Nice boutique with a variety of styles and items. Our group ranged from 10 to 60 and we all found something we had to had and have been back for more. Nice sale section as well. Courteous and helpful staff.

I understand final sale if the product comes as described but when it’s defective by being sized incorrectly then you should be able to at the very least get a store credit. The bust on the shirt I ordered was supposed to be a 52in it was a 40in big difference. I got what was probably a small or medium. I am sure it’s a manufacturer’s error but as a customer that’s not my fault. I have sent my second email to customer returns and included pictures with a measuring tape showing what the item actually measures. I will be extremely disappointed 😞in PCB if they do not correct this problem.Update :PCB corrected the problem and gave me a store credit.

Literally the only place I buy my clothes from anymore (excluding workout clothes). Prices are fantastic, their live feed sales are amazing, customer service has been so accommodating when I needed it and the videos they include on their app to show you how things fit are SO helpful. I have never bought something and not liked it or thought it wasn’t how it looked online. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Their shoes never disappoint either and they have Sezzle at checkout now- I don’t even think twice about shopping elsewhere. Shipping is FAST as well. 5 stars all around!

Cheap cheap cheap. Wish I could give no stars. I have tried this boutique a couples times, everytime I kick myself. If you like to get ONE wear out of something then by all means. And they do not refund no matter the defectiveness. I contacted this company I dont know how many times on a defective cheap product. Crickets.. no response after they found out what I was inquiring about. Shameful company. Thank goodness paypal was nice enough to look into my case, they took no time in seeing this company for what they are, trash! And they issued me a quick refund. Still no word from pink coconut boutique. 🙄

How about we correct the time open to say the correct time?

I bought three different items 1 items is to small another item is 3 times my size and the 3 item is supposed to be a blouse and it fits me as a dress all items are supposed to be a large and I am losing $50.88 for somethings I can’t ever were I will never ever shop at Pink Coconut Boutique again and I will definitely tell all my friends and family if I could I would give you zero stars but the only way I can make my complaint is by giving you a star oh yeah On one of the sites on here it says you can email the owner guess what there is no such email address liar liar liar‘s

Every time I have a special event or a night out I stop in for something cute to wear. The ladies that work there are always so friendly and eager to help me find what I’m looking for. There is one manager in particular who remembers me every time and greets me with a warm smile. I will continue to shop there for years to come! I have even began giving gift cards as gifts so my friends can all have as much fun as I do

Very Dissatisfied with their service. I ordered my daughter a pair of Boots that she picked out for Christmas. We ordered a half size larger then she wears. When she tried them on Christmas morning they were too small. (cut very small for the size). I had no problem sending them back for a larger size but they were out of them. My daughter found them elsewhere because they were the only ones she liked from Pink Coconut. I sent the others back and they will not refund my money even though they did not have her size. I understand an even exchange but if you dont have what we want you need to refund. Instead I got a store credit. I am a 60 year old woman that does not shop at Pink Coconut only when buying my daughters gift! Now I am stuck with a credit for a place I DO NOT like!

Friendly staff and amazing place

WARNING:I walked in the store today and employees were NOT wearing masks and said that they were not required Also patrons not wearing masks. When I questioned employee about masks they said that theres no mandate to wear masks in MS. I wasnt able to find that online it appears to be still mandated?

I liked the selection. Found sweaters that actually were afforable and fit my long arms and were super comfy. Staff was nice too.

I use to love shopping here, but now NO MAAM PAM! If you dont look a certain way when entering the store they will treat you like trash! I have entered the store many times with an intention to purchase items, but due to the fact how snobby of a look I was given I didnt. You can tell its a clique and pick store just by the way they act toward certain people. I wont EVER support this store anymore!

Overpriced.....and I felt like I wasnt welcome to shop there. The look the cashiers gave me was not welcoming at all. I didnt get any vocal welcome either.Will not go back. Only gave one star because I had to.

Save your money. I ordered a top online. I never received a confirmation email for my order with a receipt, just a shipping confirmation email a few days later. The color of the top wasnt as pictured and the quality wasnt worth what I paid for it (even on sale). Now I have to pay for shipping to return it, plus I had to pay the original shipping, so Im losing money. Read their return policy online if youre not for sure you might like what you order because theres a lot of fine print to it. Theres better places to shop that have free shipping or include return labels.

I wouldnt recommend anyone going here. I used to work there, & if youre different in anyway they make that known. I was the only one that didnt have a fake tan and fake blonde hair. I had bright red hair, and fair skinned lol. One of the employees told the boss a straight up lie about me complaining about a job. The boss confronted me (which seemed unprofessional to me) _ I told her I didnt say anything like that. Before they fired me, the girls were suppose to help me with orders so I wouldnt make a mistake but they didnt help me they let it pike up until I was overwhelmed with orders. I made 2 mistakes in 2 weeks & they fired me. Personally, the way the employees were & boss? Was unprofessional to me. The boss believed the lie someone had told on me too.

3rd time Ive bought something from here and it shrunk ! I washed them as tags referred and still shrink. This place is too expensive to wear something ONE time and not again due to it shrinks like two sizes smaller !!! Will not be back here again .
