couldnt get a job done with out this place. The people are always professional and helpful. They point me in the right direction. The paint department is absolutley great.

Like the store but the mask requirement when the state no longer requires masks will make me buy online. I do not even deal with the covid overreaction stupidity. Shelby country morbidity rate is 1%. This is just population control a this point. I would think a business would want to drop the requirement a soon as they could to encourage business.

Had every thing i needed

Home Depot of Olive Branch is the armpit of home improvement! The absolute worst one I have ever had to deal with!I placed an order online at 3:30 the next day after 11I finally got a call, after driving 50 + miles they didnt have half of my order. On top of that the customer service person was extremely rude.Im not knocking Home Depot all together, I have good experiences with them, usually. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my refund.

Usually I have a great experience here with a guy named Stan. Which he is very helpful but dont expect that out of anyone else. Went early one morning to buy a Christmas tree, which lights dont come on till 9 because of corporate. When I went up to ask about the trees to customer service the lady looked at me like I interrupted her internet scrolling and didnt even answer me the lady beside her at the next register came over to answer. I told them what it said online about having only 1 of these trees and they said they dont sell displays. I took my 500 and went to Lowes .

Customer service worker, Freida is extremely disrespectful! Threatening me, talking bad to minor daughter saying she doesn’t “Kure” not care, but “Kure” what other customers say about her and how it’s not my problem, and she’s the right one, and she can refuse the sale. Mocked my name three times because it’s uncommon so she asked for my Id. The manager didn’t care to listen and just shook her head, walked away and came back to say sorry. Other employees were sitting around laughing. Everyone was just in their world relaxing but one lady named Maria was actually moving around asking people in every aisle what they needed and helped us. I should’ve shopped at stage where I’ve been going for 15 years and never has an issue. I will be posting her video on social media so it gets around and maybe gets reprimanded along with the manager. I’ll continue to push this matter until upper management or corporate contacts me.

This place has a great selection, just don’t expect any of the sales associates to help you find anything!!! I was looking for a hedge trimmer and asked 3 different associates all of which just told me where it was supposed to be. Finally I got a man to get his scanner and see what they had in stock, he said that there was 5 and when I asked where he told me that I would just have to look around. Gone are the days of let me help you find that sir!! Very disappointed that management lets employees get away with this.

Great answers to your questions.

Each location is different and yet the same in every way. I dont want to speak badly about the place because there are so many good qualities but at the same time all of these locations seem to have the same flaw maybe just in a different way in common. That downside would be that when you go to ask or try and find for that matter someone to help you its either hard to find someone or they dont know the answer or they simply might know the answer to the question does not know where it is leading to them is directing you so it takes 10 minutes of your time alone just you get the right person or the right location or the correct answer leading to getting the right item in your hand. A lot of the time when you go to the store is not just about getting to the right section you were looking for something specific a certain type A Certain Model A Certain color to fit in with your home or Garden or whatever it is youre needing so that is frustrating knowing that when you were going to make a trip to the store but you have to count on at least 10 minutes of your time being taken up by that even if you go look online and do all the research to find exactly what you need the item number and things in that nature so that is really the only thing that Home Depot could really really improve on. Lowes is a little bit better in this department but I like the products at Home Depot a lot better and the prices are much better for the most part except for in the garden department at times that is the only place Lowes can have the advantage for overall Home Depot is great and I will continue you go here for my home improvement needs when I find a store I like I stick with it
