DO NOT BUY HERE!!!TAKE YOUR DOWN PAYMENT TO A DEALERSHIP!!!I got a 2012 GMC Yukon a few days of having the vehicle there was an issue. I work 6 days a week only off on Sunday many repair shops are closedAfter 5 months of having the vehicle it stopped working. Dan said it was my fault because I changed the oil and didnt tighten the screw after changing the oil. I work for a large truck company I change oil and do basic maintenance everyday and I have for the last 17 years without any problems. Finally got it to dealership and find out that the problem is internal not external meaning that the problem was there when I purchased it. Thats why Dan wants to blame me because he knows it was damaged but he put it on the lot to sell and suggested a warranty to cover. Credit Acceptance should investigate your shady dealings. That would put you out of business. Dan please Do Not call me about my review my wife nor I will delete it.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACEOVERPRICED JUNK 29,000 FOR A 2012 YUKON. A FEW MONTHS OF HAVING THE VEHICLE THE LIFTERS DAMAGE BECAUSE OF NORMAL WEAR. THE MECHANIC DAN SUGGESTED (A USED CAR LOT DEALER) SAID THE 24 MONTH/24,000 MILE WARRANTY DIDNT COVER THE DAMAGE. WELL I CALLED MYSELF AND SURE ENOUGH THE WARRANTY COVERED THE DAMAGE. SO PLEASE BE AWARE. THEY WERE TRYING TO GET EXTRA MONEY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND CHARGE MY HUSBAND TO FIX IT. SUPERIOR SHOULD INVESTIGATE DAN FOR FRAUD, IM SURE THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.

If youre desperate this is NOT the place to get a vehicle. You have to bring your own mechanic also because once you sign the paperwork and have any problems Dan is very rude and discourteous with helping you.. He uses Ora to talk to blacks nicely then treat you like hot garbage with communication.. It was a mistake I made going here. Fix your credit and go elsewhere they are NOT professional!!

Everyone here is so nice and great to deal with. They have a great selection and really work with you.

Don’t ever shop with them, the whole company is a joke. Then if you don’t want the car which you supposed to have a 30 day warranty on it to get your money back they want to charge you 40 cent a mile and a $200 restock fee. The cars aren’t any good and they’re overpriced. If you get a car with them you’ll regret it later and they won’t be as nice when you return it as when you first got it.
