Called them today, scheduled an estimate and they said they’d come for an estimate and never showed up.

What a mess.First of all, the lady helping us had her toddler there so she was more preoccupied with him than us, the customers. On May 21st we picked out our flooring for our new home and were told we were in budget. Everything was fine. 2 months later, the home builder advised us that they never got our selections and were going to do the basics. Apparently the woman working that day we ordered the flooring never turned in our selections. After showing the home builder proof that we were there (the copy of the order) were told it’s an upgrade and now expect us to pay $1,000 more! If this woman would have taken her child to daycare, maybe the home builder would have had the original order and our home would have been in its final stages.This place is a joke.
