Mattresses and bases were delivered, but missing a part. Its been 3 weeks and were still waiting. No discounts offered for the inconvenience. No manager has called to check the status. Hard to get someone on the line. We even filled out the complaint form with customer service online. They clearly dont take these things seriously. Weve been blown off by three managers. I guess well have to visit the store and request the missing part from one of the display models. SMH.This is our last time patronizing Mattress Firm.

Brad was really helpful when we came in to look for a mattress. He was able to answer all our questions and found a great mattress for me. When it was time for me to buy the mattress, the checkout was very easy. He did a great job in explaining everything he needed to explain, like since I live in a different state the taxes will be different. He also suggested if we or someone we know is looking for a job, all the Mattress Firms in the area are hiring.

LD was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and patient. I’ll definitely be returning for any future mattress purchases and referring my family and friends!

Ordered a mattress over two weeks ago and was told it would be delivered on 1/31. Store made me pay entire amount up front - $7,000.At 7:00 PM on Saturday evening, I receive a call telling me I won’t be getting my mattress until 2/7. Was told maybe the truck drive had COVID or something.So now, Mattress Firm will be sitting on my $7,000 for three weeks. I informed the sales person that called me that if I am not sleeping on my mattress next Sunday night, CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND ME ENTIRELY.I called a store in California and they have ‘12’ in stack and could deliver in 48 hours.Why do I feel like I’m playing a shell game? Rule #1 in business, under promise and over deliver - don’t over promise and under deliver.VERY UNSATISFIED PAID IN FULL CUSTOMER AND WILL DEFINITELY SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.

Bright clean and organized store. I bought a bed today for my second bedroom from Mike who is now the manager of the Wedgewood Olive Branch location. I had taken advantage of of the holiday sales which really helped to get a better bed. Mike is very knowledgeable about the variety of different beds available and again helped me to pick a bed a little more plushy for the guest room than the one I had purchased for my master bedroom. Mike is very easy to work with which helped me make the right choice. Great location because it is easy to get into and out of the Target parking lot even in late afternoon driving conditions. I wish I could rate this place as 0. Made a purchase over 2 weeks ago and was given a delivery date of December 7. Got a call late afternoon on Friday to say delivery wouldnt happen and that earliest it could be done was Tuesday 10th. I told James I couldnt be home and he said Saturday 14th before noon. It is 12:23pm and now store manager Megan, who first said I dont know what ia going on with this order, said it is on backorder and she doesnt know when they will have it available.If you like being lied, not being kept in the loop and talked to as if your cancellation means nothing, then this is the perfect place for you.Horrible customer service and zero regard for punctuality and commitment.

Would not remove my old mattress because I set it by my front door so had to have the store manager come with truck and trailer.Then my box spring broke after 4 days and was told it would be exchanged but never showed up!
