Rodney was a big help! My card didnt work. Bank cut it off because of charges. We got that fixed. He had put up all my items. When I got it fixed he went and got all my things again! Personal shopper! Thats service! I hated they had to do that because of my bank!❤️😢

The store is absolutely disgusting. I just cant believe how filthy it is. I wouldnt trust buying groceries from this store at all. I will not be returning. Walmart corporate should not allow their stores to get to this condition.

The store was a mess. There weremany pallets of merchandise waiting to be stocked clogging the aisles. It was difficult for disabled shoppers on riders to navigate without knocking things over.

Pretty much like any other Walmart. The store is very clean, rarely any clutter in the aisles except during restock hours. The biggest con is in all the years Ive gone here Ive never received good help. Ive almost always get wrong information on where I can find things so I just stopped asking and started using the app which Im happy for. Picking up is a joke as it takes so long you may as well have shopped yourself. Theres hardly ever anyone available in specific departments and have to wait extensive time frames for someone to help (except Pharmacy...theyre seriously great.). The money center takes absolutely too long to do transactions because the one cashier whos always there is stopping to have conversations with people she knows (this has happened every single time Ive gone). Theres no regard for professionalism and being considerate of customers time. I shop here because of the convenience and again like how clean/organized the store is. Other than that its really BLAH. 🤷‍♀️

Walmart has a variety of affordable named brand foods at a nice price. Quality you can afford is Walmàrt. 💯👍

Got what you need at a good price, but wish there customer service was better.

So I would be a usual customer I would go every paycheck and I would buy my meats here, But the last two times I have gone meat quality has become horrible the prepackaged ground beef had stringy meat inside and actual chunks of what looked like a artery and was beyond nasty looking. Then we bought some discounted chicken and I remember someone telling me not to do that I should of listened more, well the chicken was half blue when I took it out the freezer so of course we just throw it away all of it.

The cashiers are always friendly even though the lines are sometimes long. Whenever I cant find something and have to ask for help, some of the employees have gone above n beyond to help me. Very nice attitudes.

Clean place, nice people. Its not everywhere you go that you get smiles and can get a laugh outta anyone first thing in the am

Most of the time they have what I need just dont like there workers at all. I just bought an X-box gift card and I had to put one back because I did not want 4 but I had ready paided for it so then they discharged it but they did the wrong one because they were not paying attention so someone else got a $50 Xbox card for free. The workers did nothing about it.

NOT JUST THIS WALMART BUT ALL OF THEM.The only thing this place is good for is money transfers. They have zero customer service dont care about their staff and women there are underpaid and unappreciated. Oh and they are doing great putting small businesses out of business. The fresh or should say so called fresh produce is over priced and sub-standard. The meat is packaged only God knows where. I dont want to even get started on the automotive department and those underqualified people. Why should it take an hour to get an oil change?

As always, I found what I needed and was out quickly.

We could barely get to the items we wanted because theres so much stuff in the aisles. It wasnt always like this. Im not sure why its gotten so bad lately. The staff is friendly, but its just hard to get around in here.

They might get more stars in the future but until the store is properly stocked and pallets of incoming stock doesnt block isles then thats it!!!

Online delivery from this store is completely unreliable. Ive ordered groceries form them, and in less than 2 weeks I have not received my groceries twice! Theyre showing as delivered and I have not received them. Ive called customer service several times and Ive called the store. Customer service will ONLY cancel the order. The store will not answer nor return calls. Ive left voice-mail messages and Ive called and asked to speak with the store manager. The store manager was paged for OVER 30 minutes while I was on hold, and they NEVER came to the phone. Complete WASTE OF TIME! The only resolution that customer service has offered was to cancel the order and place another order, which means I would have to wait another couple of days to get my order... IF IT COMES RHAT TIME... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dont bother wasting your time. Just go to kroger or Target.

They were out of 3 of the 5 things I drove her for. There were workers trying to stock the shelves as fast as they could. The health and beauty visual merchandising looked like a storm had rolled thru.They didnt have many non self check lines openSeems to me like the problem here is the management. While every stocket was busy working and every checker had a long line they were trying to move, these managers were having a social hour.They should be trying to get product out, maybe one of them could break away from their phone long enough to run a register. Good management does not just stand around chit chatting when everyone else is working.

Its your typical lower income area Walmart. The place was trashed and old looking. It seriously looked like a bomb went off there. Instead of using something for a display they decided a wheel barrel in the middle of the walkway entrance was a good spot to sell cheap face masks.

