Met J and Jim on a Saturday morning early for a test drive, and ended up staying most of the day! Just talking and looking at all kinds of Jeeps and vehicles they are working on. Couldn’t ask for better guys, or a more seamless transaction. I had seen the 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I wanted online they day before, and messaged them on Facebook. Immediately got a response to come check it out. Got there 30 min before they even opened, J handed me the key and said take it on a drive. Jim handled the trade in of my 2013 Jeep and got me the best deal possible. Super impressed with these guys and their business. I’ll definitely be going back just to visit with them!

My 79 year old parents bought a vehicle from these goofballs. They only had one key, was missing a floor mat and charged them a 399 dollar doc fee, that the state of Mississippi law clearly states that this had to be agreed to, by both parties. When I checked all the paper work out, researched the law, and printed a copy of the law, my father called the capitol in Jackson to confirm. He got his facts, then called this dealership. He explained the law to the salesman (I’ll refrain from mentioning his name), he hung up on my father.Don’t deal with dealerships that would take advantage of fine older retired folks.

I went to view the inside and possibly test drive a Jeep Wrangler. As I walked in the building A guy (who never introduced himself) immediately asked for my price range. He then pointed to 3 Jeeps that were in my budget. I asked him to look in the inside of one. He grabbed the key to unlock it, but never asked if I wanted to test drive it. I asked to look inside of a second Jeep and his words were “honey they all look the same inside”. He was extremely nonchalant and rude from the moment I walked in. When I called to share my experience with a manager, he (same guy) said he is the owner and he acted that way because I wasn’t ready “today” to purchase. Honestly if he was a bit nicer and excited to make a sell, I would have jumped at the opportunity to buy my dream car TODAY! By the way, I am a young black female and he is an older white male. Not to say race had everything to do with it, but I did not feel welcomed at all!

Purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler recently. Within 2 months, and minimal driving, of purchase I have had to put over 2k of money into repairs. After contacting them I was told there is no warranty. So within 2 months a valve seal came loose, all 4 brake pads are out, after being told that they were brand new, and all 4 rotors need replacing due to poor maintenance and deep grooving. If you are thinking of buying make sure to take the car to a mechanic before you purchase, as no warranties are offered.
