We flew down from Iowa to buy a car after several days of talking with Randell, who is absolutely the best salesman we’ve ever worked with. Very honest and up front with open communication. Top notch service from him and everyone we came into contact with. Seamless transaction. The puppers was an added bonus.We will definitely make the trip down here for our next purchase just because of this experience.

On our way to Missouri from Alabama we had a window motor quit in our GMC Yukon. The window was down and the thought of driving 500 miles like that was awful.This dealer was on our way so I stopped by the service department. I explained our situation and have never been treated BETTER by any car dealer anywhere!!! Everyone I spoke with was so nice and understanding. Obviously we couldnt get it repaired, but the gentleman got the window up and secured it so we would make it home!!! They didnt charge me a dime. I will be forever grateful for their help!! A simple act of kindness meant so much!!

I had a more productive experience at All-Star in an hour and a half than I did with other lots I visited for back-to-back days. Their selections were spaced out and even have some kept specially in the back. Speaking of special, Randell Naramore (my salesman) was my best encounter because of his genuine social skills of his respected business. When you speak to him, you’re speaking to a real person who just happens to be a very informative salesman. That experience plus the special deals resulted in me being a proud owner of a 2021 Chevy Trax LS. I highly recommend this lot to anyone!!!

Our salesman Doug Brown was a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Unfortunately that is where our positive experience ended. After agreeing on a price and waiting for 2 hours we finally got called back to the finance department. We were then informed that because were getting employee pricing for all, we would be charged 1k for gap insurance and almost 3k for an extended warranty. If we didn’t purchase those two things that they wouldn’t sell us the truck we had already agreed upon. I’ve bought around 50 vehicles in my life and I’ve never heard anything like this before. I would never do businesses with a company that treats their customers like this.

The service took longer than estimated, so they had my vehicle for 24 hours for an oil change, recall, and to complete a diagnostic due to my stabilitrak light being on. I requested a 27 point inspection and was told one would be completed any time an oil change is done but I dont see where it was actually completed. It was not addressed in the paperwork other than saying I asked about it. I called yesterday to ask about it. My information was taken and I was told I would be called back but that did not happen. Not sure if I will go here again.

My Chevy dually broke down across highway on exit ramp. We only have the one vehicle so a member of your staff brought my wife home after dropping off our car. Later that day your staff called and told us the car was ready to goand that a young lady was on her way to our house to drop off our car. Thanks so muchfor the extra service. My wife checked to make sure the engine light was out. It wasthe oxygen sensor. We were happy to see that the vehicle was fixed.

Dealership did not honor warranty they sold us when we bought the car. Dealership wanted $1200.00 to repair struts that were broken. We took car to be repaired by our personal mechanic. Warranty company called us about a week later and said they made a mistake; the repair was covered under warranty and to mail them our receipt for reimbursement. Spent a lot of time and money running around in circles with something that should have been handled correctly the first time!

I had a 9:00 a.m appointment and they agreed to give me a ride home while my vehicle is being serviced. After I checked my vehicle they that everyone is busy they werent able to give a home. Im 4 miles away. They me to come back another time. I chose not to come back we had an agreement. Im an over the road truck driver. I have to plan just about all of the things that I have to do. It didnt seem to bother them at all what my schedule meant to me.

What a great service experience! Took my car in for a recall, they offered me a loaner car without me asking for one. I worked with both Jeff Moore and Gary Pleasants, both were very professional and took great care of me. Kept me informed the whole time my car was there. Had everything ready when I dropped it off and when I picked up. I love the small town feel of the shop. I never felt like I was going to get lost in the shuffle like one of the bigger dealers. Great group of folks. So happy to have met Mr. Randy. Seems to be a honest, Christian man. He gave us time to choose our vehicle and searched for what I was looking for. A few months later I went back and decided on a vehicle. Once we finally decided, we were offered bottled water (ha!). Which was great as a perk for buying. My only complaint was the popcorn machine was never working during my visits. :( Scheduled my first service appointment and the young man was so nice and was in and out in an hour.I would do business with them again and hopefully establish a relationship with being a sponsor for nonprofit organization’s gala. Maybe I’ll get a response.

Worst car buying experience EVER. I was informed that a check would be sent to me to cover my tags. I get the check and have to come up with $391 to get my tags. I was advised by the general manager that they make a guess as to what it will cost to purchase tags. I also emailed Tracy on multiple occasions asking for an explaination as to why the check didn’t cover the price of the tags. Of course i did not get a reply. The normal car buying rpcoess includes the tag amount within the loan proceeds. I informed Randy of a noise that the AC was making a day or two after I purchased my car. I sat in the dealership for 2 hours just for them to take out my vents and say they are replacing them but I have to ride without my vents for 5 days. Meanwhile, the noise is still occurring. They’re definitely not worried about customer satisfaction at all!I definitely purchased a 2011 Mercedes Benz. I guess I just made up these names in the post as well. Do more research.

This is the most lying car dealership I have been to. They did not honor any of the agreement we made. They would say anything to get a sale. I paid extra for them to include the sale tax. They did not include the taxes. They promise me a full tank of gas and after the papers were signed, Doug Brown said he would not be able to help with gas after taking all of my money. They promise me two oil changes and detailed the vehicle. Doug Brown said he could not remember. All star Chevrolet is the worse dealership ever. Also, plan to be there all day today and not be satisfied. It took them two months to give the paperwork for my tags due to being dishonest.

My experience here started off good, then was terrible and when I left I was happy. Went in for a simple oil change, when they were done and I started my car it sounded horrible and my engine light was on (it was not on previously). The tech said my light was already on. After a few minutes of arguing the service manager was called. He said my guys said the engine light was already on. I told him that was BS. I showed him my reciept and checkout ticket that didnt have ANYTHING about the engine light being on. After 2 hours of looking they determined that the oil valve needed to be replaced, some part of it had been broken (by the tech). The $400 repair was taken care of at no cost to us.

Great couple of guys in service department. Chance and Jeff are professional when it comes to customer service. These laid back ol country boys well diffentlty make your day better and so funny. Ive worked with both of them they handle all the maintenances on all my vehicles. They get answers to all questions I have if they do not know the answers themselves. Keep me updated on all procedures performed on my vehicles and if issues arises they make sure its explain to me in detailed and cost and even other options sometimes when there other ways to fixing things if money its tight. When I got my new truck scheduled for the first oil change and tire rotation for the first time I got home and noticed oil dripping on my driveway. When the service department removed the old filter, oil got all over the truck frame and he was to lazy to wipe off the excess oil from the frame so my driveway received an oil bath. I would suggest taking your vehicle to another dealership for servicing that takes better pride in customer service. I tried to contact my salespeople Joe Morris to notify him of the incident and left a message for him to call me back but did not receive a callback from him.