Happy to have found a gorgeous and new microwave for $18

Several handicap carts but 5 of them were either out of order or the batteries were dead and they were not plugged in. The same ones that have been broken for weeks. I had to drive around the parking lot until I found one left behind by a customer. This is ridiculous and I will be contacting corporate.Update 10/10/21-I was told by a manager a month ago that 10 new motorized handicap shopping were ordered and due to arrive the following week and 10 more a month after that. From what I could see there were no new carts and still a line of broken carts in the front of the store. I will be calling corporate again.

I go to Walmart at collierville Tennessee I like to go there because its closer to my house I get aggravated because they are real slow at keeping their stock up and I go to get something and they dont have it I think theyre pretty busy and food must go fast. I dont ever get anything bad like meat . And I buy most of my clothes there theyre okay when youre on a fixed income you cant expect to buy expensive things but its okay Im used to that Im blessed and the Lord watches after me Im glad Walmart is there bye.

This particular Walmart is always extremely busy but is fairly clean and organized. Today was great because traffic was slower and not as hectic. Buy online and pickup in store is a mixed bag. Many times the app says they have product in but they don’t.

So much better than the hood Walmart on Winchester. Self checkout lines arent long, the cashiers are pleasant. Usually can get in and out of line within 5 minutes. Even if its busy.

Got almost everything we needed and a few we didnt.Service was friendly and efficient. I like them checking me out. If I have to work to spend my money I go somewhere else .

I Love Walmart they have everything from Shampoo to lightbulbs to clothes to TVs Computers & Car audio equipment

Walmart is the store where I can locate most anything that Im shopping for. Pick up dog treats, a new pair of pajamas, and potting soil with a beautiful flower pot. Plus a small bonsai tree that was on display.

It takes my Walmart 45 to 60 minutes to bring my order out to me and thats with me being the first car to arrive. It doesnt matter if I arrive at my schedule time or within their 24-hour requirements, each time theyve had to re-pick out my order for some reason my order was returned to the shelfs. This time I received four loaves of molded bread, not just a little bit of mold, huge patches on every side

This is one of the cleanest and well stocked walmarts I have been in! Everything was easy to find and checkout was a breeze!

Massive place. Takes a minute to get your bearings. Noticed more than a few selves without merchandise on them. Manpower shortage? Parking is good. It offers full services, including covid-19 shots. Surprised its so tucked away coming off Goodman Rd. at 78. So youll need to drive all the way around. Then youll see it on the right. Want to hear a best kept secret? They gas price there is AT LEAST a nickel under advertised lowest prices on Goodman Rd!

I wished all Walmarts would sale liquor. It made it easy to kill two birds with one stone.

Im from Ohio here in Olive Branch MS and this HAS to be THE biggest Walmart Superstore I have ever been in! The associates were very friendly and awake for the time of night it was when we went. Directed us right where we needed to go. Even shopped a little for clothes! Still in and out. In Columbus the Walmart that I mostly shop in doesnt stay open this late.

It was a really clean and nice store but it did not have what I was looking for in sock.

Im so sick of Walmart closing at night. Dont make the mistake of trying to come here at 10pm. At 10:30 They started with their get out messages. Only the self checkouts on the Grocery side were open. There was a line of royally angry customers from the self checkouts all the way back to the Pharmacy on the other side of the store. No efforts were made to open the other set of self checkouts or any of the other registers to get customers out faster. We were just herded like cattle out the door with another get out announcement being broadcast.

They had the Sams water that the other Walmarts were out of, so that was great and their diesel was 20 cents cheaper than the other gas stations

Walmart vs Aldis: Soda - seven cents more at Walmart. However you have multiple flavor choices at Walmart and only two flavors at Aldis for the store brands. Its your dime, you decide.

Walmart is always the place to go. Although it wasn’t crowded and they had everything I needed. The shelves were stocked and the floors were clear and clean. They do practice social distancing. I love Walmart!!!

Wal-Mart has gotten so low end on the upkeep of their stores. This one is no better. They really need to clean up their act QUICK.

