I called the store in Olive Branch, Miss., and the manager, Tony, answered. I wanted the same bed I purchased three years ago, but a larger size.Although it was discontinued, he recommended a similar one. Clearly, this manager knew this product and its benefits. This was very refreshing since so many retailers hire people just to ring up a sale but without any product info!For peace of mind, I visited the store so I could lie on the bed I intended to buy. It felt dreamy!About 20 minutes later, I’d been approved for financing (24 months at 0 interest) and scheduled the delivery for three days later. In summary, the whole process was pleasant and easy. I left feeling good about my purchase!

Dean was very helpful. He was low pressure, which was unlike other places we went to where the sales person pressures you to buy something. We were able to walk in, find the mattress that we wanted at a good price, And be out of the store in less than one hour. Overall I would recommend the store.

The sales guy named Mark Anthony was wonderful. I told him the descriptions of what I was looking for and he recommended the best mattress right away. I wanted a super soft cooling mattress at a reasonable price and his first recommendation was perfect. Tony Jones was the sales associate who helped us out, he was awesome! He showed us what we came in to look at and then showed us the upgraded version and we fell in love with it, it was perfect for what we were looking for. Tony was so helpful and informative, he knew the ins and outs of the way we sleep and what would work best for us and also the adjustable bases, he never pressured us to purchase more than what we came in for but informed us of what we were getting and let us decide. He was so nice and helpful. We ended up buying a king mattress, a queen mattress, 2 adjustable bases, 4 pillows, 2 mattress covers and 2 sets of sheets, he worked out a great deal for us.
