LOVE LOVE LOVE Stella Ivy and all of the INCREDIBLE staff! That’s where almost all of my clothes come from and everyone is always so sweet helping me find just what I’m looking for! I hate trying on clothes and they’ll tell me the size they think is best for me in different brands so I don’t have to try anything on! They always let me know “hey girl! These things are about to go live if you want to take a look!” Literally everything they do is just going above and beyond for their customers! So much love for all of these people! 🥰

I live in Memphis, but it is worth the drive to shop at Stella Ivy! They have the cutest variety of clothing from lounge wear to cocktail attire for the most affordable prices! Their team is amazing and you can tell how hard they work to accommodate customers- especially during the pandemic! They do live video try ons daily for customers who cannot always come into the store (they ship, too!) They have great customer service and work with you if something your order does not fit. Keep up the amazing work- one of my fav stores!

This boutique does not lack fashion or selection. Daily shopping lives and a daily dose of the best fashionistas. Contrary to popular belief it does not take shopping in person to have a great experience. They make the virtual experience feel as if I’m in person. They know you by name and make sure to let you know when something IS FOR YOU! I tend to have a weekly delivery full of Stella & Ivy clothing. They never fail to produce a full outfit what ever may be the occasion. Customer service goes a loooong way. They will always have me as a customer. Kindness, fashion, variety and those incredible personalities will bring a lifetime of success.

Stella is my go to for everything- casual/ comfy, dressy, shoes, accessories... they have it all! All of the staff are always so welcoming and fun. They strive to get to know each of their customers to make your shopping experience even better. The quality is always amazing. I truly just can’t say enough great things about this store. 75% or more of my closet is Stella and I have a lot of clothes (😬) so you know it’s great! Whether in person before COVID or on daily lives ever since, I’ve never been let down by SLI!

I absolutely love SI! The clothes, staff and shopping experience are all one-of-a-kind! When I walk in, they know my name. Also, they try and learn your style and pull items for you to try...even new items from the back! They make shopping fun and convenient. Everyone knows whatever I have on is from Stella Ivy!

My mother and I came in and got so many cute things. I wore my new Let them eat cake shirt to a party this morning and got so many compliments. Plus, I got it for a steal off the clearance rack!! I love the new bigger shop and felt so comfortable with the staff. They are really friendly and so nice. I will definitely be back!!

Their prices are low and very reasonable, they carry all the latest trends and their staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels beautiful, happy and satisfied when they leave. I live in NC and this is absolutely One of my favorite boutiques! The owner and the staff are extremely helpful and responsive to messages you may have about sizing etc. I’ve now been shopping want them for a little over a year and I can honestly say I love everything I have purchased from them which is most of my wardrobe!

Stella Ivy is an amazing boutique that you will be addicted to after your first trip inside! The owner Bre and her staff are absolutely amazing!!! They will dress you head to toe in the most up to date fashion there is! Jonah is hands down the best! He is the brightest ray of sunshine and will make you feel super confident in your gorgeous outfit! The entire team is amazing and will get you taken care of and dressed for whatever the occasion! I am obsessed with Stella Ivy and am always looking for an excuse to return!!

I absolutely love this store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My schedule is very busy so their LIVE sessions on FB are so helpful and a super convenient way to shop. And shopping online is SO. EASY!!!!

Unfortunately my short time shopping with Stella Ivy has come to an end. After purchasing a pair of $45 sheer like / ruffle shorts with full lining. ( which i love )After one wear for 2 hours to dinner the crotch started to unravel causing the threads to come loose and creating a hole. Because i loved the shorts so much I messaged the owner pictures of her crotch area with the hole . Explained i had purchased the shorts less than 2 weeks ago and worn them once - even sent the owner a picture of me wearing the shorts for size reference so she could see how loose fitting they were. She first told me she hadn’t had any other issues so she would have to contact the vendor she purchased them from. I really just wanted a replacement for the shorts .. no money back. Just another pair of the shorts because I love them. She kept going on she would have to wait to hear from the vendor . I expressed it’s not really my issue with her vendor I didn’t purchase the shorts from her vendor I purchased them from her. She would need to work whatever out with the vendor but my issue was my transaction for $45 shorts that ripped after one wear. She went on to ask me had they been washed etc etc ( the answer was no ) does it really matter? I shouldn’t purchase $45 shorts from your store wear them once and they rip. Now she claims she needs to have the shorts in her hand ( even though I sent numerous pictures ) to “ inspect” to see if I ripped them, snagged them, or tore them before she can give me a credit for the same shorts. ( i even settled for the shorts in a different color because she didn’t have pink any longer )! How would I snag them or tear them in the middle of my crotch? I never asked for my money back I only wanted a replacement for the shorts and all she can offer me is please mail them to her on my dime and she will have to “inspect” them to see if i snagged them. This store has such cute stuff, but the billing system and the customer service lack a bit for me unfortunately. I hope they can get a real website instead of keeping your card on file and charging it DAYS later/after you comment to make a purchase and by that time your item MIGHT still be in stock.Also for my current order I wanted to update ... it’s been 2 days since a tracking number was sent to Me and now the package has not been taken to the post office . I’ve reached out to the owner twice now for a response received nothing . But as you can see below she is responding to the review

My shopping experience has always been 5+ stars at Stella Ivy. They are my go-to for outfits for special occasions! I enjoy their live feeds and the staffs fashion advice! The quality is great and I feel like the pricing is very reasonable! The few times Ive had a question the owner was very quick and polite to respond and seems so precious, though, Ive never met her!