Another bad experience at Walmart. Maybe one day they will read these reviews and make changes.When I walked in, I immediately went for a scooter because Im physically disabled. Yet again there were 5 buggies on each side of the store, none plugged in and all with dead batteries. People should plug them in when theyre finished with them, but they rarely do. However, with 6 employees standing by the front door (not doing anything or even greeting customers) there is no reason those buggies shouldnt be charging. Isles are blocked constantly with rarely an employee to be seen stocking the shelves. Its never a good experience at Walmart any longer.

Busy but check out was easy. Its nice to have a choice of self check or cashiers

One stop shop, it would be great if they paid their employees more. Everytime you go I to the store its a whole new set of faces it seems no one stays to work there beside a few managers.

Tried to walk in under. The entrance sign and was met by the auto doors not working so when I opened them the employees told me I had to use the other doors. Cashiers not allowed to do their jobs and they didnt have enough cashiers! Customer service line was even longer and only 1 person working the register there too. Absolutely pitifull! May never be back!

Not enough cashiers !!! Im not going to use fast check out. My family are not going to spend money and check there self out !!! I saw people in their late 60s early 70s standing in line for 45 minutes or longer. The rules of walmart is no more than 3 customers in a line at a time. Thats why all of your stores are losing money. Thats why Kroger is making money they care about their customers !!!!! Walmart Doesnt !!!!!

Ive been doing order pickup from this location off and on during the pandemic, plus they are the only store in my area that has a good selection of Dr Teals and a specific kind that I use. Everybody is always nice when they bring me my order. No complaints! I do wish they carried more of the Dr Teals hemp seed oil products like the body wash and body lotion as I like to buy as much as I can so I never worry about running out. Btw Dr Teals is the TRUTH🤷🏾‍♂️🐐

Supply chain shortage has affected this store, but other than some infrequent bare shelves, the employees are nice and helpful.

Friendly associates clean store fast service

I have been ordering through pick up for quite some time now, but before that the aisles were so cluttered it was very hard to shop there. The pick up staff seem to have it under control and my orders are always taken care of. There are some substitutions, or out of stock issues but for the most part it is fine and the staff are friendly during pick up. I have never had a long wait. I feel like the store either needs more staff, or different hours to allow for stocking and clean up!

Very clean& self checkout wasnt full of customers ( the quicker I went into Walmart the quicker I was out also love there prices

It was good close to lunch time you need more workers that is the busiest time of the day.

Bobtailed in. Wouldnt recommend it with a trailer. No overnight truck parking.

A whole display of candles near the pharmacy had a price tag of $3.50 on the shelf they were on...a price check of the candle read $9.87. I brought it to a managers (yellow vest) attention because I was going to buy four of them, she said she would only honor one for $3.50. I think all four I wanted should of been honored at that price and theres an opportunity to coach the stocking and pricing personnel.

I bought a bag of oranges that rotted in two days. Walmart needs to work on way better produce.

I found everything at reasonable price, I went in the store for one item- tea brought more thats ok save a lot of money.

They never have anything stocked, workers are never where their supposed to be, handicap scooters are either not working or not charged, need more scooters to accommodate the volume of people that need them!

Awful. Dont ask for help from the employees it wont do you any good. Unfriendly and hateful

Everything you expect Walmart to be with Ive exception. The people in the photo shop seemed to actually care. Thats right you heard it (or read it actually) they works ask frequently of I needed any help (which me being a man of course I didnt) . This was refreshing for a Walmart.

This is a good walmart to go to. Theyre usually very clean and help is easy to find there. Never had any issues shopping here.

Ive always shopped at walmart. Its a great place to get what you need, but its even better when their stocked with everything so you dont have to spend so much time looking for what you need instead of settling for something you dont want.

Busy during my visit Sunday, made a few purchases of much needed items,great service with COV19 protocols in place.

This walmart is fairly clean and has the products Im searching for most of the time. The one thing that drives me a little crazy is the pallets of product that are strune all over the walkways and blocking some intersections. Handle stocking on an off shift or only do a pallet at a time. People watching at this location is probably on par with any walmart. Ive seen better and worse at other stores. ;)

This place is consistently messing up. Ive got plenty of stories about this place to be honest but these are the most recent. I ordered two of the same product, they sent me one that was correct, and other that was not what I ordered at all, and the one that is correct is damaged. its a conditioner bottle, the plastic on the top is all smashed in so it was leaking everywhere when I opened the plastic bag they sent it to me in. Oh, speaking of the see-through plastic bags they ship things to you in, I ordered feminine hygiene products recently and of course they sent them through the mail to me in a see through plastic bag. how professional.
