I got a car on August 5, 2021 I been having problems with this car since I got it . The car has been in and out the shop constantly!They have poor customer service (Melissa ) especially! Has a really smart mouth and very disrespectful. When you put your car in the shop they dont keep you updated even though they say they would ... I informed them 3 days ahead before my note was due that my job had cut my hours and stated to them that my payment would be late that I would double up and Melissa stated that I couldnt pay late and that she didnt want to talk on the phone with somebody that cant pay a note ! I have great communication with them however, they dont communicate unless youre talking about paying they dont care about their customers or the cars they just want money ! I never been behind on a payment and theyre trying to force me to bring it back to the lot I definitely dont recommend ifinance my pay payment is only 4 days late !!!

This was a really great buying experience. The whole team was nice to work with. They answered all my questions and were very understanding about my budget and didnt try to oversell me into something beyond my means. Derrick was very professional and I will absolutely update my review once Ive had more time with the car. But the warranty offer and the 3 day test drive gives you great peace of mind.

I purchased a car on 10/20/21 and by 10/23/21 the car started running hot, engine light came on and a few other lights. I think I might need to get a lawyer involved! they sold me a lemon and thats not right!Cont. Becky & their warranty department has since reached out to me and they are now going to pick up the car and repair it

Do not buy a car for here!!!! They gave me a car that engine was bad the day it was dropped off! They then put another engine in the car and three weeks later it blew up on the side of the expressway. They then went to put another engine in my car and caused an electrical problem in my car. They charge me $500 a month for a 2013 Malibu and have had it for months replacing engines in the car. They are extremely unprofessional. Sales people on pills slurring words. Call and harass you every Friday. John the mechanic will lie to you about when your car ready and just keep putting you off. Thousands of dollars into this car in just a few months and here I am with no car. The worst experience from the moment the car stopped at the first stop sign I drove it to!

Do not get a car from this place if you do have a mechanic look at your car before financing it. I have a new born baby and I’ve been without my car for almost a month. Their service and communication skills are terrible and rude they don’t have your best interest at heart I also forgot to mention the first time I had them “fix” the car I paid 139$ for it to get fixed they said they “fixed” it and it broke down before I got the car home. SO if you can go without a car for a month yea totally “recommend this place” and missed a doctors appointment today for my baby

I have an 2005 Tahoe that I have had problems with since I had gotten it from them they currently have my truck now for repairs and have been having my truck for almost 2 months now its actually going to be 1 month and 3 weeks coming up they have not been keeping me updated I have been missing work because I dont have my truck these people are terrible people on so many levels im looking into getting with an lawyer Monday

The lady Courtney that sold me the car is great but the manager John is terrible he didnt get my oil changed my air does not work no break fluid power steering or oil was in my car and when I called him he frustrated me more by telling me it could take 2 or 3 days to fix it and I dont have any family here so this is my only means of getting to work unless I catch a lyft which in 2 days will cost me $160 to get to work and get my children to daycare I had a few people that wanted to buy a car from them I told them no worse place I ever bought a car from I would not recommend them to anyone unless you can afford to be without your car a few days

I purchased a car January 19, 2021... I picked the car up in Olive Branch on the 20th... Don’t know the young man name that was working that day but he honestly wasn’t any help. I told him I purchased a car with Courtney he said ok and told me where the car was and that everything was in the car. I had to fill out my own drive out so I had to search for a marker and tape. Turned the car on, no gas and the tire pressure light was on. I told him and he stated it’s just the sensor... umm ok! Drove the car for two days and always smelled like something was burning. Finally noticed in my driveway that I had oil spots. I called IFinance and they gave me the mechanic number and I called him. He sent me to gateway and they fixed the leaked. Later on that night the check engine light comes on... take it to Auto Zone and it reads out a lot wrong. So now I have a car that I’m over paying for that I have to constantly figure out what’s wrong with it on a daily that I barely had for 2 weeks. I don’t know if they put this car together or what but my seats all lifts up like literally, my head lights barely work and Now my tags are out and no one discussed anything about what you suppose to do about tags. I called IFinance and she states that my salesperson should I have told me and that I will have to pay for them so call your salesperson back.. At this point I shouldn’t be going through this much. It should be illegal to do people like that and my contract don’t state As Is... so why must I go through so much with a car that I’m paying so much for. I’m strongly looking into talking to a lawyer because I haven’t had the car a month.I purchased in MS but a resident in TN

This woman worked soooo hard to not only get me financed in a timely manner, she also insured that I was pleased with the vehicle that I chose.Update : When the car was delivered via tow truck on December 29 the check engine light was and still is on . Gas tank empty . I’ve emailed and called on numerous occasions within the 3 day period and to this day and still no response.Update : Difficult time receiving tags, because I bought the car In Tennessee and I reside in Mississippi I called I finance on January 7 2021 in Memphis to ask where to pick up my tags?Miss Rude Rebecca already didn’t want to be bothered with me.Snapping and cutting me off . I stated to her that my tags are out as of today what should I do that I wasn’t informed to do then? She told me that my salesperson should have sent over papers to have my tags ordered. Huh?!? Should have?Soooo am I suppose to drive in the state of Mississippi on hope and a prayer?!? Do I need to purchase them myself? Just let me know? I’m not trying to be difficult!!Miss Rude Rebecca rushed to say that “ she’s not going to give you another drive out tag unless you’ve been waiting for a while. “Hell I wasn’t trying to get another drive out tag I just need to know where to pick up my tags Memphis or Mississippi ? Or was there something that I needed to do on my end ?Miss Rude Rebecca says and I quote “ since you’re talking over me I’m going to have my supervisor call you back about your tags” then hangs up in my face!!I’m still in disbelief!! I’ll figure this out but lesson learned. They’re just there to take payments damn me my check engine light and my tags I guess..wow!!

The main thing I like about this place is that they really work with you on paying your note. Just give them a heads up if you’re having financial issues paying your note. Most people fail to realize that this dealership sales cars AS IS! So you can’t be upset if anything goes wrong with the car because they let you know during the process. That’s why it’s good to make sure you pick the right car. I haven’t had any major problems and I’ve had my car for almost a year. I recommend this place to people who don’t have good credit and seriously needs a car.

If I could give zero stars I would I purchase my car January 2019 in March of 2019 the car engine literally went out on me while in New Orleans I had to pay almost $300 to get back home and then another $500 to get the car from New Orleans back to Southaven in order for it to go to their “shop” I still had to pay $500 to get it fixed in which they claimed they would put a new engine in the car they lied I went weeks without transportation and still had to pay my car note at the same time got the car back and guess what boom the check engine light is on the headlights stopped working after I’ve replaced them several times so I decided to give them their car back and went and got approved at Landers for a brand new car here it is a year later and they want to take me to court for $3500 for a car that I do not even have anymore do not shop here it’s terrible
