Worst experience ever. Damage to my home and furnishings were tremendous from the installers. Only the bathtub was repaired out of the over twenty plus items that were damaged. I did get an Im sorry from the owner though so I guess that should make me feel better about the 10 grand I spent on the floors and carpet and the time and $$$ its cost me since to clean, repair and replace everything that was damaged.My response to the owners post below........You did say there would be scratches on walls and baseboards. You did say it would be a messy process. You didnt tell me every piece of furniture that was touched in my home would be damaged. You didnt tell me nothing would be cleaned up by your crew. You didnt tell me they would use the bathroom all over my walls and floors in my toilet room, EVERYDAY. As far as the pressure wash you arent telling the truth! I had already spent over 3 hours pressure washing my driveway and patio myself. I didnt want the grout to cure so I tried to get it up as soon as possible. You never offered to pressure wash, never. The only thing you offered to fix was the tub and picture frame, which the frame was not repairable. If it werent for my wife you would still not have the balance. She wanted to get it paid and get this nightmare over with. There is still plenty of grout outside that I couldnt get up if you want to come clean it up. There are still scratches on my furniture that you are more than welcome to come repair. My leather recliner is in the dump because we couldnt repair the grout marks and other damage. Our entertainment center is trash because of the water damage. We told you immediately about them opening my garage up and it still continued everyday, even when it rained. Your crew made NO EFFORT to take care of our home in any way! Why wait 5 months? As stated above, Ive gone back and forth about writing this but Ive had several people ask me lately about doing business with you and I just cant recommend a company that does business like this and I sure dont want my friends to go through what we did. And by the way, you apologized ONCE. Before you call someone a liar you might want to get your facts straight. I posted an honest review and exactly what we went through. Sorry if the truth hurts!

Dale is so helpful and knowledgeable. He came to our house, looked at our wood floor, and gave us several suggestions. Alicia did a thorough job of showing us alternative flooring solutions for our bathroom. We really liked her suggestion and the floor looks great!

This store must be the friendliest in the area. They took the time with me to make sure they understood what I needed and then came over to measure - for free - and sold me just what I wanted, at a great price.The installers knew what they were doing and were polite and clean.Overall a great experience!

Called earlier in the week to set appointment for Friday. Was told they would be out between 09:00am and 09:30 am for estimate. Ashley called me Thursday to set up appointment for estimate. I stated we already had one set for Friday morning. She stated that she was going out of town and that maybe Dale could take care of it. Was very rude and unprofessional. What happened to my previous appointment that was made earlier?? Oh well, guess I’ll have to go another route.

We had hardwood flooring installed upstairs and down. Turned out wonderful. Enjoyed everyone we dealt with. Would use again!

Had Danny come by my house, to clean my hardwood floors and apply Bona polish, he took his time not in a rush. he made sure all my furniture was moved and put back the same way before and after he applied the polish. He worked around my schedule. he made sure at every step he did that i was satisfied along the way. I recommend The Floor Store Desoto for all of your flooring needs.
